They gave me three different price options for fixing my bumper, with a full explanation of what each part cost, what exactly the part did, and how much I needed it. Even though they could have given me only the most expensive option (close to $900), Tyler was realistic about how old my car is and how much mileage it has. I ended up paying less than $400. Misrepresented Damage at Elite Collision I dropped my car at Elite Collision for a bumper repair, and it was in the shop for two weeks. After picking up my vehicle, I noticed the driver-side window would not go down, which had been working properly before drop-off. I immediately called Elite Collision, and they asked me to return so the technician could inspect it. I also mentioned to the tech that the driver-side mirror setting had been adjusted as well. When I returned, they checked the vehicle and, in less than 10 minutes, claimed the issue could be due to wear and tear and that the motor was gone. One staff member said he would notify my insurance company, but that it may/may not be covered, and offered to provide a repair quote. I informed them again that the window was fully functional when I dropped the car off. I also contacted my insurance company. When the adjuster visited the shop, he was told my vehicle had arrived with the driver-side window not working, which is completely false. Tip: Always do a thorough walk-through, take photos/videos, and record your mileage before leaving your vehicle. read more

If I could give business place a zero rating fee i would !!! Veeerrrry POOR communication with their clients. They changed my pick up several times 4 to be exact into a month and 3 weeks , without reaching out to me about the car , having me to call them every time for an update, I was patient with them because I understood that it these take time but would have really appreciated the call saying hey your car has more problems or the parts have not come in as fast as we thought something.... just open communication with your clients, car looks great but having to figure out the update , communication ruined my experience and I will not be recommending their business to anyone read more

The staff was very friendly and professional. The body shop is so clean you could, as they say, "eat off the floor." I was most impressed with the service. So, I hit a deer a couple weeks ago. Side mirror dangling, a few dents along the driver side. Nothing too extensive. I called to see if I could leave it after hours for them to get to for an estimate, since I work nights (Terri was amazing). Left my own number, plus a secondary for contact. I call them early afternoon around 1pm, since I hadn't heard anything. Apparently, Russell called and left a voicemail. Nothing on my end. After then speaking to Russell, and asking which email of mine he had on file so that I could receive the estimate, "well, you're the one who wrote it on the envelope", I found out my secondary contact had already called earlier the same morning. When she asked what the status was on my car, she was told that Russell was on the phone with me at that very second. A flat out lie. I just want my mirror fixed, so I claw through Hell to set up an appointment...and get bounced around their office to just do that. So, my mirror should have been in 2 days ago (which it was). I had to call them to ask if it arrived. It did arrive, and in response to me asking when I could bring my car in to have it put on after painting/drying etc, "mr. ward, we will let you know." They did an excellent job of repairing my damage and even took the time to clean my car, I am so happy that I brought my car there and would do so again, hopefully not another accident. A month, 2 botched repair jobs, being cursed at by the owner in front of my son and having the insurance intervene I finally was able to pick my car. Really poor experience there. I took my jeep to have a small spot of rust repaired on the fender. Nice looking building, and close to where I work. After quoting me one price, they called while doing the work to say they needed to charge me more as part of it had rusted through the metal...(I thought that was the purpose of the inspection/estimate process). I agreed to pay the higher price and they did the work. Just a few months later the rust showed up again. I took it back, confident that they would stand by their work. Nope, no warranty of any kind on rust unless you replace the entire part that had been rusty. Really?!? Have you heard of prepping the metal before painting. On top of that they seemed to enjoy giving me the bad news. Their approach to customer service tells me that they won't be around long. read more

Five Stars all the way!! We were recently in an accident and on a whim I decided to take my husbands car here. Our car looks better now than when we bought it. They even cleaned and detailed the car.
