    The tire wasnt  bc replaced their lazy asses threw it in the trunk

    Update the tire they didn't replace burst already shaking my head ....i also was charged a mount a balance fee so id like that refunded as well as the 48 dollar i had to pay at my local tire shop to hsve the tire mouted and balanced im assuming i will never receive this but have reached out to insurance and my adjuster to complain about this terrible business encounter

    I chose this shop because a) I bought the car from Atl Toyota, b) the shop is Toyota certified, and c) it was a State Farm Select facility. This location is 60 miles (over 1 hour) from my home, but since the car was nearly brand new I wanted to ensure it was properly repaired to like new condition. However after 4 weeks and 3 visits (360 miles!) it still has obvious defects. Also I found out that the facility stopped being a State Farm Select shop while my car was in process which caused me to have issues with State Farm. I was told that I would have to speak with the shop manager who was not there at the time I picked my car up and did not return my VM or email on either of the following days. I spent 3 hours on the phone negotiating with State Farm to arrange another body shop to fix the improper repairs. I have always received great service from Atl Toyota when I bought cars there which is why I am willing to drive so far. I thought that this experience would extend to the body shop as well and hoped that they would help make a bad situation (my car getting hit by a possibly uninsured driver while on my first vacation in over a year!) better. It did start off as such, but after unsatisfactory repairs it has done nothing but add to the overwhelming stress of having my brand new car wrecked. Repair Quality Car was returned to me with scratch in newly painted bumper, overspray in door jambs, and rocker panel/fender lines not aligned. Kept car additional 4 days and the rocker panel/fender still not aligned. Was told they "did their best" and it's "as good as it can get". So far the manager has not returned my call/email and United/Atl Toyota has not offered me any other solution.

    This is a joke, look at the unbuff portion at the bottom of the reflector. "Certified" shop for you here.

    Update: After 30mins of posting this review, I was contacted by the General Manager named Jeff Brown. He advised that he saw the review and would like to see if I wanted to do a one-on-one walk-though with him. I said there's no need since the other manager did the same thing with me and should already know what I am looking for. I advised him that it's already after 5pm and I haven't receive a call to pick up my car and that I needed a car for work tomorrow. He then went and checked on the status of it right away. He called me back and told me to come and he will personally wait after hours to see if I am satisfy. I went there roughly 6pm and checked the car, most of the issues were resolved. The hood and rear passenger light however still has a gap which wasn't up to par with my expectation. I mean, as a car enthusiast and if you put money into your car, you expect the repair especially from a shop like United to put the car back to where it was. While I was there the second time, I met Gabe and he seemed very knowledgeable and asked me to bring back the car on Saturday so he can fix the gap. Overall, I didn't expect this review had such an impact. I just wanted to let people know about this place and hopefully United can up the professionalism a little bit. The second encounter however was a lot more satisfying which should have been from the beginning. The GM was very professional in handling the situation, after he saw the review. Based on that, I will fix the rating from the one star I gave. Initial review: Heard this is a BMW certified shop so I had them repaired my e60 BMW with front and rear impacts. The car was at the shop for almost 2 weeks. Keep in mind, the car airbags weren't deployed and it was never in an accident. On 3/2/15, the day they called me to come pick up the car. Because I was rushing, I came and I picked up the car without really paying attention to all the details (worse mistake ever) except for the most noticeable thing, the chrome front grill which they said initially I can get the blacked out one bc it was on my car along with all the m-tech kits Also beware if you had any parts put on which isn't part of your car initial purchase with the car where they show up when they pull the Vin they will not cover it even the accident is not my fault. Well I went home, pulled it in the garage and finally did a thorough inspection on it to see all the details. The first thing I noticed right away under bright light was the front right lower part of bumper at the reflector, was not even buffed. It looked like flat black plastic. The edge of the hood where the windshield wipers are was scraped showing white paint, and this is not wax bc it was very rough and doesn't come off. Front hood can't close easily and not even aligned with F bumper and fenders. Driver side front fender had swirls right at where it meets the hood that made paint all dull. Rear trunk had a gap on the right side where it meets the lower rear bumper. Never had an auto shop that did this grade of work before especially a certified BMW spot. On 3/3/15 the following day, I took off work and took the car back to the shop before they didn't agree to take it back and asked to talk to the manager. A guy named Will Taylor came out and said he's the manager and willing to hear me out and said will tried to fix everything. But it seems like he is condoning this type of work. He said everyone has there off days and asked me "do you create or do perfect work everyday and all the time at work?" I was thinking, this is a certified BMW shop, shouldn't quality control people caught this? How you gonna ask me these type of questions when your employee didn't even do a good job. It's a team effort, not one person job. There's painters, people that put the parts together, and quality control people. Don't tell me people have off days. That's not gonna make the "certified" to the shop name. Well enough of the venting and review for this location. Not a very certified place in my honest opinion. I don't write reviews a lot but I do in this case because this is ridiculous and I want people to really know. I'm still waiting for them to call me back on the status of a second repair/quality check as I'm writing this. Hopefully it turns out the way I want it. Final remarks, don't take it here because you hear it is a certified place. If you come pick up the car, try to pick it up on a sunny daytime time. They had me picked up the car at 5:30pm. Do not return a rental if the car isn't to your preference or satisfy with the repair. The work was like taking your to a local random shop to let them put the parts together. Only because the car had a lot of sensors that's was another reason why I took it here. If not, I think a known local shop could had done better job. Charges $7k for this type of work. Waste my time!!! Will try to post back on the second review

    Was last month I discovered scratches down the side of my car & no idea who did it…read more Insurance calls this a hit & run so unfortunately my full deductible applied- OUTCH!! I made an appointment to take the car in, they took it right away & said it would be done in about a week; repaint both doors. I asked if the shop could do some minor touch ups to the scratches as well, and my guy marked them & said no problem. In the touch ups the shop made a bigger chip in the paint resulting in the hood being taken off & repainted. They did it, explained the situation & it was no problem except the extra week in the shop. All good, very communicative & kind. The front desk team could have been more friendly, but otherwise a good experience. Located beside Gwinnett Place Honda, you can see the building clearly marked Colission Center as you pull in from the road. They have Enterprise Rental inside the building as well- nice folks there too. I hope you never have to visit them, but if you do... be patient & they will take care of everything!

    Unprofessional! I…read morehad my wife's 2017 Honda Accord worked on by them last summer at the recommendation of the insurer. Brian Anderson was our rep. Upon "completion" of the work, he had to take the car back 3 times because he gave us the keys to drive off, but before driving off, we saw they didn't put the decals/badges back on the vehicle, then we noticed they had numerous scratches all over the sides of the vehicle's clear coat that had to be buffed out, and finally, because there were multiple clear coat bubbles on the new trunk. Finally Brian tried to guilt us into taking the vehicle with the bubbles, as he said we would need to bring it back and drop it off to have those fixed while saying "We're just not going to be able to make you happy" after receiving over $12,000 from the insurance company to fix the vehicle. I filled out their survey and it accurately reflected the quality of work as well as the unprofessional comment. Fast forward to this week, we had another vehicle involved in a wreck. Per the insurance company's recommendation, we took it to Hendricks for an estimate. Lucky me! I got Brian Anderson as my rep again. I asked him that if they do the repairs, I wanted assurances that the paint would not contain bubbles on this go around, as it's a new vehicle. He responded that he can make sure that it won't but they won't be able to make the lines perfect. He then wrote the estimate for $2700 plus another $600-&1200 for ADAS calibration. Went to get a second estimate, which came in at $4500. Called Hendrick to schedule the drop off and Brian informed me that they were declining to take the job without providing a reason. I called and spoke with the manager, Clint who then informed me that it was because I gave them a low review on the previous work. He said a low review prevents their guys from getting bonuses. In other words, these guys are trying to suppress honest reviews and complaints, instead of taking action to train their workers to remedy and reduce future customer service issues. Additionally, it looks like they purposefully wrote the estimate on the new vehicle low and against my explicit instructions, sent it to the insurer, in what looks like an attempt to try to make it a headache when getting the repairs because of the cost difference for the actual scope of work. My recommendation is to STEER CLEAR of this shop. Their dealings are unprofessional, and frankly petty and vindictive.

Over the next few months, the difference in color on the bumper began to bother me more and more. Eventually, I left a negative review on Google. To my surprise, the very next day I received a call from Trent, inviting me back to have the bumper repainted. Skeptical, but hopeful, I decided to give them another chance. From the moment I arrived, Andrew and Trent treated me not as a "problematic customer," but as someone whose concerns genuinely mattered. They listened, reassured me, and stood behind their work. I just picked up my car, and I couldn't be happier. The paint looks fantastic, and the whole experience has completely changed my perspective.     I checked out a couple of other body shops in the area and had almost given up hope on finding a…read morereasonable price to fix my car before coming to Unique Body Shop and Dent Repair. I told them that I needed an estimate on how much it would cost to repair a dent in my roof and was given an estimate of $275 immediately. I was quoted for $900, $800, and $450 at other places. I left for an hour to think about my options afterwards, came back, dropped off my car, and a couple hours later, I was called and told my car was ready. Upon arrival, I was shown my car immediately, which looked absolutely perfect. I was told that I had other dents in my roof that were repaired as well for no additional charge. Looking back at pictures now, I can see that I did have more than one dent so they definitely didn't lie to me either. I am very impressed with the friendliness, professionalism, price, and speediness here. They honored the price that was quoted to me without the person who actually repaired my car even seeing it prior to the repair AND even though it had more dents than what was originally spotted. They gave me a 24 hour max estimate that I would leave my car (other places estimated 2-3 days), and it was done after only a few hours, and I did not have to make an appointment either. I literally just showed up and dropped off my car and got it back shortly after. Staff is amazingly kind and their work is amazing. My car looks perfect again, and I am very pleased. I would highly recommend coming here for any car needs, and I will certainly be back if I ever have any other repairs that need to be done.

Sold it before I arrived. I came in and ripped him apart because he was disrespecting my time and came up with zero solutions to this problem. I asked him did he even confer with their own Mazda dealer down the street for solutions... this guy looked at me dumbstruck (name was Daniel Kang) . Horrible representation of Rick Case and I can't say much for the other crew members (managers?) who were behind the counter on the floor. I drove over to see if this other dealership had any to my liking. Met with Luis, gave him the long version of this story and he was willing to assist me even while I was still hot. We looked at a few, talked a bit and test drove two models to the other location. I was in the right sense (I calmed down) and made a very good decision to purchase a great CX-5 from them at a price I wanted. Not pushy, not arrogant, willing to work with me. Traded the car and put money down. I was able to pick it up on a Monday. (They wanted to clean the car and make sure it's what it's supposed to be) Many thanks to the team that helped defuse me, refocused and made a good decision. On Friday, I reached a purchase agreement for a Mazda CX-50 Hybrid under my business. During that conversation, I clearly stated I would return on Sunday. I was even told that while many dealerships are closed on Sundays, they would be open -- so they were fully aware I would be coming. Despite this, I was never informed that the vehicle would not be held. The vehicle was sold without any notification. A simple call or message saying "the vehicle has been sold, we can no longer proceed" would have been basic professionalism -- but even that was not done. In addition, I was given inconsistent and misleading information regarding the business purchase. On Friday, I was first told they could not process a business purchase, then told the issue was that the responsible staff member was not available. When I returned on Sunday, I was turned away again for the same reason. This shows a clear lack of organization and transparency. The real issue appears to be staffing, but instead of clearly communicating that, I was given conflicting explanations and ultimately wasted my time. I rearranged my schedule based on this agreement, and the lack of communication and misleading information reflects very poorly on management. Unless this situation is properly addressed, I will consider escalating this matter further and sharing my experience on additional platforms.
