I used the Yelp feature to send pictures and received a reply shortly after suggesting an in-person estimate. I called and left a message to schedule an appointment, expecting to wait a couple days before even getting a callback. Imagine my (pleasant) surprise when Mr. Anthony called me back within a few minutes! (Green flag #1) I was told to come by Sunday between 8am and noon (green flag #2). I pulled up at about 11am and Mr. Anthony came out to take a look. The business page says "No job is too big or too small" and they stand on that. One thing I really appreciated is that he included me in the process. He simply asked whether I was looking to have the whole fender replaced (I wasn't), went inside and got his tools. It was that easy. No overselling. No overcharging. No frills. Just an honest gentleman who saw a small job, as it turned out) and made the time to do it. Yall. I drive an old Toyota and have interacted with my share of auto/body techs, honest and dishonest. Mr. Anthony was communicative, timely and very fair! I won't hesitate to come back.

Unfortunately, I didn't find out till later that he mis aligned my automatic window which now doesn't roll all the way up the way it used to. I didn't discover this until a month later when I took my car to the car wash and when it was going thru the wash, water was coming into my car. When I did a closer inspection I discovered that the window doesn't roll all the way up. Other then that I was satisfied with the over all work. If you have auto windows make sure your window /s are set back to manufacturer specs

It's kicks back open. 2. The rear windshield wipers were not hooked back up properly and they no longer work to spray fluid. 3. The badging was installed differently than factory with different spacing. 4. One of the muffler tailpipes is crooked and doesn't sit evenly in the cutout and it looks odd once you've noticed it. I took my vehicle to Volvo because of the wiper and trunk issue. They took one look and told me to contact the body shop as it would not be warranty work since it was not properly installed/adjusted/repaired by the insurance body shop. I was sad as I've used this shop on the past, but won't return again.

    Last year I was parked at Hartsfield airport for about 7 days while on vacation. When we got back…read morethere some 'goop' on our hood that we just attributed to normal airport dirt. However a few weeks later when I attempted to wash it, I was horrified to find that my (two year old car) paint was discolored and damaged. After trying everything I could think of I realized that the hood would need repainted. I took it to Curry's in McDonough. I went over the issue with Susan and she came out and looked at the paint as well. She asked alot of questions to get to the bottom of what could have happened so that the shop would know what to expect. Long story made shorter, Curry's took special pains to ensure the paint job they did on the hood would last. They agreed that some kind of solvent had gotten on the hood and the hood had to be brought down to the metal, and then painted and due to blending the pin stripes had to be replaced. We got the car back and it looks better than ever!!! Thank you Susan and thank you Curry's for restoring my cars luster!!! I could not be happier with their work! Jeff and Lisa

I called Curry Collision the first question was are you okay. I then began to explain my situation she told me what was gonna happen and everything I was told happened. I've received calls, and Email about my car status and when it should be returned. I don't want to be a regular with them but I highly recommend their service. Customer service at its best.

As a receptionist (Jamie), it is imperative to have a positive attitude to customers and not blow off their questions. My experience started off sour with my appointment for an estimate. This office told my insurance adjuster that I was a no-show, when in fact my scheduled appointment date had not passed. When I called to rectify, Jamie acted as if they didn't tell the adjuster, and didn't offer any apologies for the mix-up. In every conversation with Randi, she was rude and condescending. It is important to have effective communication in roles like hers, yet she acted as if I was supposed to know the process like an industry veteran. I felt like I was inconveniencing her, when I only had general questions as a first-time customer. I only came to this location because the insurance company (Alfa) of the person who rear-ended me recommended them. I will not be getting my car serviced here and do not wish to ever set foot in this location again.

I usually don't provide reviews unless it's over the top service or a warning to not do business with a company. This is an OVER THE TOP business.
