I made an appointment to take the car in, they took it right away & said it would be done in about a week; repaint both doors. I asked if the shop could do some minor touch ups to the scratches as well, and my guy marked them & said no problem. In the touch ups the shop made a bigger chip in the paint resulting in the hood being taken off & repainted. They did it, explained the situation & it was no problem except the extra week in the shop. All good, very communicative & kind. The front desk team could have been more friendly, but otherwise a good experience. Located beside Gwinnett Place Honda, you can see the building clearly marked Colission Center as you pull in from the road. They have Enterprise Rental inside the building as well- nice folks there too. I hope you never have to visit them, but if you do... be patient & they will take care of everything!

We looked at a few, talked a bit and test drove two models to the other location. I was in the right sense (I calmed down) and made a very good decision to purchase a great CX-5 from them at a price I wanted. Not pushy, not arrogant, willing to work with me. Traded the car and put money down. I was able to pick it up on a Monday.
