I used the Yelp feature to send pictures and received a reply shortly after suggesting an in-person estimate. I called and left a message to schedule an appointment, expecting to wait a couple days before even getting a callback. Imagine my (pleasant) surprise when Mr. Anthony called me back within a few minutes! (Green flag #1) I was told to come by Sunday between 8am and noon (green flag #2). I pulled up at about 11am and Mr. Anthony came out to take a look. The business page says "No job is too big or too small" and they stand on that. One thing I really appreciated is that he included me in the process. He simply asked whether I was looking to have the whole fender replaced (I wasn't), went inside and got his tools. It was that easy. No overselling. No overcharging. No frills. Just an honest gentleman who saw a small job, as it turned out) and made the time to do it. Yall. Until I physically came there days after my insurance company told me the car was ready. I thought that was weird because I had to fight them for information about the status of my car every step of the way. Finally after going to the shop on OCTOBER 28th and waiting for an hour I was told they would call me for pick up later that evening. They called me 4 hours later to pick up my car and the car still was missing the lower headlamp molding. But I accepted the car without the molding because they had already had my car for OVER 30 days!!! The shop was not well lit and the paint job looked very bad and uneven in the lighting with air-bubbles being very visible and think. Not smooth. NOTHING like the original paint. The next day when the sun rose and I was able to see the work in good light IT WAS A DISASTER. ABSOLUTE TRASH. The front end where the damage occurred was a completely different shade of black the original paint color. I contacted to shop and send a text message with video to the repairman. No response. when I called I was told someone would call me back. No call. I took the car to another body shop to inquire about a possibility of them repairing the mess and was advised some of the parts used for repairs were used and the headlamp was cracked. My insurance company paid for new parts for repairs and the job was DEFINITELY UNACCEPTABLE!

He was supposed to have my hood painted and fix the A/C. After he had my car for 1.5 weeks and I…read morecouldn't get in touch with him at all, I drove to his shop. My car was not fixed, instead he had taken it for his personal use and put hundreds of miles on it. His family's phones were connected to my media system (my daughter took pics). My previously clean backseat was full of grease and the full tank that the car had when he picked it up was now less than half full. This is a Hyundai Sonata and doesn't use much gas. He refused to give me my hood or disclose the location. I had to call the police and file a report. Finally, another week later, the guys he rents his space from helped me get my hood back. They said that people come by constantly to complain and wonder what happened to their cars. Police had been there before on several occasions as well. I also gave him 2 large bottles of Freon worth $50 that I previously purchased to put in my car, but he definitely used it on another car. Probably his own since he told me that his truck was leaking Freon. Andrew said he put it in my car but never checked if it was working... That sounds reasonable? He never gave me an explanation or an apology. You've been warned!!! He is a crook!
