I called and left a message to schedule an appointment, expecting to wait a couple days before even getting a callback. Imagine my (pleasant) surprise when Mr. Anthony called me back within a few minutes! (Green flag #1) I was told to come by Sunday between 8am and noon (green flag #2). I pulled up at about 11am and Mr. Anthony came out to take a look. The business page says "No job is too big or too small" and they stand on that. One thing I really appreciated is that he included me in the process. He simply asked whether I was looking to have the whole fender replaced (I wasn't), went inside and got his tools. It was that easy. No overselling. No overcharging. No frills. Just an honest gentleman who saw a small job, as it turned out) and made the time to do it. Yall. I spend $50 on an Uber to come pick it up(this was a Monday evening) When I arrive he tells me that the car is still not complete, and that he is still missing parts on it. So by this point I'm furious. We than agree that Thursday would be a great day for me to bring it back in to get everything complete! Thursday comes and I call Taro... not once but twice both times he tells me that he will call me back he is calling the companies to see about the parts. Mind you I took off the full day of Thursday just to come back to handle the business that should've been handled during the two months he had my car!! He never calls me back that day the next day I call him and I say "hey is there any way you can just refund me some of the money I paid you (which I paid cash and got no receipt) I will just take it to someone else so they can finish it because on top of the car not being done I examined his work and this man used old parts that were already on my car from the accident (and I knew because they were scratched up) and used parts, the paint job looked like it had not been done properly as well. So now he tells me that he did not use old parts (which I recorded all of our phone conversations just in case) everything was new and to just bring it back in. The issue never got resolved and I didn't bring my car back... why would I bring my car back to someone who straight up LIED to me?!! Later down the line this man tells me that all insurance companies give estimates for used parts when the car is old (mind you it's a 2019 Mercedes Benz) and that yes he did use used parts... I guess he forgot he told me they were new. Anyways this man is not someone I would recommend personally take your car somewhere else and save your time and money you will thank me later!!

When I followed up on Wednesday and asked if the part had arrived, the manager said dismissively "I don't know." (Which is not an acceptable answer.) I then had to ASK him to find out. I was told I would get a call after they checked with the shipment company about the part. They never called back. Two hours later, I called back myself and was told the part wouldn't be available until the following week. He had already found out in that time but did not call me. I asked to bring it in for a temporary fix because I really needed the car. I picked up the mirror myself in McDonough and brought it to them. When I left, the mirror fell off immediately after, and the shop was closed. Obviously, I needed the housing, and the manager again said he would call me to confirm that the part had arrived, given that I had a temporary fix in place. He AGAIN never called, and then, inexplicably, they claimed they SENT THE PART BACK. On Friday, I called to find out when I could bring my car back to finish the job, and was told Monday. When I brought the car at 8 AM on Monday, I was told it would be done Tuesday. No mention that he had sent the part back. He waited until 5:00 PM at the end of Monday to tell me that they still didn't have the part because they had sent it back -- despite the fact that I had called him Friday and told him the mirror kept falling off. When I asked why they sent the part back, the manager replied, "these things happen." No accountability. I understand that delays can happen with availability of parts, but any extra delay or discrepancy should be communicated to the customer. The customer shouldn't have to reach out repeatedly to get updates -- especially when explicitly told they would call. In addition to that, my brake light was supposed to be fixed and I ended up getting pulled over two days later. They claimed it was something wrong with the car, but the car is brand new. They gave my car back Tuesday because the part had not come. On Wednesday of the following week, I finally got my car fixed. After again having to reach out multiple times for updates, the part finally arrived around 4:00pm. I went into the shop just for the manager to tell me, "you don't have to be so hard. It's just a car mirror," in a condescending tone. This was despite the fact that I had already explained my urgency and was still waiting only because they had sent the part back without telling me. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating due to repeated delays, lack of updates, poor customer service, and a complete lack of accountability. I will not be returning and would caution others to consider other options.
