I have never been to a Jiffy Lube that actually looks clean inside. That sounds like the beginning of a lackluster review but I am exceptionally impressed with these guys and the cleanliness is only the beginning of it! Arrived early in the morning and was promptly greeted by several very friendly employees. One showed me to the waiting area which was (as previously mentioned) clean, with a half dozen pleather chairs, a decent wall mounted tv, fresh coffee in an air pot, and a couple of daily papers from today. Yes, the papers were from today. Not just this year or this month, they were printed today. Whoa. Thank you guys! After going to two other shops to get a brake fluid exchange, Jiffy Lube was able to not only able to complete it but they did not keep me all day. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They also gave me a heads of other things to looks out for in the future. The price was reasonable; cheaper than some of the other quotes I received. Visited this location while in the ATL area for work and they're hands down one of my top locations. I was greeted promptly and told up front pricing. They also offered a military discount and went over other services that I may need in the future. They were swift and quick but not too quick where I was concerned. My car runs great post oil change and I'm happy to have visited this location. I met the manager too while pulling in and he's awesome. Terrible service ! I asked this guy that spoke Spanish for an oil change I usually bring my own oil and oil filter for these situations and I usually do it at jiffy lube. But this location said that they did not want to do the oil change. I told them I do the same at other locations( Fayetteville GA area) and they have always helped me with it. And He yelled at me that He did not want to do it and that he won't do it and told me to go somewhere else and to fuck off! I was so mad. I will never come back to this location ever again. I really want to put zero stars I have never been cursed at repeatedly for not knowing what type of oil my car used I told him 5W 30 he was so happy to come in and show me it was 5W 20 and then said I already put 5W 30 since that's what you said I then ask him why would you do that if you saw the oil cap I told him I'm not looking at the oil cap he made a big stink out of it and I explain to him that he is the man with the oil shop and he should've done the right thing or came and spoke to me and stop asking me what it is because I am no mechanic that's why I came to him. He got in my face and I asked him if he was going to beat me up that's when he realized that I may not be the one. Uhm where do I begin? First off, I came as soon as they opened on a weekday morning. After reading reviews for various Jiffy Lube locations, I opted to come to this particular location, due to the high ratings; I should have known better. Typically when I get an oil change, I always request a full service oil change meaning tire pressure check, fluid level checks, etc, and am always happily obliged. However, when I pull up and ask for a full service oil change, some guy who looks like he just woke up, and was wearing flip flops walks up to my car and asks me what I needed. I tell him a full service oil change and he said "what is that?". Huhhhh? Being that I was in a rush, I just told him I needed an oil change. When he didn't understand what a full service oil change was, I should of left. Anywho, he directs me into a lobby, where another worker was busy finishing getting dressed and tying up his shoes in the lobby! I was so confused with what was going on. At this point I was super worried because everyone just seemed so off and unprofessional and I didn't need anything to go wrong with my oil change. Then some random guy wearing all black and a black leather jacket walks inside and goes back outside and begins cleaning my car windows. Then some random guy wearing plain clothes walks straight from across the street and straight up to my car to do an oil change! I swear I thought I was being pranked. Only two of the four men who were working on my car had on Jiffy lube shirts, the rest were in regular clothes. Like what the heck! Anyways they finish my oil change and charge me $80. On the receipt it says they checked tire pressure, fluid levels, etc, which was a lie, as I came in with low tire pressures on both front tires and left with the same tire pressure (thank God my car has automatic tire readings). I came in to get an oil change on a high mileage used vehicle I had just recently bought and I was told I needed new brake fluid as well. The cost of this was quite steep but the guys here worked with me to shave off a big discount so that we would both leave happy. Honest people work here that have your best interest in mind. Great place to get basic services done - I've been there about 4 times now after realizing how close I live and how efficient the team is. I have never got the standard "gosh, your filter is a smidge dirty, why don't you replace it" but Pablo has been good about pointing out when fluids beyond oil really do need replacing. This morning I had an awesome customer service experience with Pablo. I called to get a quote on my vehicle, and was quoted a great price on an oil change for my 2016 Nissan Versa. He also told me they would check my fluids, as well as vacuum my car as well, All included in the price. I was pretty impressed! I've been to this Jiffy Lube at least 10 times. While they've always attempted to scam me, they've also always done a good job. They told me a few years ago that I needed a serpentine belt and I told them that I didn't. It hasn't been replaced yet. Yesterday, they told me that my serpentine belt was in good condition. I love having a car that miraculously repairs itself. I took my car to this Jiffy Lube yesterday and they told me that I needed services that totalled over $500. I told them that I JUST wanted an oil change and an emissions inspection. The total came to $107. I was really sick, so I just paid the bill and left. This morning I looked at bill and saw that they charged me $15.75 for extended life antifreeze and $23.00 for the oil, and 45.99 for the oil change service! The inspection was $25.00. While waiting for my car, a foreign woman asked me if she could trust these guys. I told her that they will always try to scam you, but you just have to refuse the services. I was still scammed this time. I'm never going back to this Jiffy Lube. read more

He found every coupon and discount that could be applied to make sure I got a good price. The expertise here goes beyond just fluids and filters, any question I had was able to be answered in a respectful, informative way. I was a Lil disappointed in today's visit. Usually Doug takes care of me and the technicians assisting him were accommodating. Today it was a lil different. Nothing to bad but I wasn't given a spill on everything like Doug use to do. It was rather loud in the bay area which is normal but the added profanity was a bit much.
