Brought my car to Auto Impact after an accident. After a month or so, my car was still missing a part.... Missing a part! They didn't reset the tire sensors after they rotated them, and left my car filthy, smelling like smoke and BBQ smoke. Quality from most companies these days is poor, but this was ridiculous. They fixed the missing part issue, but that was after I brought it to their attention. They didn't clean the car though. What a let down. read more

Service was horrible. No one communicates with you. Charged me $500 to fix my window and I have full coverage insurance. No one called to make sure I wanted to go through with the repair. Geico sent me to this shop for some body repair work. My car only has 8000 miles on it and it was like new. The body work was needed in the rear of the car. Somehow I had a car returned to me with oil and grease stains on the front passenger seat. After a repair that took almost 3 months I had unfortunately got rear ended again and after the ordeal mentioned above I brought it to the dealership for the new accident but because of Auto Impact repairs the dealership would NOT touch my car because of how bad the previous repair was. This place totally took us for a ride, which would be a funny pun if it weren't so horrific. Perhaps they figured that because insurance was paying they could say they replaced all sorts of things that they didn't, including 2 tires, which were DEFINITELY not new because we just had to have them replaced 4 months later. It irritates me that they think that if insurance is paying they can rip off the insurance company. This is partly why insurance rates are so high: we're all paying the price for Auto Impact's highway robbery (still funny, still tragic). I had to take my car in to Auto Impact because my bumper met up with a trailer hitch. I have GEICO and this is one of their recommended vendors, and in fact they even have an agent on-site! I really only chose this location due to its proximity to my home, but it turns out their service and work are both amazing! I thought I would need an entirely new bumper, but they managed to repair the old one. I was skeptical of how that would turn out, but even my perfectionist husband agrees it looks great. We have both said out loud, "Damn, I'm impressed!" Every single person was super friendly, understanding, and sympathetic, and they all seemed to have really good senses of humor as well. I was running late to pick up my car, and they even stuck around 10 extra minutes to wait for me. I really can't say enough good things about how well the whole process went. Is there a star for a 0? Please do not take your car there. Took my car in for them to repair a fender binder after an accident. Went to pick up and discovered more damage to my car, a slit in the middle (intentionally done by Marcus or an employee of the company). Marcus wanted me to pay him $125 more to repair the slit (extorsion), I did not pay. Then after a couple of months the bumper came unglued (see pix). The paint job was not perfect (a shade darker). They did repair the unglued bumper but it was not perfect. Please take your car somewhere else. TRUST ME, THIS COMPANY IS SHADY. read more

Took my car for repairs after an accident, and although they seemed to repair the damages, they also damaged (scratch, dent, loose) several other parts of the car during the "repair". They promised 3 times to call me back when dealing with this issue, and never did. I had to call/go to the facility several times before it was somewhat resolved. I love the staff here. I took my vehicle in on a Monday morning. The progressive insurance service rep consistently kept me updated with my vehicle status the entire process. By, Wednesday afternoon he called to inform me that my vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup. The pretty receptionist at the front desk was extremely professional and efficient with the check in and check out process. She acknowledged me as soon as I walked in on both occasions. I love a front line that acknowledges a client even when they are busy with another client or if they are on the phone. Excellent multi tasking with customer service to ensure each client is greeted with a beautiful smile and warm welcome. I had one minor issue with missing car change.... and I say minor because it was not much and I did not expect to get it back. However, I did report the issue. I originally forgot to grab my car change from the middle when I dropped the vehicle off for repair. Upon picking my vehicle up I noticed the change decreased from the amount I left. The manager Sandy was extremely courteous, professional, and apologetic for the issue. He quickly addressed the issue with the staff that was available and provided me a reimbursement of amount of change I was missing. Again, I did not expect anything back I just wanted to report the issue but I am definitely satisfied. read more

Although I had no out of pocket expenses, I want to thank Randy for providing me guidance on how to best negotiate the appraisal value of my vehicle. I would not have been prepared with the knowledge needed to outsmart my insurance company and get the money I DESERVED. Thank you! I can't comment on the quality of work since my vehicle was deemed totaled but I did appreciate the customer service. Warning Scam alert!!! I took my truck into this shop because Geico suggested it. They claim they have a lifetime guarantee. My truck went in after being rear ended and needed a new bumper and number support. When my truck came out the turn signals no longer work. I call in and they say no problem just schedule an appt. and we'll have a rental ready. Schedule appt. and wife heads in at scheduled time. 1.) no rental car 2.) they deny that turn signals are their fault. The turn signals worked before it went in and they didn't after the "fixed" it. It is clear that something is wrong. At this point, they took a street legal car in otherwise good shape and made it illegal to drive. They wasted two hours of my wife's time telling her that they won't honor their work or their geico "warranty" I'll let you decide if you want to take your car here. Oh, also when I checked to verify that the car was delivered by the tow truck driver after the initial accident, they claimed it wasn't there wasting mine and the tow truck drivers time determine it was there but they just don't keep track of your vehicles. read more

THIS IS A SHADY BUSINESS!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! I brought my car in on Monday 8/20 and was told that it would only take 3 days to finish. I paid out of pocket for a rental, through Enterprise who they partner with, for the three days I was told my car was going to be at the shop. Wednesday comes and I didn't receive a call from them, I had to call them and get an update on my car. I was told by Marcus, who works at the shop, that the locksmith hadn't come to fix my door so it'll be later that afternoon my car was to be finished or the next day. I SPECIFICALLY tell Marcus that I am paying for the rental out of pocket and I don't want to pay for any extra days. Marcus tells me that I wouldn't have to worry about the extra charges and it would be taken care of.The next day, Thursday, comes and no phone call. So on Friday I, once again, had to call them and get an update on my car and I spoke with Marcus. He tells me the same story about the locksmith and told me that if he's not there later that afternoon then definitely Monday. I ask for reassurance about the coverage for the extra days for the rental and he tells me that I would not be responsible for the extra coverage. They finally call me on Monday 8/27 to let me know that my car is ready, but I get a call from Enterprise saying that I owe them money for the full 7 days that I had the rental instead of the 3 that I was told I would need the rental. I call Marcus and tell him the message I received from Enterprise, and he tells me that he didn't know I was paying for the rental out of pocket. I reminded him that every time I called to get an update on my car I had to remind him I was paying out of pocket for the rental. He says he only spoke to me once while my car was with them. That's not true at all. Every time I called about my car, I spoke with him each and every time! Then he tells me nobody at his shop told me that my repairs would take 3 days, it must've been my insurance company. HE CALLED ME A LIAR!! Why would I listen to an insurance agent instead of a mechanic about the time frame my car would need fixing? So, I brought my car in on Monday 8/20 and on my receipt, it says it took 4 days for my car to be fixed, which meant it was done on Friday 8/24. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL ON THAT DAY THAT IT WAS READY! I spoke with the insurance adjuster on site at the shop the whole ordeal and he says when he talked to the people at the shop, they told him that they called me on Friday 8/24 to let me know that my car was ready but I told them that I wouldn't be able to pick it up by the time they closed at 5. ANOTHER LIE! I get off work at 2 and only work 30-35 minutes from the shop and I could've gotten off work early to come get my car if necessary. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO THIS SHOP! THEY WILL LIE ON YOU TO COVER THEIR SELF AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!! IF FOR WHATEVER REASON YOU DO COME HERE, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING BECAUSE THEY WILL GO BACK ON THEIR WORD!! read more

Car's starter went out and so I had it towed to Auto Impact, since I had an appointment there anyway with a Geico insurance agent. They said they could replace the starter. I pick the vehicle back up and the starter goes out again not ten minutes later. Turns out they damaged the wiring during install. So they fix the wiring AND install another starter. A week later it breaks down again and smoke starts bellowing out of the hood because not only is this new starter defective, THEY DIDN'T EVEN FINISH INSTALLING IT. These guys are crooks.
