The last thing I expected this morning was to have a flat tire on the way to my conditioning class. I pulled over into a gas station got out and could hear the tire deflating. I pulled up Yelp thinking I'd have to find a tire repair shop, drive there and spend my entire morning waiting to get my tire fixed. Luckily for me, Exclusive Mobile Tire Service came up in my search and I gave them a call. While on the phone I sent a picture of my tire. They were able to distinguish what size tire I needed. They lmk the brand I had wasn't available until Tuesday and asked if I was okay with using another brand. I was able to make it safely to my destination. Sent my location and it literally took them less than 10 minutes to remove and replace my tire. They went above and beyond letting me know my other rear tire was in jeopardy of popping and they were able to squeeze me back in, returning within an hour to change out my other tire. It was a very smooth and painless process. I HIGHLY recommend this business. read more

Stellar service. I bumped hard into a curb down the street from my house on a Saturday night, putting a hole in my tire. I messaged via Yelp on Sunday morning, and I had a response within minutes. Jermaine found me a used Michelin tire in very decent condition and came out to the house an hour later to put it on, then carted the damaged one away. I contacted Jermaine on Sunday and he responded quickly to my request. I had a large bolt in my Wrangler tire and I was losing a lot of air; I was hoping he could simply repair the hole. He scheduled me for the following morning at 7am. He arrived promptly at 7. His service was fast and reasonably priced. He patched my tire (it may have taken 15 minutes), and I was able to leave my house without stress at 7:45am. I would highly recommend. read more

I have sought this service twice and used it once, and have nothing but positive things to say about both experiences! The owner is prompt, courteous, and makes an otherwise stressful situation enjoyable. When I needed my tire patched because there was a nail in it, he came to my apartment complex (despite me living allllll the way toward the back of the complex, which I know can be a pain). The tire was fixed in no time and he gave me a great deal on it. This morning, I got a flat from a screw in my tire (gotta love driving on the streets of Atlanta...) and reached out again. Despite it being the morning rush hour and other companies telling me they couldn't even give me an estimate when they could get out by me, the owner told me he had one stop before me and then would head up my way. I ended up getting my boyfriend to come back and change the tire, but I can't say enough good things about this business. Very prompt service and well done! Any tire issues we are calling these guys. Not only did they change my husband's tire to a new tire-not a spare-they filled up the air in both of our car's tires and put a new cap on one of my car's tires that was missing. They were here in under and hour and done with everything in less than 30 minutes. This sure beats the hell out of roadside assistance and then waiting at the tire shop as we didn't even have to leave our house. With the potholes around here, you need these guys on speed dial.
