This sounds crazy to me to even write, but I live in a gated community, and this guy showed up to my house with an exposed gun on his hip! I know this is the south, but come on. I understand if maybe he had a call in a sketchy neighborhood, but even then the gun might still cause a stir. It made me extremely uncomfortable as I let this man into my garage. It's hard to make a clear-headed decision about your car when there's a man with a camera pointed at you and a gun on his hip in front of you. Such an odd and inappropriate approach. I would never use his service again. You're better off just taking your car to a mechanic, as the mobile one comes with a gun. read more

I don't have a battery warranty now because you won't share your receipt. Overpriced service and very poor customer service. Mr. Andrew was very professional, he arrived VERY quick and finished everything in a mannerly time . I had a oxygen problem with my car and he told me what I needed , the price and went to go get it while I sit home and wait. He came back, did his work and my car was running smooth. It ran smooth but then something else was wrong which made the engine light came back on because it was at first, turned off. He checked it out again , saw what needed to fix and went to the store to get the part the next day from the dealership that had my part and came back to my car and replaced the valve cover . Afterwards drove around the neighborhood to see if it's all good & it was. I still give him a 4/5 stars because he's available through the entire week and comes straight to you (only in metro area) & I'm satisfied with his service & definitely recommend him but VERY pricey but I needed his service so it's a win/win. read more

Mr. Andrews is a consummate professional and an incredibly nice person. I don't really trust car repair shops (and I know I'm not the only one) because there is often a different person behind the counter each time I go in, and I can't establish a sense of trust with a revolving door of employees. Mr. Andrews is one man, who stands behind his work, and goes out of his way to make sure he does right by his customers. My car needed major repairs, and he came to my house on my schedule (saving me the cost of towing my vehicle to the shop), he worked quickly right in my driveway (no inflated labor charges), and charged me less than I was quoted from repair shops I would have had to tow my car to. And he explained the process of the repairs to me without being condescending *or* overly technical - a hard balance to achieve! It's never fun to spend hundreds of dollars unexpectedly on car repairs, but Mr. Andrews made the process as painless as possible.
