I used the Yelp feature to send pictures and received a reply shortly after suggesting an in-person estimate. I called and left a message to schedule an appointment, expecting to wait a couple days before even getting a callback. Imagine my (pleasant) surprise when Mr. Anthony called me back within a few minutes! (Green flag #1) I was told to come by Sunday between 8am and noon (green flag #2). I pulled up at about 11am and Mr. Anthony came out to take a look. The business page says "No job is too big or too small" and they stand on that. One thing I really appreciated is that he included me in the process. He simply asked whether I was looking to have the whole fender replaced (I wasn't), went inside and got his tools. It was that easy. No overselling. No overcharging. No frills. Just an honest gentleman who saw a small job, as it turned out) and made the time to do it. Yall. I drive an old Toyota and have interacted with my share of auto/body techs, honest and dishonest. Mr. Anthony was communicative, timely and very fair! I won't hesitate to come back.

Well if this is how they treat family I would be terrified to be family let alone just an average person! Williams Body Works, INC " Family owned and operated since 1992, we provide expert auto body work as well as excellent customer service, where you are treated like family. If you aren't satisfied, neither are we!" First and most disturbing is while my car was in the possession of Williams Body Works there was 400 mi driven on my car!!! This is also documented by paperwork that Williams Body Works themselves created with an estimate, and signed document of what the milage is when I picked up the car. Again Pat, Debrah and a 3rd employee all looked me in the eyes and said my car NEVER left the shop. I asked them to explain how the extra milage was put on my car and they could not explain it just denied anyone ever driving my car for any reason. Secondly Williams Body Works did not fix my car as requested and approved by my insurance company.(which is all documented) Pat, Debrah looked me in the eye and lied to my face. Also third employee on the phone all said my insurance company denied the request, in fact they said my insurance adjuster stood in their office and denied the request. Well truth is (which is documented) my insurance company NEVER denied it and the insurance adjuster NEVER set foot in their shop as he does everything virtually and is based in South Carolina (another State). Also they contacted my insurance company and rental car company and told them the work is complete when in fact it is not complete. The customer service I received was horrible, I had to contact them or go to the shop. Not once did Williams Body Works ever contact me! Further more even after the problems started, Mike Williams the owner never reached out to me with any concerns or questions when his name and business's reputation, integrity, or honesty is in question!! Not only am I not satisfied but my insurance company recommended me to take my car elsewhere to have the work completed!!! So after my car has been at their shop for 30 days for a 3-5 day repair, I have to take my car to another shop to have at least 5 items fixed that Williams Body Works either did not or could not complete. Also I have no idea what other damage was done to my car while someone went joyriding for 400mi in my car while at Williams Body Works.
