Well, today Saturday morning I checked in at 9:30am and upsettingly did not get my truck seen until after the 3rd time of going to ask how much longer it would be...at 1:46pm. I did not leave here until 2:33pm. I will never ever go here on a Saturday and esp, not without an online appointment. Moving forward, I'll take off work and Chet the 1st or last appointment of the day. Honestly, this was sooo draining & I lost a work shift just sitting here on such a lovely & eventful day. Apparently, "appointment" means something entirely different to them. When I arrived, the shop was packed with multiple cars ahead of me. I was then informed that my appointment wasn't actually for service--it was just for them to acknowledge that I needed work done. Excuse me? That's not what an appointment is for! An appointment should mean that my vehicle is scheduled for a specific time slot, not that I get to sit around waiting like a walk-in customer. This was a complete waste of my time. If I had known an appointment meant nothing here, I could have gone elsewhere or planned accordingly. Express Oil Change needs to rethink their scheduling system or stop pretending to take appointments altogether. Absolutely ridiculous.
