A five star experience all around. Initially, my car was at another body shop, but then they told me they couldn't get to my car for several weeks. Even though Bavarian wasn't listed on the official State Farm website, I chose Bavarian based off the reviews and thank God that I did. Omar and his team truly took the time and necessary steps to assess my car's damage and worked with the State Farm team throughout. Discussed my terrible working hours with them, and they allowed me to drop my car off on a holiday weekend-which apparently they don't usually do. Got the car back looking great. I have been to Bavarian many times. The last time I went was like it was a totally different shop. I took my car to get my bumper repainted. It too over 30 days to complete. They never answered the phone, and when they did, they just kept postponing. The manager ended up compensating me for rental car fees. When I got my car back, the bumper paint was cracked, and the finder and bumper paint was scratched and chipped paint where they tried to replace the bumper. The manager looked at the car (pics attached) and said he didn't see anything wrong with it. A different manager agreed to replace the bumper and repair the scratches. They told me it would take a couple of days, but it took over a week. When I went to pick it up, it still wasn't ready. I sat in the lobby for them to clump paint on the scratches (pics attached). The manager refuses to respond to my calls. read more

I took my 2015 X3 into Bavarian after not being satisfied with another company's customer service. I saw they had 5 stars so I said why not. Although my insurance quoted below the value of the repairs... Jabari was great in attending to my SUV and following up. I recommend Bavarian Collision for all your BMW repair needs. I have had my truck back now for almost 2 months and have not had any issues. From the accident the entire passenger side needed repair and leaked when it rained. I had to apply tape to prevent leather damage. I have had no water inside the truck since the repair and all runs smoothly!!! I have my Ultimate Driving Machine back! PS. I will post pics once I wash her up again. Didn't take pics when I picked her up... as she was fresh and clean then also!! I can't say enough about this place. First and foremost, Jabari is one of nicest guys in the city of Atlanta and a pleasure to work with. He understands the importance of his customer's experience and you will feel like a priority from start to finish. Everyone that works here treats you with kindness and respect, and best of all they know their craft. My BMW 328i was unfortunately hit in a restaurant parking lot while I was having lunch. Luckily, the responsible driver did not vanish. So, under these frustrating circumstances I ended up at Bavarian. These guys knew how to handle a situation like this from start to finish. They gave me advice in dealing with the insurance company and etc. Now to the work... The beautiful work. These guys are artists and craftsman. My BMW looks better than it did the day I bought it. The good: I brought my wife's car in last year and Alphonso took great care of us. Bavarian writes the best estimates I've seen and they gave us the best pricing out of the three estimates I sought out. The customer service and communication were top notch throughout the process. They are a very busy shop which caused us to have to wait to get the car in but I was fine with it as Alphonso set clear expectations up front. He is on his game; loved how he walked us through the shop, texted picture status updates, and even kept in contact throughout the holiday season long after the repairs were completed. The body work was perfect and looked great when it was complete. Also they were nice enough to give us an added educator discount for my wife who is a local teacher. The bad: Jabari. Earlier this year I vouched for Bavarian to my employer as my company car needed some body work done. I brought it in and was setup by Jabari. Jabari is the nicest guy you will never want to do business with again. He continually over promises and under delivers. I was told it would take a week for the repairs to be complete which is more than enough time to fix the little bit of damage I had but didn't give much push back as I knew they were busy and do good work. Therefore I rented a car expecting to only have it for a week. On Friday the car was not done and was told it would be ready on Saturday which caused me to have to extend the rental for another day. On Saturday, again the car was not ready and was told Monday. Extended the car rental. Monday...no car, and was told absolutely Tuesday. On Tuesday the car was still not ready, another day for the rental. On Wed it still wasn't ready! I had to lay into them to stay late and get it taken care of but I didn't get my car back until after 9pm that night. When I got my car all my stuff in the center console and glove box were disheveled. I didn't think much of it until I realized I was missing a charger that my car had gotten broken into! Luckily the only thing that got stolen was a camera charger but beware cars just sit outside exposed to thieves as there is no fence protecting this place. The ugly: On top of all this I realized a few days later that the paint job on the new fender was messed up and I was going to have to go back to get this taken care of which was more of a hassle. read more
