I was at the service station when a gentleman at the next pump heard the same noice I heard but I never did anything about it, he suggested that I bring it in for a diagnostic on my car, came to find out it was my radiator blower and hose, good thing I did, thank you Mr. Howard for your advice. I visited Atlanta on 8/17 for the first time. Drove 3 hours from Columbia, SC. Was warned about the bad traffic and what happens on my 1st trip? I get rear-ended and slam into the driver in front of me. My bumper is severely dented and I'd drive back home if not for the fact it's rubbing up against my front tire. Called around to see if a place could squeeze me in on a Saturday. No luck. I call this location. Explain my situation. Howard picks up. Tells me if I can get the car there before 6, he'll take a look at it. It was 3:30 pm. 5:50 pm. On my way to the location in a tow truck. I call Howard and explain that we're on the way. Doesn't let me finish. Bring it on I'm told. We arrive and Howard looks at the car. Takes off the bumper and I'm on the road back home 20 minutes later. I was utterly blown away by Howard's kindness. He didn't have to squeeze me in at the end of the day but he did. Helped me out tremendously as I was in a city unfamiliar to me. Thank you so much Howard!! Ms. Honey and the manager, Howard were very good to do business with. They serviced my brakes, installed two new tires and they also did a front-end alignment for my 2018 Audi Q7. My car has been good to me, so I only wanted them to install the tires and was skeptical when I chose to have it serviced outside the dealership. However, their willingness to service and the cost comparison, felt like the right decision and I am glad the also did my service. Today they will install 2 additional new tires. Goodyear examined the vehicle and immediately noted negligence of the previous mechanic. They affordably assisted in correcting the issue which would have cost thousands of dollars in damage. All I needed was an oil changed. I called several days in advance to make an appointment. Waited almost an hour before they even took my car. It finally went up on the lift and sat there for another 20 min. The guy doing the oil change did not know what he was doing. finally, almost 2 hours and $100 later, I pulled away. Maybe they are better for body work issues but I'll never go there for an oil change again. read more

Great service!! People who actually know what they're doing. Such a breath of fresh air compared to the rest of Atlanta. Came in to get a patch on my tire, brought in just the wheel and tire and dropped it off, told them no rush, I had all day. They called me an hour and a half later saying the tire was finished. Picked it up, at first I thought the paperwork was wrong, it was so cheap! Keith helped me check out and gave me my wheel back. He was very nice and professional. I took my wheel out into the parking lot and started putting it back on my car (there were several other people inside and I didn't want to trouble them with installation as well, especially after how little they charged and how nice they were) Keith came out and insisted that they'd take care of the reinstallation, and to just pull around back. I dropped the car, brought it around back, and Reg (one of the mechanics) had the tire on in no time! He torqued the nuts in a star pattern like you're supposed to, and even used a torque wrench on each one! I was blown away. I've come to expect bad work ethic from most people in Atlanta, but the guys at this location are the exact opposite! They are great. Definitely would recommend this location. read more

Do not take your vehicle here. I was scammed into purchasing off brand tires that where expensive. I was told these tires where the only one that fit. Then they added three years alignment and roadside repair without telling me. My bill was two times what it should have been. Called back the next day and was told "You signed the receipt". Yes I was paying attention. I didn't think Goodyear would try to stuff my bill without telling me. Stay away. Manger attempted to cover his guys and "allowed" me to 4 new tires for the same price. So they kept my money but I at least got two more tires. Had the nerve to try to tell me if they have earned back my trust come back for future needs. Ha. They rip me off and expect to ever come back or not tell everyone I ever see to avoid this place and "Brand" for allow no a store to try to scam customer to sell add one. Never again. read more

This was once my favorite car place to go when i started driving! i started going here because of my mom and the guys that's used to work here we're so welcoming. i have watched this place go down the drain over the years especially loosing good staff. I normally go for my oil changes and I go after 3 because I work mornings and never had any problems they would also compensate if they need me to come back another day. Well recently I called and was told their short staffed and by three they are trying to finish even though they close at 6. Coming in on the weekend is also no good! I also needed a new tire and they quoted me almost 200 dollars for just one! i loved this place but I gotta let it go read more

I needed a sensor replaced on my tire so I went here to the Macy's service center to have it replaced. I bought a sensor at autozone but when I got there they told me they couldn't use third party parts. I said that was fine and I would just use the sensor they provided. After waiting maybe and hour someone came back out to tell me their sensor didn't work and they wanted to use the one I bought and they would charge me less. The next morning the light on my car. I took my car to the dealership because I thought maybe Macy's didn't know what they were doing. I turn out to be correct. They took the sensor off completely and charged me for doing nothing. I would suggest not using this service center. I'm looking for my receipt today and I will update this review with the name of the person I worked with in the service center. Stay away. read more

I called 8-10 different tire suppliers around Atlanta on the southeast side. Being in East Atlanta Village, we have many options. I was blown away at the prices I was quoted and those prices only covered the tires. I decided to call this location and I couldn't be happier that I did. They were half the cost of some of the quotes I got. Not only were they less expensive, their service included a lifetime warranty on the tires, free balance and rotation as well. Deondre helped me over the phone a few days ago. Gave me a quote and had my quote and paperwork ready when I walked in for my appointment. ALL of the employees were incredibly nice and helpful. Seriously so damn sweet. There was no haggling, and no add on "you need this or that". I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much to all of the employees that worked on my car today. If there is anything you need done to your vehicle, DO NOT come here!! They misdiagnosed my 2007 Tahoe. I'm not from Georgia. Blew a heater hose from the firewall and took it in here to find out what caused it. The shop manager said, " it was the head gasket that blew and for $2800-3200 they could fix it and he would recommend both head gaskets be replaced, along with every gasket from the heads up and that I may want to replace the water pump as well, usually when the head gaskets go the water pump needs replaced." Really??! Uhh, no thank you. I got a uhaul and towed my truck back home to Tennessee to my mechanic. Told my mechanic what the shop told me down in Georgia. He said yea, it's possible. ALOT of pressure to snap off that heater hose. So, my mechanic instead of replacing all the head gaskets and seeing it's running hot, checked out the water pump. Pulley is very loose. It's the water pump NOT the head gaskets!! He saved me $2500+ Unbelievable---- DO NOT recommend!!! read more

My experiences here have been great: quick service, very professional (and friendly), not the lowest prices, but comparable (then again, you can't put a price on peace of mind...). Booked an appointment online for an oil change at 2:30 PM today. When I got there I had to wait at the counter for 15 minutes before anybody appeared to help me. I was told that it would be at least 2 hours before they would be able to get to me despite an empty parking lot, 2 empty bays in the garage, and a freaking 2:30 PM appointment. When I asked what the purpose of having an appointment was the person I was dealing with could not provide me with an answer. This joke of a place probably did me a favor because if managing appointments is too difficult for them, then perhaps I really don't want them working on my car. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I made an appointment for 4:30pm, was told ot would take 2 hours for oil change and inspection. Walked around S. DeKalb for two hours, returned and was told they hadn't started on my car. No apologies, just only one person available for oil changes and he was too busy working on additional services for a car that came in after mine. The manager Mike Bernard took my number to call me when car was ready. When I asked why I didn't get a courtesy call after they knew they w were going to be later on my car, they had no clue. I took my car in suspecting a problem with the starter. They gave me a quote and I agreed. When I went to pick the car up the price was over $300 more than the quoted price. They replaced the starter and said it needed an ignition too. They corrected that issue but when I drove the car off (4 days later ) from their lot I noticed it wasn't driving the same. I made a return appointment for them to check it out. When I took a closer look at my car I realized all 4 of my tires were different - literally 4 different brands! My jack was missing and my alarm was disconnected. I called corporate and they recommended I call the police. I am unable to prove what happened there but buyer beware. Brought my car in because I heard a loud metal-to-metal sound and I suspected it was the brakes. I asked them to check the brakes at which point they told me that I had 4 people in front of me and I could leave the car with them. I left and they called me 3 hours later to say that there was NOTHING wrong with my brakes and my car was perfectly fine. THEN offered to change all my tires and an oil change for $1,000!!! I declined and took my car elsewhere. Come to find out the metal to metal sound was IN FACT my brake pads that had been worn out!!! Instead of stating the obvious they tried to scam me out of $1000. The mechanic who ended up fixing and installing my brake pads told me any skilled mechanic could easily tell the brake pads were worn. I ended up pay $100 for pads + installment at the 2nd mechanic shop. I would NEVER EVER go back to this Goodyear nor any other branch of Goodyear again!!! read more

Would not recommend this place! I took my car here because my air conditioner was not blowing cool air. After paying $321.00--198.00 for labor, the air conditioner in my vehicle blew cold air for only two days. Of course, I took it back. The bottom line, after all the spiel from the mechanic, was they needed to do more work on my car (hours of work) to find out what was really going on. He offered to write up the work order for me, which of course was going to cost me more money , and judging by the cost of their labor, it was going to cost a LOT money!
