Working with Chris E has been my extreme pleasure. I needed help and Chris E. came to my rescue. First, I got an immediate response and with just a few more details I was able to engage Pristine Auto Glass to preform a windshield replacement. He was able to handle this the utmost professional service and put my mind at ease. Did I forget to mention I live in another state but needed the replacement for a family member in-state. I was able to explain the circumstances, receive a fair quote, engage his services with a connection to the vehicle owner and Chris E. handled everything flawlessly. Sending payment was a breeze and he arrived before the scheduled time to replace the windshield. Now the family is safe, Thank You Chris E. Continued Success sir! You are amazing! read more

My car was broken into the other night and I needed it replaced before the weather got bad. I didn't have time to take my vehicle in to a shop so had to find a mobile option. i put my info online to receive quotes from multiple companies that handle auto glass installation and first response told me they couldn't fulfill my request because they did not have my window In stock. Not even 5 minutes later I received a quote from Chris at Pristine Auto Glass who gave me a fair and affordable quote and was even able to come to me on such short notice! He was prompt and polite and stood by his word, he arrived and had my window replaced in less than an hour! I would 100% recommend him to anyone needing a window replacement on their vehicle, quality efficient work and dependable. read more

He was able to get my window fixed first thing in the morning in about 30 minutes and the price was unbeatable. I hope i never have to call him again because that would mean my window was broken again lol but if I do need glass replacement/repair, he will be my first call. AAA+++ service. Gentleman was prompt, provided exceptional service; even fixed a prior issue with my door/glass. I loved that he's mobile and came to my side of town. I can't say enough. Great competitive prices, cared about my needs over making a dollar. I've now sent a mass text to family and friends, I highly recommend this company. Very happy customer. (I am not paid for this review and am a real customer). read more

I put a request on yelp late Monday night, Chris responded with a quote and followed up early the next morning. The aftermarket glass did not work 2x times, Chris went out of his way to ensure the OEM product was installed properly. The price was more than expected due to OEM parts, but I'm glad it got done right. Thank you. I would do business again and I recommend Chris and his team. read more
