Andy explained everything going on with his client's cars. He made recommendations, and more importantly, noted what didn't need to be done. He gave accurate representations about when services would be completed. For my car, he got the part quickly and told me they had looked over the whole car and only found one repair that needed to be made (besides my originating situation). He was accurate in his honesty, because I already knew I was needing a new rear brake job in the next month. While my car was being repaired, I walked around downtown Decatur. I reacquainting myself with some old, and mostly new, businesses and restaurants. I arrived back at the repair shop in the mid-afternoon, just after they finished repairing the car. I pulled up Yelp thinking I'd have to find a tire repair shop, drive there and spend my entire morning waiting to get my tire fixed. Luckily for me, Exclusive Mobile Tire Service came up in my search and I gave them a call. While on the phone I sent a picture of my tire. They were able to distinguish what size tire I needed. They lmk the brand I had wasn't available until Tuesday and asked if I was okay with using another brand. I was able to make it safely to my destination. Sent my location and it literally took them less than 10 minutes to remove and replace my tire. They went above and beyond letting me know my other rear tire was in jeopardy of popping and they were able to squeeze me back in, returning within an hour to change out my other tire.
