When I went outside after the service, I immediately noticed a lug nut was missing. After looking closer, I saw that the wheel stud itself was broken - which I know for a fact was not damaged prior to the repair. When I contacted the mechanic about it, he did not deny breaking it and asked me to go purchase a new stud and lug nut, which I did right away. He said he would return to install it, but after that point communication became very unreliable. I texted several times with no response. When he finally replied "yes" to confirm he would complete the repair, he still never followed through. Since then, my messages have gone unanswered. On top of that, he told me the broken stud was "no big deal" and that he knows someone who drives around with multiple broken studs - which was extremely concerning to hear from someone responsible for vehicle safety. I don't feel comfortable driving with a broken wheel stud, and the situation has been left unresolved. I wish this could have been a positive review, but based on the lack of accountability, poor communication, and safety concerns, it cannot be.

Nice guy! He replaced my secondary water pump and auxiliary pump which was the only code on my car…read moreprior to him working on it. He also gave me a fair price. However, shortly after, a new code popped up my MAF sensor was malfunctioning. I'm concerned he may not have reassembled everything correctly, or he might have accidentally hit another part of the engine possibly the MAF sensor itself.

We noticed him checking his phone often and we wondered if he was watching videos to try and learn how to do the job. We think the request may have been outside of his scope of practice. Update! Kevin contacted me, via text after reading the…read morereview, asking that I take the review down and allow him an opportunity to come back out and look at the vehicle, free of charge. Kevin shared that he was at risk of losing his job and was a lead tech, although listed as the owner. 'Management' also contacted and asked that I take the review down and offered to refund the labor. At this point (2 days later) I had already taken the vehicle to the Toyota dealer, as his 'management' advised the vehicle was complex and initially declined looking at the vehicle without another charge. Toyota Diagnosis: improper fitting and installed spark plugs. Cost: 98$ inspection- which was deducted from repair cost. Repair cost total, including one day vehicle rental, 468.79$. I reached back out to Kevin and 'Management', via text and email, three consecutive days- excluding Sunday, explaining the outcome and requesting a partial refund (spark plugs, diagnosis, and labor). I have not received a response and am now seeking civil action. Receipts attached. Again, the purpose of this review is to bring awareness.

I have ran multiple shops my self and it is ran very well with the exception of Jenny b, her ego is is up there as well. like she is better then everyone else thats why I had to get involved with the owner the inspection process was spot on and so was the repair process on my valve cover leak if I had anything to criticize it would be find a new service manager shes a great person but I over heard a conversation about another customer and how she talked down on them because they didn't get approved for the 3rd party financing options... once I got ahold of the owner he assured me it would be handled.. all in all it was a great experience and the technicians where amazing.
