Rating: 5/5 I can't…read moresay enough good things about this automotive shop! They first worked on my 2011 Maxima back in 2022 when I needed a radiator replacement. My car was overheating, but after they replaced the radiator, I haven't had a single problem since. So when my Maxima recently started leaking oil from multiple places -- the valves, valve pan, and O-ring -- I didn't hesitate to bring it back to them for a tune-up. Once again, they did an incredible job! My car now runs like it's brand new, and I couldn't be more pleased. The team is not only highly skilled but also professional, honest, and very forthright. They kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, explaining exactly what needed to be done and making sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward. I was especially impressed by how the mechanic remembered my car from two years ago! He hadn't seen me since 2022, but he knew my vehicle right away, which shows the level of care and personal service they offer. The quality of work and customer service here is so impressive that we've officially replaced our dealership with them! I recently dropped off my Nissan Rogue for repairs, and we plan to bring my son's Honda here as well. This is the shop we trust for all our vehicle needs going forward. If you're looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and skilled auto shop that treats you like family and gets the job done right the first time, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I brought my Dodge Challenger here specifically for a persistent noise, wobble, and vibration. I…read moreclearly explained the symptoms and specifically told them the issue needed to be evaluated while driving. After their "diagnostic," I was told my rotors were warped and agreed to repairs totaling about $2,200, believing they had actually identified the problem I came in for. They didn't. The original noise, wobble, and vibration were still there. I brought the car back, and suddenly they discovered that my driveshaft was completely loose--and now I'm being quoted another $1,500+ just for the part. How does a shop perform a diagnostic for noise, wobbling, and vibration and completely miss a major driveline issue? I spent thousands of dollars based on their diagnosis, the actual problem was never fixed, and now I'm expected to spend thousands more for something that should have been identified the first time. At this point, I feel completely taken advantage of. I would not trust this shop with another repair.

I've taken my vehicle to Drummer three times and EVERY time I have been totally satisfied with the service. During the pandemic, he is taking all of the necessary health precautions to ensure the safety of his customers when you enter the business. His waiting area looks and feels like you walked into a dealership. But don't worry! He doesn't try to gouge you with high dealership prices for servicing your vehicle. I called a few times to notify owner; he said, just because they serviced car does not mean current issue related to their work; bring the car back for no charge diagnostic. The intermittent cooling or heating continued for 3 weeks till I could adjust my work schedule to take car in again. Upon return, owner had me drive service tech around building several times in which the system was not blowing then came on automatically. Technician told owner its her blower motor; owner called someone to inquire on part; then told me it will be $1100 dollars to replace the blower motor. No physical inspection was done in regards to taking off the cover under the glove compartment to check blower motor or wires, etc. As part of the B service the cabin filter was to be changed inside the glove compartment; so work was done in area top and, its possible under glove compartment was opened during B service also. I did request going back with car to see what was going on when they open area for inspection and owner got upset and started discussing trusting their work. I asked for my key, back and left. Upon taking car somewhere else; they pulled the cover off, under the glove compartment in front of me and they were able to show me the blower motor wire was loose; they reconnect and secured. Did not have to pay $1100 for something that was wrongly stated as the problem from driving in car with me and determined as diagnostic test to check A/C heat system...smh. My A/C heat system is blowing strong and constant now, as it did, prior to me bringing my car to them for service. Unfortunately this was my 2nd time visiting this auto repair shop. Thankful, I did not listen to him when I knew that was not the problem because blower motor was replaced Feb. 2021. Proper diagnostic with hands on, visualization and applicable tool testing is always needed first!

I think we've found our go-to auto shop! I have never in my life been to a shop with such clearly…read moredefined and transparent services with prices that don't magically move or shift at checkout. You can calculate everything before you pay because it's all clearly listed in-store and on their website, and as long as you tell them exactly what you want done that price does not move. It's crazy to think that's some special characteristic, but unfortunately there are way too many scammers and liars saturating the repair market. Now this place is pretty small and boutique in nature. I like the emphasis on thoroughness. There are three carports and it's on a small lot, so don't expect to have your car worked on immediately unless you are getting a minimal service (oil change). We needed a lot done, so the husband arrived early @8AM for an appt he set online and told the young man working what we needed done (100k mile tune-up, brake replacement, and a few other things). He was very transparent about needing to order parts, so he told him to come back at 3PM. We arrived around 3:15PM and had another 15min wait, but our tech gave us some water while we waited in their small, minimalist lobby (three chairs and their checkout desk). I give extra points for being done around the time when he said he would. Shortly after we arrived he took us out to the bay, explained what he did and what we needed to keep an eye on. I really appreciated that he addressed what needed to be immediately fixed yet paused on what we could sit on for a bit. We were not sold any false sense of urgency and the entire experience was quite black and white. Perfect for us. Now, Dad's doesn't do super complex car repairs or body work, and they are very transparent about that. You can definitely give them a call beforehand to see if they can work on what you need. Their prices are quite fair, and the workmanship is of great quality. Don't expect any overly-friendly or outgoing mechanic though... but I honestly appreciate business-forward bluntness in this industry way more than any false pleasantries.
