They have 10 stations, but for oil change it's just couple of them in use. While the service was quick, place is little congested. Being my first time, I entered the parking lot not realizing where to wait in line. I was very promptly and kindly told to drive to the other side and wait in line. There was no line, no sign, and nobody to direct me, so I juts waited till they called me. A little pricey, but these guys definitely take care of you. The person who assisted me and reassured me that he'd get me in and out, which he did. They do have few parking spots outside the store for waiting.

Charged me $95 for an oil change WITH the discount. I've been here at least 5 times and I'm just generally unimpressed

    We called this auto shop the day before bringing our car in and were very specific about the…read moreservice needed. We provided the VIN number and tag number, and were given a detailed quote over the phone. Based on that information, we scheduled to bring the car in the next morning. When we dropped it off, we were told we would receive a call within an hour to confirm everything. About an hour later, we received a call saying the price would be significantly higher than the original quote, despite the fact that the VIN and tag number had already been provided beforehand. When we explained that the new price was much more than we had planned for and that we would need to pick up the car and figure something else out, the situation became very uncomfortable. When we arrived to get the car, the owner, David, was extremely aggressive and confrontational. His tone and behavior felt intimidating and bullying. We repeatedly asked him to simply give us the keys so we could leave. After several uncomfortable exchanges, he finally returned them, but continued to be confrontational. We ended up going to another shop less than a mile away, where the same service was completed for about a third of the price. This experience was very unprofessional and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Based on how we were treated, we would not recommend this place.

Over the phone, I was given one set of information regarding pricing and services--only to walk into the store and be hit with something completely different. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, and when I tried to clarify the discrepancy, the guy I spoke with in person was dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly rude. There was zero effort to explain or take responsibility for the miscommunication. Instead, I was treated like I was the problem for expecting what I was told just hours before. This isn't just bad customer service--it's dishonest business practice. Save yourself the headache and take your car somewhere that values transparency and respects its customers. I'll never be back, and I'll be warning others to steer clear as well.

At some point, Ian gave me the new cost (12x to the original cost) for a variety of things. I'm an immigrant with English as my serving language. I didn't understand 13 and change meant 1300. I tried to clarify asking, how much is it going to be? He said, "the price I quoted earlier", which in my mind was 160. I would request the staff to quote the figures clearly more than once in words that non native speakers can understand. It feels like they took advantage of me. Feels very icky. And this took almost 4 hours. If you bring the car for a small thing like an oil change, be on the watch for a long process of expensively unnecessary things to be done to your car. Management: before you refute my review and make the point that I agreed to all the services and the new cost, please read the review again. I'm taking responsibility of not double checking the prices with you and probing further on the "the price I just gave you earlier" when you're throwing 17 technical teens at me. BE EXTRA TRANSPARENT when your changes are over 10x an original price. When I was raising my concern after seeing the big bill. Instead of trying to understand but point, this tall gentleman came out to support his staff in an intimidating manner. No empathy for the first time customer. And this was my first experience with them. So disappointed right now. This is going to mess with my this months finances.

Kirk will brake it down for you, and let you know exactly what needs and doesn't need to be repaired on your car. He is super fast and efficient. I drive 10 miles out of my way to come to this shop. I will continue to come here as long as Kirk is the mechanic.

My car was making noise and I asked the dealership to look at it during an oil change. I was told that my exhaust system wasn't looking good. The heat shield was rattling a lot, so they clamped that down but I was looking at a few thousand dollars in repairs. Their suggestion was to start shopping for a new car as mine is 12 years old. The thing is that I'm not ready to part with her. No new car currently on the market stirs the same passion in me the way my current car does. I look at her (yes, it's a her and named Eponine) and I still feel like a proud owner. After looking at reviews, I saw that this shop was getting solid reviews and decided to give it a shot. Going forward, whenever I can, I'm going to choose Kirk over the dealership. The price I was quoted for the work was reasonable and the work was done in a very timely manner. I am very happy with the work and even happier that I feel like I've found a place that can help me keep Eponine around for many more years.
