    It clearly states 4 tires and not 1 tire.

    It's Daniel's RULES! All Customers Don't Matter! It should have been a tip when I was in the shop and I overheard a tech arguing with a customer on the phone, but I didn't give it another thought. I ordered some new tires for my wife's Mercedes. Chris, the Asst. Mgr at the counter, offered a lifetime rotate, balance, and alignment package. I thought it was a good deal and it would allow me to have all the work completed in one place. I decided to purchase the package. He then asked me if I had any other cars and where I was getting them service. I mentioned that I have 5 cars and that I was using the dealership for regular service and Discount Tires for balance and rotation. I just bought a Ford Bronco, that had never been serviced, as it only had 1814 miles at the time I was in their shop. Chris asked me to bring in the Bronco, and he would do the same lifetime rotate, balance, and alignment service offer. I accepted the offer, but I did not need the car service at the time. Chris was very nice, and I have been recommending Pep Boys to my friends, based on this experience. Fast forward to this morning. I made an appointment to have my car's tires rotate, balance, and align on the Ford Bronco. I asked a simple question, if I should be rotating the full-size spare. The answer was yes, but there was no way they were going to balance and rotate my tires with the package that was sold to me. Daniel, their Service Store Manager, was confrontational from the start. He said that I was charged for only one tire and not 4, when clearly on my invoice it notated a quantity of 4 tires. He also asked what size tires I had and if they were factory. I mentioned that they are factory and that they were 35' tires. He mentioned that I can't have 35' tires for the Lifetime Balance & Rotate package and that there is an upcharge for large 35' tires. This is funny, as I even had a conversation with Chris, when I bought the tire service package. I mentioned that I was thinking of switching over to the BFGoodrich KO2 tires. Chris mentioned that the KO2 tires were significantly heavier than the factory Goodyear Wrangler M/T tires that are on the car. Never did the conversation of a surcharge/visit come up or not being able to purchase the tire service package with 35' tires. Daniel was very demanding in telling me to look at his computer screen, that the pricing on my purchase invoice was incorrect. He kept saying I was not listening to him, as I was referring him back to the purchase invoice that he printed with what I purchased that day. He said it was a "misprint" and that it happens all the time. To him, it did not matter what Chris had sold me, which was validated by my attached invoice copy. It was his RULES and what he had on his computer screen. I mentioned that I felt this was a "Bait & Switch" and requested a refund. Early in the conversation, I asked Daniel why he was yelling at me. His reply was that he was not yelling at me, but rather that is how he talks. I mentioned that his tone was very aggressive and that I felt he was yelling at me. I brought this up to him twice, that he was definitely yelling at me. There was no message of "this is our mistake" and we will honor what you have on your purchase invoice. I asked for a refund, which Daniel said he will honor, as he did not want me as a customer. He then stated that he was tired of talking to me and dealing with me. He said that he did not care if I was a customer and that no one In town would offer the services I purchased at the price I paid. He did not care that I accepted their service offer and that he wasn't going to honor it. I mentioned that it was a contractual agreement, which he said didn't matter as he was going to give me a refund. He said the refund will take 4-5 weeks, as the $350 refund for both cars was above his authorization. He would submit a request to corporate, for a check refund.

I pulled up Yelp thinking I'd have to find a tire repair shop, drive there and spend my entire morning waiting to get my tire fixed. Luckily for me, Exclusive Mobile Tire Service came up in my search and I gave them a call. While on the phone I sent a picture of my tire. They were able to distinguish what size tire I needed. They lmk the brand I had wasn't available until Tuesday and asked if I was okay with using another brand. I was able to make it safely to my destination. Sent my location and it literally took them less than 10 minutes to remove and replace my tire. They went above and beyond letting me know my other rear tire was in jeopardy of popping and they were able to squeeze me back in, returning within an hour to change out my other tire. It was a very smooth and painless process. I HIGHLY recommend this business.

Jermaine found me a used Michelin tire in very decent condition and came out to the house an hour later to put it on, then carted the damaged one away. He was fast, courteous, and very reasonably priced. Would call this business again in a heartbeat.
