Imagine my (pleasant) surprise when Mr. Anthony called me back within a few minutes! (Green flag #1) I was told to come by Sunday between 8am and noon (green flag #2). I pulled up at about 11am and Mr. Anthony came out to take a look. The business page says "No job is too big or too small" and they stand on that. One thing I really appreciated is that he included me in the process. He simply asked whether I was looking to have the whole fender replaced (I wasn't), went inside and got his tools. Misrepresented Damage at Elite Collision…read more I dropped my car at Elite Collision for a bumper repair, and it was in the shop for two weeks. After picking up my vehicle, I noticed the driver-side window would not go down, which had been working properly before drop-off. I immediately called Elite Collision, and they asked me to return so the technician could inspect it. I also mentioned to the tech that the driver-side mirror setting had been adjusted as well. When I returned, they checked the vehicle and, in less than 10 minutes, claimed the issue could be due to wear and tear and that the motor was gone. One staff member said he would notify my insurance company, but that it may/may not be covered, and offered to provide a repair quote. I informed them again that the window was fully functional when I dropped the car off. I also contacted my insurance company. When the adjuster visited the shop, he was told my vehicle had arrived with the driver-side window not working, which is completely false. Tip: Always do a thorough walk-through, take photos/videos, and record your mileage before leaving your vehicle.

The insurance company had already made a check out to my daughter. Classic collision stated that they couldn't provide an estimate unless the check was signed over to them. Since the car had structural damage they stated that it was very likely that the car would be totaled. The insurance company refused the repairs, thus no services were rendered. To avoid storage fees I was asked to pick up the car. I picked the car up Feb 6. I asked about return of the check classic collision stated that the money would be refunded to the insurance company even though the check was in my daughters name. 2 weeks passed still no refund. When questioned they then stated that a formal request is required by the insurance company to refund money that doesn't belong to them. Nearly 3 weeks had passed and they now state that 2 to 3 weeks is required to return my daughters money. This is unheard of with today's technology and is not fair to the consumer. Why did they have to cash the check before the insurance company approved the repairs. Why didn't they inform my daughter, that if the repairs are not approved by the insurance company it could take 3 to 5 weeks to return. Her money. They made lots of promises. Today is Feb 28, the car was picked up Feb 6, and the $2900 provided to the repair shop still hasn't been returned. My daughter need thus money to help replace her car.

Because my BMW has heads up display and other safety features through the windshield he explained why I wanted OEM glass. Afterwards I did my own research and determined he was spot on. No pressure from Jason. He just let me know they were there when I was ready. Then I left town and it was an entire month before I got back to fixing my windshield. H&A is an approved provider through my insurance so the process was so easy. Within 30 minutes, Jason had the authorization from my insurance company for the replacement and calibration needed. Horatio called me and let me know he was on the way. He and Wilmer got right to work. In less than two hours they had my windshield replaced, did the calibration and drove it to make sure everything was functioning properly. They even were kind enough to move the sticker I need to get in our work parking lot from my old windshield to my new one. Horatio and Wilmer were both professional and efficient.
