Hi. I would give this rating a 0 if I could. Please be cautious when selecting who you choose as your sales person while purchasing a vehicle. it can really determine your overall experience. Mine was horrible from start to finish at Rick Case Mazda with the "salesmen" Ty Johnson. He was rude with a very condescending tone. I have never encountered such disrespect and just flat out bad customer service such as this. However, management is different. Hopefully you choose wisely when selecting at this location. I did end up leaving and purchasing the same day from another dealer.

The space itself is huge and was actually an old Fry's building which makes sense when you pull up. Plenty of guest parking available directly in front of the entrance. Inside there is tons of seating spread out throughout, along with a little kitchenette with complimentary waters and coffee available. Fast forward a few months and we recently went back to Echo Park. Set up an appointment online for between 7 and 8. Got to Echo at around 7:30 and were told to sit in the waiting area. There were a lot of other people also waiting. My husband and I sat there until around 8:45, watching as employees looked frazzled and like no one had any clue what was going on. I finally went up to the desk to ask how much longer? Guy at the desk says they tried to call me multiple times on my phone (why? I'm sitting just a few feet away) which was a lie, I had no missed calls. I'm then told someone will be there right away. We wait for another 15ish mins and then leave. While I do appreciate Amber following up by text and answering my questions, Duluth is a long trek for us to go test drive a car only to sit around with no updates, no "we're busy, we'll be with you soon," nothing. Seems like this location has a management problem and maybe needs to hire more employees? Once we got the details about the car we were interested in, including an out the door price, it wasn't such a great deal after all. I'll be shopping elsewhere for my next car and cannot in good faith recommend shopping at Echo Park.

Dimitri was the first person I spoke to over the phone. He patiently answered all my questions, helped schedule my test drive, and welcomed us warmly when we arrived. He set the tone for a very positive experience. Henry took us out on the test drive and was incredibly kind, calm, and reassuring. He explained everything clearly, made sure I felt comfortable, and never made me feel pressured. Both Dimitri and Henry were genuinely helpful and professional, and I'm really grateful for how they supported me through the process.

***Edited to add: 8 hours after pick up for the SECOND TIME AND THE SCREEN JUST STOPPED WORKING***…read more We dropped off my Genesis (still under warranty) bc the all wheel drive light came on. We did not receive a loaner. Communication was terrible, we would be told it would be ready the end of the week, then hear nothing, then be told the next day, then the next week, etc. Long story short, a part took a few weeks to arrive, then my car was "stuck on a broken lift but no one can come service the lift" and multiple other excuses we pulled out of the service department (there was little to no proactive communication). After almost 9 weeks we were able to make the 1+ hour drive to pick it up. The "promised" wash and wax (for the inconvenience) was not done...and ten minutes into the trip home the dash display went out. Turned around only to be told we would have to bring it back the next week. I know car dealerships are notoriously awful but this takes the cake. I would drive twice to distance to avoid dealing with these folks. It's a shame too - I love the vehicle, but the idea that Genesis (at this location at least) is a "luxury" brand is a joke.

They have blowing up my cell phone non stop and saying they can't give me a price unless I come in. I normally have the price pre-negotiated before coming in. I asked the sales person twice for the price and he refused to give me one. I told him that I didn't have time for games and left it like that. A few days later, he emailed and sent me a video. I asked him twice for a price and he still wouldn't give me one. He asked me what price I was thinking about. I gave him a super low price to mess with them before I was tired of their games. I would highly avoid this place as they need to learn some customer service and how to sell cars. I already picked up my Jeep out of state bc they played no games and got to point. If the GM is reading this, please retrain your employees on how deal business with customers. When a customer asks you for an OTD price, just give it to them. Stop dancing around and playing games and telling the customer has to come in for to get a price or refuse to give one. I wish I can give this place -20 stars. FYI, this sales man has blown up my cell phone at least 20 times. They seem desperate but have 0 customer service skills. If you're reading this, you know who I am referring to.

Before finalizing the deal, I made it very clear that I was only moving forward if the vehicle came with a working charger. Well, I got the car -- but the charger doesn't work at all. That's bad enough, but what's worse is how everything was handled after. I tried reaching out multiple times -- called at least 4 or 5 times -- just to speak with a manager. No response. When I finally got through to Nubian M. Holmes, who is apparently the Sales Manager, I was completely shocked by how rude and unprofessional he was. Instead of trying to help or even just listen, he brushed off the situation, offered no solutions, and actually told me: "If you're not happy, just bring the car back. We'll be waiting." Who says that to a customer? It wasn't just dismissive -- it was disrespectful. No accountability, no effort to make it right. Just pure ego and attitude. I honestly couldn't believe it. Let me be clear: this isn't about the car. It's about how they treat people after they get your money. That's when the mask comes off. And if this is the kind of leadership they have running the place, it explains a lot. The sales team might seem helpful at first, but once the papers are signed, you're on your own. No one will care. No one will help. And if something goes wrong? Good luck even getting a call back. Trust your gut and shop somewhere else. I wish I had.

So, on my 49th Birthday I decided that on my 50th it would be the year I made my dream come true. The conversation of my inquiry was originally with the Marietta Gravity Motors. But, the vehicles I wanted to test drive were located at two completely different locations in Georgia. Mind you, not in ATLANTA, where I reside. So, either way I had to drive almost 27 miles to three locations. Long story short.... @ Gravity Auto Duluth... was the meant to be. Z. had told me that those two other jeeps could have been moved to my location of choice to test drive. Via another Gravity MOTORS/Auto. So, the original car salesperson could have made my shopping experience more flawless.. BUT, he did not & lost my sale. But, it was meant to be for me to walk in to Gravity Auto Duluth and meet Z., Sam, and ALEK! These guys are AMAZING! Skip all the other places and check out this great group of people! My upgraded ( $12,000 ) with Red Leather interior, 2019 Jeep Wrangler make me so happy! Thank you Guys! You helped make my 50th dream car come true!

BUYERS BEWARE YOU DO…read moreNOT WANT TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM ANY GRAVITY AUTO!!!! Sale was deceptive bought 2016 Lexus GX460 on 09/17/2024. I Live 2.5 hours away.. They failed in every aspect of sales, service and integrity!! List of lies Said the car went through a multi-point inspection and passed everything. Spoiler Over $12,000 dollars of repairs needed Said the tire pressure light was on because it needed new tires and offered me to come back to get them when I came back to get the seat handle repaired. Was told he was throwing in a dealer warranty for major systems as well as a key replacement warranty. Actuality $1,000 added to the online price but didn't mention until after paperwork and approval. I came back and got the new tires. Light was still on. Was told it should go off on it's own after driving it some. Got the seat handle replaced and the technician put a hole in the middle seat. They tried to say it was already there, but you could tell it was a fresh puncture. Then they tried to blame it on a car set. After I showed them that the car seats dimensions and design didn't align with the puncture, they agreed to fix it for me whenever I came back to Duluth. DOWC (Dealer Owned Warranty Company) warranty: going back through my paperwork I see where I was charged over $2500 dollars for the warranty and $1500 dollars for key replacement. (I don't know any key that costs $1500 dollars!) I take accountability for not going over the paperwork again but that leads me to another thing. They take all day and forever to do nothing on purpose so that you will pay less attention to detail because you are ready to go. Multi-point inspection could not have been done it would not have passed. After a year and 2 months driving less than 10,000 miles the only thing that passed inspection were the tires. Over $12,000 dollars of repairs needed 1 year and 2 months after owning the car: Check engine light comes on, I take it to the Lexus dealership, and they tell me I need a transmission rebuild. They notify the warranty company to submit a claim for repairs. It is immediately declined because, " I am within 50 miles of the Gravity auto Roswell dealerships service center" they will pay $125 towards having it towed. I get to the dealership, they clear the check engine light and tell me I must wait until it comes back on. Car is driving fine but the RPM's stays high a little longer than usual to change to the next gear. It comes back on. I drop it off to the Roswell Gravity auto service center. Thursday 3/12/26. Tuesday 3/17/26 I get a text and a phone call saying they did a multi-point inspection and gave the results. Warranty company only approved front wheel bearing replacement and that I would have to pay $514.44 for a transmission flush to see if that would repair the issue before they would pay for a transmission rebuild and to approve or decline. I approved of course what other choice did I have? The next day they call me and said they were done and that the flush repaired the issue. I scheduled to pick up that Saturday since I lived 2.5 hours away. They close early on Saturdays, so I paid in advance and he left my key at the dealership along with my paperwork. First 17 minutes of driving the car seemed ok. Then it started making a clicking noise that sounds like you putting a card in your bicycle tire while it's spinning. When we got on the highway, after acceleration when you let off of the gas the car would stall as if you were pressing the brake. Had none of these issues before taking it to them.

I bought a 2015 BMW M4 from these people had I read the reviews before purchasing I never would've…read moreeven went there I have had nothing but problems out of them they call constantly to try to get the last payment for the down payment and I have refused to pay this until I have a tag on this car they have not transferred ownership so I can get a tag called a lawyer call Gwinnett county police and got nowhere already made payment to the finance company they have threaten me with theft by conversion which I know the law traded in a 2010 Toyota Camry they allowed me $6000 for it and in the paperwork they put $6000 of unexplained charges in the contract my suggestion to anyone looking to buy a car here is absolutely not this is one of the worst used car sales places that I have ever been and I have bought many cars they did the paperwork so bad that I owe more for the car than I paid for put $14,000 down and when it's all said and done I will have a paid $59,000 for a $39,000 car also bought the car with the engine light on which is illegal in Georgia that falls under the lemon law had a signed piece of paper from the dealership stating they would fix the engine light problem and I took the car to a certified BMW shop that said it would cost $1100 to fix I wanted them to do it but the dealership said that they would do it I will not have a bunch of Shadetree mechanics if you want to call them that work on an $80,000 car they're not certified to!!! My suggestion and opinion of this company is that they need to be out of business
