At the end they never really told me what they did. When they finally finished they didn't put the back tailgate on correctly. The gentleman told me he never worked on the tailgate. He lied because I needed to give them the lock for the spare tire on the tailgate so they could work on it. After driving the jeep home I realized they didn't fix the alignment as well. I called them and they told me they didn't need to fix it and I should do it myself. He finished by saying "It wasn't his problem anymore." Bottom line is they put me in an unfinished vehicle when they told me it was finished. I don't feel safe driving it and need to bring it to someone to finish it.

She asked if I had any questions and was helpful with her responses. She promised a quote within 2 days. I received the quote via email the same day. She even texted me to let me know it had been emailed so that I wouldn't overlook it. Customer service is top notch here.

Michael at ATL Urban Garage could not have been kinder and more attentive throughout my entire…read moreservice experience. When assessing my car for regular maintenance needs (new brake pads and an oil change), he thoroughly investigated my all of my concerns and listened to me. The services my car needed were priced very fairly, and I didn't feel taken advantage of. That part is especially important to me as a woman who has been overcharged for unnecessary services in the past - you won't have to learn that hard lesson here! I have limited knowledge about cars (and LOTS of questions as a result), and Michael took care to address each one of them. He was patient, thoughtful, and so welcoming! If you have the pleasure of spending an hour in his shop while waiting for your service to be completed, you won't be without a great companion. He is a busy man, but clearly makes time for his customers. I would absolutely recommend this shop for their quality of service, kind staff & owner, and great value.

When I came to get my car she was very rude after she threw the invoice there was no explanation of it and she told me I could leave. Afterwards when I mentioned that I was not pleased how she was talking to me she began banging on the table and screaming at me. We had a back and forth and then she came from behind the counter charging at me. Her father and brother had to hold her back then proceeded to say they were going to call the police on me when she was the aggressor. WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had & to top it off my tires were flattened although it was never listed in the invoice and they were two new tires!!!! This is a business I would never recommend to anyone with good intentions.

I had my car towed to Clayton Auto Service for a diagnostic after loosing control of my vehicle…read morewhile going around a curve, and was trying to go through my warranty. Brandy LIED & told my warranty that I hit a curb. She was already flustered and moving at a pace where she fucked up and misheard me. She called me back stating that the warranty wouldn't cover it because "I did the damage" I simply asked her to call the warranty company saying she misheard me, due to the fact that I DID NOT HIT A CURB. I SAID TO BRANDY OVER THE PHONE THAT I WENT AROUND A CURVE AND LOST CONTROL OF MY VEHICLE. She then proceeded to tell me that she wasn't going to call them and that she wasn't going to lie for me. I NEVER TOLD HER TO LIE. I TOLD HER TO AT LEAST CORRECT HERSELF FOR SAYING THE INCORRECT INFORMATION. She told me to deal with my warranty on my own and hung up on my face. She needs to slow down and really listen to customers instead of hurrying off the phone. They found the issue, but I decided not to move forward with the repair at that time. Instead of simply billing me for the diagnostic, they wrote rude personal comments about me directly on my invoice, claiming I was "hard to deal with" and saying they "will no longer do business" with me. That's completely unprofessional and unnecessary. All I did was ask questions and decide to delay repairs, which is a customer's right. If this is how they treat customers, imagine how careless they are with your car. They clearly don't value respect, honesty, or professionalism. Spend your money somewhere that actually deserves it.
