Hi. I would give this rating a 0 if I could. Please be cautious when selecting who you choose as your sales person while purchasing a vehicle. it can really determine your overall experience. Mine was horrible from start to finish at Rick Case Mazda with the "salesmen" Ty Johnson. He was rude with a very condescending tone. I have never encountered such disrespect and just flat out bad customer service such as this. However, management is different. Hopefully you choose wisely when selecting at this location. I did end up leaving and purchasing the same day from another dealer.

Upon arriving, I was greeted and my appointment was in the system which made my check in process smooth. The technician covered all services I requested to ensure everything discussed was captured. I left my key and departed. When my car was almost ready, the technician called with some Rex one fathoms that were discovered. I didn't feel pressured to get any nor did I feel they were making up stuff. He was straight forward and expressed what was imminent and what could wait, as well as how each item would affect my vehicle. When my car was ready, I received the call. Arrived to pick up, paid, and was on my way. It was an absolute pleasure to have interacted with the staff and being provided with the great service. I will definitely be back! We came here because our tire pressure was low and the attendant team member was very kind and courteous and helped us out and check all four of our tires and filled as necessary. A bit of training on how to talk to customers and basic etiquette would go a long way. Ever since it was sold to new owners, the place has been going downhill faster than a soapbox derby car. After being a loyal customer for over 5 years, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. I won't be returning for any car work, no matter how tempting their so-called 'deals' might be. To the management: Get some training on how to talk to people. It will go a long way for you. And next time, maybe take the red stuff out of your mouth before speaking to a customer. It's not polite to chew and talk while making a transaction. I felt like Neo from The Matrix trying to dodge your spit! ###### "Response to Precision T. Owner " ##### Thank you for reaching out and attempting to resolve the issue. However, the front desk guy who checked me out already expressed his sincere wish to never see me again. I have no problem with that. Just as your establishment has many customers, I, as a consumer, have plenty of other places where I can spend my money without being treated like a nuisance. I came for an oil change, not a lesson in rudeness. This experience has left such a bad taste in my mouth that even brushing can't get rid of it. I just want to warn any potential visitors to wear their metaphorical armor if they decide to patronize your establishment. I'm sure if this happened to me, it's happened to others, yet the front desk guy is still happily employed. Instead of offering apologies, maybe consider sending your troublesome employees to some kind of therapy. I…read morehad a stellar experience here and, as a single female, I felt this team was looking out for me and making sure I had excellent service at a very reasonable price. 1. Professional Treatment - from everyone in the office from the moment I stepped inside the door. I was cheerfully greeted. They worked me in for diagnostics quickly. And even gave me a reminder call the day before. 2. The diagnostics - took only 1/2 day and they checked many things to be sure the problem was truly only the transmission. Ron was frequently in touch with me updating me on their findings and my options. He took time and thoroughly explained how and why my transmission was acting up. 3. Transmission options - Ron went over my various options of rebuilt transmissions and the warranties each offered. When I asked for his opinion, he gave it, but he never pressured me to choose one way or the other. He left it to me to decide. 4. Scheduled for work - I was scheduled quickly at my convenience for the work to be done. Ron told me to plan on a week, but it might take less than that. The work was done in 3 days. They had checked and replaced a small (and inexpensive) part on the brakes that needed replacing (which I had already known about). 5. Pricing - I thought was very reasonable and fair. I looked up the transmission prices and I was charged exactly that for the transmission. The cost for the work is standard. I felt I got very fair pricing. All in all, I felt I got the best quality care possible and I highly recommend this team of experts!

I made an appointment for 9 am Monday to have transmission fluid changed. The person I spoke to…read moreasked if I'd be waiting and I said yes due to having no other car and 3 kids with me so he said fine. I arrived on time to find a different guy telling me that they wouldn't be able to look at it until 4pm! What the hell are appointments for then if they're going to park it all day? I said forget it and took the 3 kids and went home..waste of my time and PO'd. Don't waste time making an appointment here. They were not very accommodating to a 73 year old grandmother with 3 kids in tow!
