Wow. This was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had across any industry. Definitely the best for an oil change. Pablo (the manager) went above and beyond to fit in my husband's and my cars before they closed. He said he was even willing to stay after to help us. He was so kind, thoughtful, and personable. He wanted to ensure we had a great experience. Keenan and Don did an incredible job working quickly! We were in and out in 15 minutes. read more

I always come to jiffy lube ! The guys here were very helpful. Pablo went above and beyond to make sure my oil change and tire rotation was complete and that I understood the details of my service. The service was fast and the customer service was great. I always come to Jiffy Lube and will remain a customer. read more

Power of the pen still works. After filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and corporate office I received a check for my remaining expenses. I still gave 1 star because after such a horrible experience they really should have been tripping over themselves to reimburse me. Instead I get a response only after I send negative reviews and file a formal complaint. Really poor customer service experience but again I was fully reimbursed. read more

I have no words for this place except for trashy ass work. I took my car for and oil change and thought they did well my car was working then when I got home my whole drive way was filled with oil. How so you ask? Cause this stupid ass people at jiffy lube don't know how to tighten a bolt for my oil pan or tighten a fucking car filter they half assed put it on and when I checked it one turn and it would of fell right off literally so crazy I'm coming back trust in that I want the owner to message me as soon as possible this is pathetic // also I took my dads car over here to fill some tires up with some air and the whole left side was at 70 both front and back and the other side was 35 both front and back like what is going on here read more

These guys do incredible work. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and respectful with everything I needed. I knew my car needed a lot of work but Doug did an incredible job of pointing me in the right direction on what was a priority. In this day in age, you have a lot of people looking to make any extra buck where they can. It was a breath of fresh air to get such an honest and accommodating opinion from someone who was just trying to help out. This team is excellent and they absolutely deserve your business read more

This Jiffy Lube is a great quick stop. Always groupings and coupons available for an oil change and tire rotation. They do a good job and get you on your way quickly. Some of these older reviews I don't think apply anymore as they seem to be quick, friendly, and efficient. Yes you have to be careful on what is recommended but again that's where you can always refuse service. read more

Used to be a great place with quick, quality service. Now the mechanics are rude and condescending with absolutely no customer service skills. I don't need you to call me outside and show me what's wrong with my 20 year old car like I'm a child and then treat me like I'm the worst person in the world for not having fixed it before visiting you... It's a 20 year old car, I know it's a piece of crap! Just tell me what's wrong in a respectful way and ask if I'd like you to fix it... a little advice to you with future customers because I will not be coming back. read more

Never go to this place for Emissions testing. They tell you that it takes 10 minutes however you might be wasting your whole entire day here. The people are extremely rude and Uneducated read more

I failed my emissions test so I was offered the second test for free. After my car was fixed , I passed it! The staff took note of my tag renewal date and wished me happy birthday! Lastly these guys smell really good! I can't count how many times a mechanic left an odor behind. It's the little things that count. 5 stars for courtesy & cologne. read more

I have been here now twice for oil changes, and they were great both times. I know nothing about cars so these guys are great at breaking down what I need to get and what I don't. They have never tried to throw in extra charges due to my lack of knowledge. I will continue to come to this location simply because they are so kind and helpful. Thank you read more

The staff here is incredibly nice. I was welcomed here with hot coffee and a smile. Regular oil changes come with a free vacuum and cleaning of the inside of the car. I received discounted windshield wiper change as well. The service was thorough, quick, and well done. read more

I travel past other Jiffy Lubes just to go to this specific location. Pablo & JJ & Lee are all helpful & knowledgeable auto technicians. I trust this location with my car & I will continue going here in the future. read more

on October 30 2016 I took my car to this location and store 816. It was suppose to be a simple brake job. I was the first one there around 10 am. there was a guy that happen to improperly install my front brakes. He had put a substance on my front brake pads that suppose to be used for the thread of the pins that held the brake calipers. then on the driver side brake caliper happens to be torn in the inside where the piston and rubber seal is located. and just so happens brake fluid started to leak. I found that out once I kept hearing a noise in the front of my car and took it to the other jiffy lube #816. The manager from #816 happen to identify the problem and he did a thorough brake inspection something that the first mechanic from store #2106 didn't bother to do. and he also never gave me a paper of recommended work. He just did my brakes and that's it! the manager from #816 RICHARD MONTGOMERY did a superb job. He he replaced all my brakes, driver side brake caliper and brake fluid. he worked an extra 4 hrs on my car something that was highly avoidable if the mechanic from #2106 did a brake inspection in the first place. and also there was two other mechanics that came to work 15 mins late that was one of the original brake techs. It was suppose to be a 70 dollar job and ended up costing me an extra 273 dollars. Richard Montgomery happen to take pictures of the damage from the previous mechanic and documented and sent email to corporate. When Chuck from corporate hit me up the following day he told me that I want going to get a full refund and everything that I told him didn't make sense. he told me if I don't talk the partial refund then he wouldn't pay me at all. also told me that he doesn't have to pay me with an attitude. I really didn't appreciate it at all coming from him. I shouldn't have to pay for a service for something I didn't cause and Richard Montgomery shouldn't had to clean up behind the mechanics mess it's not fair. I advise to guys do not go to store #2106. poor service and as for corporate Mr Chuck he doesn't deserve to be in position. I demand a full refund and plan on contacting the president of jiffy lube and better business bureau. on top of that this cause my checking account to be in the negative for the past couple of days. Thanks store 2106 for horrible service. read more

Jiffy Lube - Inside the front driver side brake caliper. Brake fluid leak found by Richard Montgomery store 816. - Auto Repair Near Me - Chamblee, Georgia

Staff was very nice & informative. Offered me coupons and saved me a lot of money. Also very friendly and engaging. Would definitely recommend! read more

These three starts are for the employees ONLY. It's not their fault that they were doing their job the way the were trained and told to do it. Very friendly and quick. Zero stars for the company itself. I was bamboozled. I always get a oil change right after I buy a used car. I paid $124 becuase they convinced me that it was the best for my Nissan Altima 2014. They also tried to add an emissions test. I'm all about the environment. I'm from California where its required to get a smog check to register your car... But really? A car with only 35,000 miles on it, with no engine light on... There is no need for an emissions test. I just got an oil change elsewhere for $24. I was taken advantage of at Jiffy Lube as a woman with little knowledge of newer cars. They're quick, and the staff is great. And are knowledgeable with every question I asked...but the knowledge they have is to make you believe you need to pay way more than necessary. You go in expected to pay $50 at the most, but they guilt trip you into emptying your pockets for certain things that are completely unnecessary... I feel so stupid for paying so much, but Jiffy Lube used to be the only place I took my car in California and they never gave an indecent price. This place takes advantage of people who are concerned for the well being of their car but aren't educated enough to know how to weed through the BS read more

Don't go there. I Went there for an oil change! The service is twice as expensive as other places. When they were checking cabin air filter and wipers ( which are included for free in the oil change!!), they broke the two! read more

Always great customer service. I stopped at another oil change shop they told me that I needed 300 dollars in brake work. I took my car here. The Customer service guy told me l only needed to have them adjusted. Cost FREE. A honest business is hard to find. Thank you read more
