Instead of straightforward service, I received a call telling me I "needed" new front brake pads and rotors -- even though those parts were replaced in March and I've driven only 1,100 miles since then. When I arrived, the representative backtracked and said it was only a recommendation. That kind of inconsistency is a red flag. To make matters worse, my vehicle now pulls to the right after their alignment. I've reached out to customer service and will be sharing this experience publicly. This location has an some management team including the service technicians who all have fast, reliable, accurate, diagnosis and repairs. I only had my tires, front brakes and an alignment done on my old Chevy box truck but with the age and mileage of my truck, after service it's feels waaaayy good. Long story short: My daughter took her car to this location for an oil change. After that, the check engine light came on. They could not fix the problem. I took it to another shop and they found a milky substance it the oil. Ultimately, I had to get the engine replaced. Tires plus took no responsibility. On November 30, 2025 I took my car to get a tire changed that I had warranty coverage on. While waiting for my car to finish, I was informed by an attendant that while placing my car on a lift that my door was damaged because the door was left open. I was told my car was immobile because the door would not shut and Oskar showed this to me. I took a Lyft home that they did not pay for. The next day I had December 1, I had to call multiple times to get a rental. Since then, I have called multiple times to get an update on my vehicle and keep getting told that it has to go through "claims." However as of December 17 I have not heard from claims. I have to initiate a call to try and get an update and no one can give me a straight answer. I also had to call to get my rental reservation updated which they have failed to do. Currently I have to park on the street and walk to my building because without an updated reservation, I can't be ark in residential parking. I am extremely frustrated and I have been patient while they have my property and it is going on 3 weeks with no answer. They have been extremely unprofessional and even stated they would call me back today and have not. This is a poor service to a customer, especially for an incident caused by your team. read more

It was working before I got out of my car because I literally used the GPS to get me there, so how ironic it doesn't when I get back in. I asked the mechanic who worked on my car what happened and he told me he had a hard time using it as well. The mechanics here have destroyed my engine and blame it on me. Then after I hired a lawyer they got rid of my car without notifying me first. Then tried to convince me that I told them to get rid of it. He said he talk to me through email. And claimed that I authorized my car to be towed away in an e-mail. Awful experience - went in because I needed new brake pads and an oil change. Was told I did not need new brake pads even though my car squeaked when I brake. Loudly. They said they saw no issue but could charge me $10 to do an evaluation of the car. What does the evaluation mean? It means they look at how many miles your car has, reference a book of what services are "generally needed" at that mileage, and recommend services based off of that. So, no new brakes! Then, I was sent a cost estimate from them for $125 plus the cost of my new tire I needed because they found a nail (I now have extreme doubts about the nail after reading all the reviews). I confirmed the services over the phone, and agreed on a price for the tire. Spoiler alert, the price I paid was nowhere NEAR what I was quoted. Their reasoning? Well, its just a cost estimate. Estimate is in the name, so they did their best and still performed the services so I needed to pay. My car drives worse than it did before, still squeaks when I brake, I am out close to $1000, and I need to take it to a reputable mechanic to make sure they didn't ruin anything else. You will have greater success fixing your car if you light your money on fire and pray to the Greek God of Cars than you will by bringing it to Tires Plus. read more

Appointment made for 1pm the day prior to my service. Was running a little behind day of and called at 1:15pm to let them know. Was told they were short staffed (as is the rest of the country right now) and running very behind. They said that I could come in between 4:30 and 5pm if I didn't want to drop off my car. I appreciated the honesty and did as they asked. They told me it would be done between 5:30 and 6. Came back at 5:30 and as they said, it was ready. Mr Tuck and Mr Nelson helped me on the phone getting me the information I needed to deal with my insurance who was covering the cost. If I could give less than 1 star I most certainly would. My car was FILTHY but worse than that they damaged my car. They broke the tie rod ends AND then told me it would be $1600 to repair them. WHAT?!? My mechanic said he had never seen a worse alignment on a BMW. Oh. They also had my car for over NINE hours for 2 tires and an alignment. I came to this tires plus in the middle of the day so there wasn't a queue in front of me. I waited 3 hours for 1 tire to be changed because a company that comes to turn their cars in for inspection (enterprise) got put in front of all the other customers. The enterprise people came in at least an hour after me but were serviced and out the door in no longer than 30 minute. Once I was able to be helped, I was then quoted $173 for one tire and was told by the bald headed manager that they don't offer price match. With one simple google search that claim was debunked. The bald headed manager gave me the worst attitude and refused service. Another manager helped me. I contacted their customer service and was helped further. I recommend a different tires plus location as I am always met with problems at this one even though Im a beyond loyal customer. 0/10 would recommend read more

Let me be clear, under no circumstances should anyone set foot in this establishment or give them your business. They were supposed to do a simple oil change (my cars second ever oil change) , but they didn't screw in the engine cover properly resulting in it falling off when we drove off the lot. When I brought this to their attention, they showed no concern and refused to rectify the situation until I relentlessly hounded them. To make matters worse, it took them over a month to acquire a replacement part, which they could've received much sooner. After two weeks I asked why they don't have it yet and they suggested I drive two hours to go get it myself. But wait, it gets worse. After obtaining the part, they still couldn't fix the problem they caused, leaving me with no choice but to seek help from another mechanic shop. The store manager, Misha, appeared disinterested in resolving the issue. And as for their corporate office, their incompetence was astounding. Despite numerous phone calls, emails, and discussions with customer service representatives, they were unable to provide a solution. (I talked to five different people, they all said someone else will call me to fix it... no one ever called... for a month.) To this day, my new car remains without the necessary hardware due to their careless and apathetic attitude. I understand that mistakes happen, but this experience has been an absolute nightmare, with four visits to the shop, countless emails and phone calls, and a broken part that they refuse to fix. I am usually willing to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but this has been an egregious failure on their part that has cost me $100 plus dollars, almost two months of my time and is still going to cost me more. This is not just a bad shop, it's an abysmal one, at least when it comes to resolving issues. Do not, under any circumstances, give them your business. Yes the experience was that bad. read more

DO NOT COME HERE!! I was a client here for years previous to this last incident where I realized how much of a ripoff this place is. I brought my car here to inquire about 2 noises it was making . After waiting hours for a simple diagnostic, they called me saying I needed a new serpentine belt urgently (claimed mine was cracking) and something else minor. Though one of the noises they said they didn't know why. They quoted me for $1,900, I decided to get a second opinion before I spent that much money. I went to another mechanic and he laughed telling me my serpentine belt looks brand new and all I needed was some fluid and a new motor mount. He expressed how I badly I needed an oil change and a new filter when I just went to Tires "Plus" last month for an oil change which I waited 2 hours for. He showed me how bad it was and I was shocked, what were they doing back there for 2 hours, playing cards???? Long story short, they wanted to charge me $1,900 for a service I didn't need and wouldn't have fixed the problem and never provided the oil change I paid for previously. If I would've kept trusting them with my vehicle, my engine would've blew. I'll never come here for a service again!!! This young man was very professional, courteous and made me feel honored. He was as very knowledgeable and provided some great advice on the tires that best fit my car. I took my 4Runner to get new tires and picked my car up just before they were closing when it was already starting to get dark out. Did not think to examine my running boards before leaving to make sure there was no damage... turns out they did not put my truck up on the lift properly so it fell and bent my running boards on both sides of the vehicle. They never said a word to me about it of course, which goes to show you the integrity of the people they have working there as well as incompetent. I have been trying to get them to make this right for months now and the the claims people are just as terrible to work with and fighting back even though the damage is blatantly obvious from the pictures (see below) that it was from their car lift. The tire pressure symbol on my dashboard indicated air pressure check. I called this location near me and Meesha said she could look at it asap. I went, she checked and sure enough one of the tires was over pressurized (so much for my DIY skills). In/out in less than 15 minutes. The "Plus" in tires Plus represents the "plus all the issues you'll leave with". Literally one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I had an appointment for 12, I came in at 9:30 and asked if there was anyway I could get my car worked on early because I had a meeting at 2 and wanted to be out of the shop by 1 if possible. The person who checked me in assured me that they could do that and I would be out by 1. 12 rolls around and they haven't touched my car at all, I figured fair I just needed a tire replaced and my oil changed that probably wouldn't take too long. Then 1 rolls around and they still haven't touched my car. I stepped outside to call for a ride, which was fine things happen and I wasn't too upset about it. However, the guy who checked me in was watching me through the window, the minute I hung up he came outside and started berating me saying "You know every car here has a problem and needs work, maybe you should be patient or just come another day". I was taken aback because it was very aggressive when I had not said or done anything that would have warranted this. I explained I needed my car done today because I had to make a long drive in the mountains tonight and I couldn't risk the drive on a ripped up tire. The guy then seemed to calm down and said the next bay would be mine. I was happy with that and waited for my ride to pick me up. While I waited they brought two other cars back to get work done (so the next bay was not in fact mine and this worker had made yet another promise that he couldn't fulfill. I honestly wouldn't have cared if he had been honest but the false promises were very frustrating.) Then I finally get picked up it's almost 2 and my car has not been touched. At 4 they message that they have to order a new part for my brakes, I was confused because I hadn't had any brake issues but I figured they caught something. I don't even get to pick up my car until 5:30. I leave on my trip right from the store. Not even one hour in I get pulled over because one of my headlights is out. The entire drive up the mountain my car's hydroplaning sensors and stability sensors are getting triggered by just changing lanes. A few days later I drove home down the mountain, I tried braking because I don't want to speed down a mountain obviously and my brakes start stuttering and my car starts shaking. I'm confused because didn't they JUST do something with my brakes? Then as I'm driving on the highway and I try to speed up past two trucks my car suddenly stalls before shooting forward at 75 MPH in like 1 second. Now my car has always had noticeable gear shifts but this was so extreme and so scary. What if I had stalled in front of a truck and gotten rear-ended or crushed??? I had to take my car to the dealership for specialized service where I was told that going to the Tires Plus in the first place was my first mistake. The guy joked that I might honestly just need to buy a new car. Similarly, the last time I took my car to the Tires Plus to get my tires rotated they messed up the sensors on my tires and my car cannot accurately tell me which tire is flat. I don't know if its an issue of not knowing HOW to do their job, or if it was intentional, but either way my safety was at risk MULTIPLE TIMES because of this place. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!! WITH A COUPON FOR A $19.99 OIL CHANGE , I END UP GETTING CHARGED $35.22! I saw a coupon for a $19.99 oil change online and made a 12pm appointment. It wasn't until I showed up that I was informed that I was going to be charged $15.23 more! Look at the photos of my coupon and invoice that I am posting. $4.99 for an oil filter, $25 for up to 5 quarts of oil, $5 for an additional quart of oil, $2.99 for oil filter recycling, $5 for labor...the coupon only got me $10 off resulting in a charge of $35.22 with tax. Are you kidding? Precision Tune on Cheshire Bridge does the whole thing for $18.90. If I hadn't had a busy day, I would have just walked away. I will NEVER come here again. read more

I purchased a set of tires. They said it includes free oil change. They said they didn't have the filter available at the time they installed the new tires. Just give them a heads up next time and they will still honor the "free oil change" I took it back for the "free oil change" a couple of months later, left it over night. They said the filter isn't available again. I followed up twice after, both times they told me they will call. That was now, about a month ago. I never got a call back. Took my car here for an inspection and got tires and spark plugs replaced as recommended. After driving the car for about 10 minutes after this repair the engine started skipping and the check engine light came on. I had never had this issue before. Obviously I can't be 100% sure that this issue resulted as a result of the work I got done but it seems very suspicious that I never had a problem with my car until getting it serviced here. Only giving this place 2 stars because the guy that works at the computer was nice on the phone and when I arrived. I called to see if they had room to fit me in that day. I need a new set of tires and wheels put on my car . The guy on the phone said if I made it by 5:30 they could do it. So I ordered a uber black SUV to deliver my wheels and I put the tires in my car and we were on our way. I got there at the 5:30. I was at the counter checking in and my Uber pulled up and he unloaded the wheels at the door. The technician came inside screaming "No ugh huh, we are closed!! I'm done for the day. I'm on my last car right now! After this I'm leaving! You are gonna come back tomorrow. He was acting so erratic. I didn't say anything I just ran out of there. I was afraid to even look back. I was so embarrassed. I had the uber reload my wheels and I went to Dekalb Tire lucky for me they stay open til 8:30 on Thursdays. It was my fault for even spending $60 on uber and coming here. I only decided to come to Tire South because they guy at the counter said over the phone he could take me right then and Dekalb tire said it would be a 2 hour wait. I think from now own I will deal with their 2 hour wait before I come back here. read more
