If I could give 6 stars, I would…read more I had a mobile dent repair guy attempt to fix scratches someone left on my new car on the bumper and grill and he used matte black (my car is gloss black) when he told me he had the correct paint color... He also broke the bumper clips that ended up being unsalvageable according to Bobby (owner of Platinum). He got overspray everywhere and broke parts that shouldn't have needed to be replaced. So an absolute waste of $500 on top of making the car look worse than it did before he touched it. I have been looking at getting it fixed for some time now and I came across Platinum Collision Repair and saw the great reviews and gave it a shot. When I arrived I saw a bunch of cars in the shop that looked pretty much brand new so I knew I was in probably in good hands. I was instantly greeted by the owner and I showed him the damage. He gave me a free quote within 3 mins of me being there. I took some time to see if I wanted to wait a few months or do it now but after seeing person after person come to drop off their car within 5 mins of me trying to make a decision in the parking lot, I felt that was all the convincing I needed, so I got him to go ahead and do it. I dropped the car off 7-25 (Saturday afternoon) and it was done 7-29(Wednesday morning). He told me Thursday just to be safe and I get a call on Wednesday morning at 9am that it's ready. That's including them ordering a new grill, new bumper and painting. They are closed Sundays and I brought it later in the afternoon on Saturday so really it only took them 3ish days to order the parts, do all the necessary repairs to other parts not being replaced, paint the car and they even washed it for me! These guys at Platinum killed it and the owner Bobby was seriously so helpful and did his best to get me right after getting screwed over and save me as much money as possible. He even buffed the overspray off my headlight for me and it looks like a brand new headlight now. The car now looks like how it looked when it came off the delivery truck a year ago. They did the job for so cheap too! Can't recommend them enough... so much so that my mom is asking me what's the address and telling me she doesn't care that it's over an hour and a half away from her after seeing the results lol. Their insurance company was not easy to deal with. New Generation took over and handled everything from there. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. They looked at the truck and pointed out items that were damaged that we didn't even notice. They made sure everything was repaired and replaced properly, covered by the other person's insurance, and they even were able to get it back to us earlier than expected! Affordable AND great service!…read more Thank you Renay for being so honest and straightforward about the prices to fix my car. I had accidentally hit a curb and my splash shield fell off. Other body shops said I NEEDED to fix my entire front bumper in order to repair it which I knew was bullshit. I actually didn't need to fix anything since my car doesn't really need the splash shield but I just wanted to. When I spoke with Renay, she broke down the prices for me and gave me an accurate and affordable pricing ($170 compared to $800 at other places). On the day of, the technician was able to use my original splash shield that fell off so I didn't need to pay for a new part. Since the labor took around 30 minutes, I would've paid around $37 (just for labor) but she was kind enough to let me go for free! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for honest, professional care, and affordable pricing to fix their cars :)

I had just purchased new tires so I wanted to make sure I would get the best wear out of the tires so of course I would need to get an alignment. My car was dropped off and they called back and said the same thing that Erik M. stated that I needed a new camber or it needed to be corrected. I let them proceed with the work and picked my car up later. My car has been riding different ever since I went to this "Shop". I had the chance to take it back just recently after getting my tires rotated and boy did they try to shoot smoke up my butt! They started with my wheels are bent. So I proceeded to ask them which ones and they said the front ones but remember I just got my tires rotated so that would pretty much mean that they all are bent correct. Then they stated that whomever did my brake work didn't change out my rotors when I know for a fact that they were changed out. No need for me to argue when I see that you are trying to convince me that the sky is falling. When I left there I had a quote totaling $1632 of work that needed to be performed on my car. That really dampened my spirit. I spoke with a mechanic that looked at my car right after I left East Point Alignment and Frame and he stated that he didn't see what they saw but suggested that I take it to another tire and alignment shop just to be on the safe side because he wasn't convinced that they were being totally honest with me. So I took my car to my normal tire and alignment shop a couple of days afterwards only to leave with a quote totaling absolutely nothing. The people at East Point Alignment and Frame told me a whole bunch of BS! They should be ashamed of themselves for trying to swindle me out of my hard earned cash. I will never step foot on this property again and I wouldn't recommend this place for your dog to piss on.

First off the old hag that was working the front should be working as far in the back as possible. Her people skills were 0. Dropped my car off and went to work. They said they'd call when the car was ready or if there was additional work they found that needed to be done. Never got a call back so I called after work to find out how it was looking. Apparently my car needed a new camber installed before they did the alignment. So my quote went from 50$ for an alignment to 350$ for a new camber and alignment. I told them I would be up there shortly to pick up my car. Spoke with my father in law about taking it somewhere else that he trusted. He had lots of experience with automobiles and mechanics. He called his guy Lee Tires in Riverdale (which I highly recommend) to bring it in for a second opinion. According to them my camber was almost perfectly calibrated (in my 10 year old car) and I really just needed some new tires up front. Got a couple new tires and man it drives like the day I got it. He was also able to provide a printout of my tire alignment and calibration to prove what he was telling me to be true. Alignment and Frame was unable to provide me with any documentation supporting the replacement of my camber. So I wonder what they even did to come to that conclusion. Unless you already have a (go to) mechanic get a second opinion. Sorry to say but mechanics are responsible for their own bad rap.
