He was incredibly kind and helpful, came outside to inspect the tire with me, confirmed there was a small leak, and got the repair process started right away. David handled the repair and kept me updated. My car was taken back quickly, and the entire visit was probably around 30 minutes, certainly no more than 45. Before I knew it, the tire was repaired, my car was ready, and I was back on the road with no issues. The team was friendly, efficient, and professional from beginning to end. I don't know how they got the price that I got for my one tire, which was a bit high, but I didn't really have a choice. They didn't really give an explanation as to the price but I'm not going to hold that against them because I could have easily looked while I was there. But regardless of the fact they had good service, they worked with me and they still allowed me to keep my car in the same spot while they waited for me, so that was nice. Would I go back, yes. One of the gentlemen rode with me, explained what he believed might need to be fixed, and was incredibly kind and patient throughout the process. When we returned, they asked me a question I wasn't expecting: "Okay, what's your budget?" In all of my previous visits to a Tires Plus, not once had anyone asked me that question.
