What an AWESOME owner!!! Our daughter has been going to this place for basic truck care for about 4 years. Amit has even talked to my husband about what was being done for her. She took her truck in recently for an oil change. She previously owned a new car that was totaled in a car crash and when she told him what happened he felt so bad for her after seeing the pictures of the car. I did not have any service records of the last oil change. I derided to take my car in for a full synthetic oil change that cost more than a synthetic blend . I took my car to Precision auto tune for a full synthetic oil change on 8/04/2019 AT 3PM The next day 8/05/2019 my car was loud making odd noises . I checked the oil it looked odd cheep I then looked at the sticker on the windshield it says synthetic blend . I payed $91.47 for full synthetic oil change and received the a cheaper synthetic blend not what I payed for . I called (4046341006) the shop on 8/5/2019 and was told I needed to speak to the manager he was not available I called again on 8/5/2019 and the manager was not available to speak to me to correct the problem. On 8/6/2019 I spoke to a guy said he was the manager and he did nothing wrong and used the correct oil . I asked him for a full refund for his fraud he refused to make it right . on 8/9/2019 I took my car into Jim Ellis Hyundai and told them what had happen they changed the oil to a full synthetic oil that I requested originally. I want a full refund of the $91.47 to my credit card this guy is a fraudulent automotive repair shop !! read more

$450 for front ceramic break pads and rotary replacement and fluids. What I like is that I trust this place and the two customers I saw that came in gave high praise for it without inquiring. They genuinely seemed to love this place. Another guy needed the same thing and said just breaks wanted to charge him $800 for metal pads which is inferior. They have free WiFi. My only issues are that coffee pot was missing and the TV is pretty old. Would I come here again? Probably but only if I make a appointment. They seemed pretty busy. read more

Edit 7:04pm on the day of: Everything I've said below is totally invalid now because after looking at my receipt, it says they used Castrol oil instead of the Mobil 1 the woman initially stated. Why?? I don't know. I paid $70 for Castrol Synthetic when I could have gotten my oil changed at ACURA for $5 less with the better Mobil 1. Yeah, I don't think I'll be coming here again. I have to write this review to show how thankful I am with this place! I had called in for pricing on my Acura RDX a few days ago and they stated $33, so I said COOL! I went in for an oil change this morning and they changed the price on me to $69! I was so sad and asked why and the only thing she said was, "Your car only takes Mobil 1 (synthetic) oil". The things that were going on in my head! I had just woken up 15 mins ago and my brain needed coffee fuel. I knew it'd be more than my $20 oil changes for my Acura Integra GSR but still why! My guts told me "DON'T USE REGULAR OIL ON YOUR TURBO ENGINE CAR". I sighed and said go ahead. I left being skeptical and thought why didn't she offer cheaper synthetic oil? Is she trying to rip me off?! But why? We are the same gender, haha. I did a little bit of quick research and found out Acura prefers to use high grade synthetic oil (Mobil 1) for turbo engines because of the heat it produces and blah blah...blah. Also, Acura will void warranties on turbo failures if Mobil 1 was not used (or equivalent?). O.O I was in a sigh of relief and happy at the same time because when I felt I was being ripped off, I was proven wrong. So thank you! A little bit of explanation could have helped although that probably would have sounded like a sales pitch to me if she did. Anyways, they were fast, reliable, and sufficient! Amit was great. He helped me get the oil change I came for, but also changed my rear brake light that was out, and made sure everything else was running smoothly as well. OIL CHANGE I get synthetic oil and usually buy my own oil for my mechanic in California to change it. However, for the special they had here at $59.99, it was worth it for me to just have them do it. The oil they use is Castrol Synthetic and they also top off any fluids like windshield, coolant, etc. I would get my oil changed here again in about 6000 miles. TIRE ROTATIONS $10. Not bad. Not great. I get them for free from America's Tires, but there are none here in ATL so I have to pay for them every so often. LIGHT CHANGE They changed my rear center brake light. Cost: $10.00. That was expensive for me since I can buy the light and do it myself, but we were in a snowpocalypse, and I just wanted to get everything done in one shot so I had them do it. It was more complicated to change it, but they took the time to get it right and test it for me as well. read more

Went in for an oil change & diagnostic, and Amit found some things that needed to be worked on (routine 105,000 maintenance stuff) and sat down in the waiting room with me and went over what needed work, why it's important, what the part does, etcetera. Treated me like a real human, didn't dumb anything down, and seemed genuinely concerned with making sure I understood what I was paying for. Didn't try and sell me on anything I knew I didn't need, which is always great! Aurora at the front desk is also very nice and knowledgable. Visited this place today (for the 1st time) to get work done on my 2002 Isuzu Axiom's digital clock & compass. They abruptly stopped working on the electronic / digital display a couple of months ago, and I couldn't get the satellite component to work again. I saw the reviews for this place which were excellent, and also this place was recommended (online) for my vehicle. Even though the problem couldn't be repaired (without ordering a whole new unit, which I decided not to do with the age & mileage of the car), the technician and front desk person were both outstanding with their customer service. They tried every method they could, including spending time online researching for a remedy..... to no avail. First I would like to mention that I am the total opposite of the type of person to complain and who lacks patience and empathy...So I took my car to get an oil change. I started hearing a noise. I backed back then forward when I got in my drive way to see what it could be. So I looked under my car and there was this black flap hanging. So, they finally tell me that they will take a look at it and asks for my keys. So I here, just waiting patiently. So now about 30 mins has passed, I ask how long it's gonna take them. Worst customer service experience ever! Pulled in to this place for what I thought would be an oil change, most places I have ever been you pull up to an open bay and they come out, greet you and tell you where to go. When I pulled up I saw an open bay that had an orange cone that said "no parking" next to it so I pulled up to it and awaited for someone to come out and give me some direction. No sooner than I put it in park and rolled down the window a gentlemen bee lined to the "no parking" cone and started pointing his socket at it with a disgusted look on his face. Not a "How can we help you" or "Good morning", just pointing at the "no parking" sign. I immediately was frustrated and proceeded to tell him that most places greet their customers and that if this is what I could expect I would take my business elsewhere. He just looked at me and continued to point at the sign and said "Read, read, read" as I drove off. Well I can read and I hope others read this as well and make a decision based on how they want to be treated as a prospective customer and elect to go elsewhere. I am now sitting down the street at Havoline quick oil change where I pulled up to the open bay and and someone came out and said, "Good morning, how can we help you". I came in for an oil change and a brake inspection. The front desk woman was just so lovely and explained everything. The mechanic, Amit who did my work, took extra time to explain and show me why I wasn't quite ready for new breaks. It was refreshing to receive such professional and friendly service. My only complaint is that the customer waiting area needs some attention and TLC...the magazines are from 2014, the coffee looks to be brewed around that year as well. the bathroom was tired, the towel dispenser jammed and the soap dispenser was out of soap. read more
