This particular location doesn't have special promos/loyalty program like Jackson Acura ... they said they do quarterly coupon mailers, and there are may be coupons on their website. Heads-up ... they tag an extra 3% "technology fee" if you pay by credit card, but no fees if you use a debit card ... boo. read more

This review is not a specific instance but my experiences with this business over a long period of time. My wife and I have taken multiple cars to this location for service. In the beginning the service was great, the employees were friendly and very polite. Over time the service levels have fallen and have gotten to the point that we can no longer take our vehicles to this location. A great deal of the staff is rude and the pricing is exorbitant (not uncommon for dealership service departments). However I'm no longer wiling to pay a premium when I consistently get poor service. Over time they have missed many things on their "checklist" only for me to find them after I've pulled away (washer fluid not checked and refilled, etc), the service itself has gone down hill interns of how the people interact and the quality of work done to the car. They have moved to an automated quote system they email or text to you. This system require the customer to agree to a repair or turn it down one by one, without being able to see everything they are recommending, so not being able to see the full picture. The descriptions in the system are very basic and not helpful to the layperson and lastly they've put the onus of getting an explanation on me the customer. I have to call and try to get someone on the line that can explain it to me and present options. It just wastes a lot of time and I do not find it helpful on the least. Finally the last time I took my car there they found all sorts of alleged issues and tried to charge me $4500. I took to another place that didn't find most of the issues and then got out of there for $650. No issues since then. Bought my new 2025 fully loaded baby here! Mr. Percy was GREAT! he was honest, very thorough in his work and explaining all things from the beginning. He was patient and answered all of my many questions. He made sure I got the best deal possible, and I felt comfortable pulling the plug and buying the car. From the time I walked into the dealership, to the time I came back to give them my check, to the final walk through , and driving off the lott was an amazing experience. Buying a car is not always an easy process and because it is such a major purchase, no one should feel rushed or pressured when it comes to making this decision. Fortunately, at this location, I did not feel that way AT ALL, and my decisions were my decisions and no one tried to make me feel any type of way for that. They diligently checked every mechanical detail of the car and I thought they were about to shrug it off and give up like the others, but they finally found the culprit.. a defective tire. I truly appreciate that they worked to find an answer, albeit a pretty dumb one. A stupid tire! They didn't try to push off any bogus repairs, either, just provided a list of suggested services I could schedule. I'll mention, though, that I was super excited about a kids play area advertised on their website.. it doesn't exist. Maybe it was a pre covid thing. You simply can't get anyone to answer the phone in the service department anymore. So, you leave a message that you need to speak to someone about your car and what the costs might be. No callback. Instead, you get a text with a day and time for your appointment. Huh??? I never said I wanted to come in that same day. It's so completely random. I found 2 2022 MDX(s) on their website with the color combination I liked (one with White and Espresso and the other Black and Parchment, see photos attached from their website), we emailed and texted to work on the price until both parties agreed, I CONFIRM THE CAR COLOR COMBINATION I WANT TWICE with Parrish Brooks (car salesman) before I head there since I am almost an hour away. They have nothing in stock, I got there and none of these cars was available, so whatever price they agreed on earlier was based on whatever car they are going to order (I guess), so why in the hell they want me to drive to the dealer for. The story is getting good here, salesman said: the white one was transfer to another location by the manager ...., the black one was used for test drive and it's currently in service and I can't sell it, but I have another one, new car but with over 100 miles because we using it for test drive and totally not the color combination you like BUT we still can sell it for the same price we agreed on earlier.... They've done it again! Today's service was exceptionally great because they've made a few changes since my last visit. I dropped my car off for an oil change and recommended service and was greeted fairly quickly by a Service Agent (Deepesh). I was elated that their inspection showed that I ONLY needed an oil change for now so I ended up spending a little less than what I had expected. That's always good news when going in for service. He took my info and had me on my way to work in a lot less time than I expected. Voyles stepped up their shuttle service game. I liked that they are now partnering with Lyft to provide more timely shuttle service. No more hoping that you didn't miss the next shuttle out. Now, they are ready to go when you are! My review is regarding my recent visit over the weekend at the service department. Went in on a Saturday since I work Mon-Fri, mind you I live in Duluth and could have went to Carland. I told the gentleman that I first talked to if I can get a wash and vacuum then I had told Chris I had a $20 off A1 coupon from Ed Voyles before they took my car for an oil change. I waited 2 hours, paid, and left. I was already running late for an event. I noticed the car wasn't washed but the whole department had left for the day and I didn't want to make a fuss over something small. Come to find out, the coupon was not applied, they didn't even refill my washer fluid, it's completely EMPTY, and now I'm more annoyed that my car wasn't washed (it's a simple but professional thank you gesture and I honestly don't remember a time my previous Acura's weren't washed after an oil change-I had a 07 AWD turbo RDX and a 01 Integra GSR). Also, I was charged for tire rotation but reading my A1 coupon, it looks like a tire rotation is included in the oil change coupon package. The email has bullet points of what's included, which states a tire rotation, but Chris said no, I have to pay for it. You be the judge (view my photos). But hell, what do I know? I don't work there. I'm just going by what Ed Voyles sent me. Now I have to go back and spend who knows how long to get my windshield washer refilled and waste my time at the dealership on a Saturday again. I will only be doing business with this dealership even though it's not the closest Acura dealership. They are locally owned and have always treated me well. I have never gotten the pricing runaround when purchasing or leasing. Just straight forward very well negotiated pricing and advice that didn't benefit their bottom line. As a woman it's important that a service department understands your concerns and actually checks them out. The service department is exceptional and the collision center is patient and had taken care of my car and my sense of peace, when I was backed into. When I had a defect in my dash and Acura didn't want to replace the whole piece, this dealership stepped up immediately and replaced everything at THEIR cost. You can tell they want lifelong clients. DO NOT TRUST THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I had a major "panic mode" moment when I got into my car and my dashboard immediately started blinking and beeping with the message "CHECK POWER STEERING SYSTEM". My power steering had shut down and I was stuck in a parking lot needing to catch a flight in 2 hours. I had my car towed to Ed Voyles Service department to run diagnostics and tell me what was going on. I was told that the EPS Control Unit had shorted out, and it would need to be replaced($1,134.14). I was then told that I would likely need to replace the steering gear box ($3,403.80), but they wouldn't know until the repaired step one. They then recommended my car failed the 3 part induction test, brake fluid, and alignment (another $456.13)...bringing the GRAND TOTAL to $5,866.68. I called Jackson Acura for a second opinion, and from only my VIN number, they let me know that the EPS Control Unit was under warranty and Acura is to repair at $0!! Needless to say, I had my car transported over, they replaced the EPS Control Unit, put in a new car battery, and did a full inspection for $177. This is not my first experience like this with Ed Voyles service...DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR. Make the drive to Jackson Acura and deal with an honest service department. read more

My driver side seat-belt quit working on my 20 year old Acura and when I tried to call someone else to repair it, they explained to me that Acura has a lifetime warranty on seat-belts and to contact them and they would most likely repair it at no cost. I called and provided the particulars on my vehicle and about two days later received a call back that the seat belt was in and provided a time to bring in the car. When I got there I was directed to a lounge area for about 5 mins before someone called me over to a smaller area and got the particulars on who owned the car etc, and was told it would take approx 2 hours for them to get to my car. I took an uber up to Perimeter Mall, and it cost less than $5 so that will tell u the proximity of the mall to the dealership and exactly two hours later received a call that the car was ready to be picked up. There was no charge to replace the seat belt and they provided me a work up of what else the car needed since its pretty near 20 year old, i wouldn't bother with the expense of getting repairs done at a dealership, but felt comfortable with the staff and the level of service I received. read more

Lee was not pressuring me at all about the car I was interested in but I didn't need much pressure to get the car I did. They were very patient with me with all the different problems we had with my license being from SC. The only thing that troubled me about this place was the fact they wouldn't allow me to put a deposit down on the car while I figured out the financial with my bank. The financial bit went very smoothly and they even trusted me to take the car (after payment) with a dealership tag until I got my GA license. Very grateful for that. Saved me rental car money. Getting into an accident isn't fun but I'm thankful for this responsive and professional collision center that's close to home. The proximity helped with getting to and from the body shop conveniently and inexpensively. Unfortunately, one of our cars was involved in a multi-vehicle accident, which made life pretty stressful, especially as we were facing the end-of-year festivities. While being down a car was tough, Ed Voyles made the process as painless as possible, which was no easy feat since the car was in the shop through both Christmas and New Year. Every other day or so, I'd receive an email update informing of the percentage of work completed. The date of completion was delayed, which was slightly disappointing, but I was informed the whole time. I worked directly with Andy Haverkamp, as he is the person in charge of claims from policyholders of my insurance company. He was helpful whenever I got a hold of him (maybe half of the times I called), but keep in mind that the people working at the collision center are nonstop on the phone with other customers checking in about the status of their cars' repairs. Anyway, there's a lifetime guarantee on the work done. The process of dropping off the car and picking it up was simple and quick. Luckily for me, Andy and the team at Ed Voyles dealt with discrepancies between the insurance estimate and the actual cost of repairs. I DO NOT recommend this place. Save yourself the headaches. Ed voyles Collision Center turned my situation into a NIGHTMARE. I went to Ed voyles to have my car repaired after being rear-ended. This place was great at first and everyone was helpful. They made sure to follow up with the insurance company when the repairs turned out to be more, they seemed concerned. I was confident that my car was in good hands. AFTER REPAIRS: Once the day to pick up my car arrived I was extremely happy by what seemed to be an excellent Job judging from the outside. WHAT HAPPENED NEXT: A week or so later there was an awful smell in my trunk. I didn't think much of it and assumed something may have spilled after taking out the trash that week. More Days passed. I go out and do groceries, open the trunk and it still smells weird. It wasn't until I took out the groceries and touched the bottom that I realized that the whole time I've had the car since the repairs it had been leaking water. It was getting moldy. THEN.... I called Ed Voyles the next morning. I brought the car in, they said that in the past (prior to me purchasing the vehicle from where I got it from) it had been repaired in the back and that the accident may have made it worse blah blah blah. (If there were any repairs done in the past I had no idea) HOWEVER, The point I tried to make is that after the accident I had absolutely NO leaks in the back of my car. After THEY fixed it, this problem started. BOTTOM LINE. Whether there were previous repairs or not why should it even matter when I got into an accident? I brought my car to be repaired and they messed one thing up in the process of repairing another. Anyway, They put some sealant to shut me up that day and off I went. SOMETIME LATER: Another week passed and more days. It begins to rain. All the water starts seeping in through my trunk. I was going crazy trying to figure out how this was still happening. I called that crappy collision center just to be treated with total disregard. I sensed a little hostility from MEG (who probably doesn't get paid enough to give a damn anyway) and got the run around. I went in person and cried my eyes out. Everyone was cold Rob, Scott and no one wanted to take responsibility for the crappy job they did. I've had to wash the interior a few times. This place only cares about one thing and that is cashing in on the insurance check. Once you drive off they wash their hands and you are on your own. AFTERMATH: I've taken my car to two different places this week and it all falls back on the s****y job they did. Water was leaking through the bumper they replaced and the tailights they removed and placed back poorly. I've had to pay out-of-pocket for my repairs after they collected almost three grand from the insurance company to "fix it" I have videos of my vehicle after the interior was taken out they clearly show the waterfalls these people left in the trunk of my car. Those weren't there before but Ed Voyles Collision Center didn't want to go through the trouble of fixing it properly OR TAKING RESPONSIBILITY OR doing the right thing by owning up to their mistake. Be careful when getting repairs cause you may end up with Niagara falls in the trunk of your car. This company is a joke. I am currently exploring my options on how to take action as I am VERY UNHAPPY and disatisffied. read more

I was on my way to Florida via Hotlanta and my air conditioning stopped working. Luckily I was staying two days in Atlanta and Ed Voyles was reasonably close to my hotel. Tremendous service. Friendly. Communicated well. Stretched their courtesy driver service to get me back and forth to the hotel. Fixed the air, and found a couple more issues that needed attention. They were fast too. Q Johnson in service is awesome. The courtesy driver, Vito, was an absolute pleasure. I truly enjoyed talking about his native Yugoslavia on the two trips we shared. What a nice and personable gent. And when I wen to pick up my car and had an issue with the key I forgot to ask about, Sean in the parts department was hugely helpful getting the key to work and programming it quickly so I did not miss a lunch date with a friend. Very displeased with my experience here. I walked in & was not even greeted for a while. Finally someone asked me if they could help, and then it took a little bit to actually get someone to help. Once someone started to help me, they asked used or new. Once I states "used" he said that he couldn't really help me with the used but he would find someone else. I tried to be patient but eventually he came over and showed me a car but said he didn't have time to allow me to test drive it or run through pricing. Please do yourself a favor and read ALL OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWERS. It was a nightmare dealing with lying Andy and his manager Scott. It started with USAA (I should have known they were a $h!tty insurance company since I never heard of them) referring me to this company to get an estimate for car repairs after I was hit by a man insured with USAA. My vehicle still has damage from the accident that they refuse to fix AFTER they were already paid to fix it. For example, the driver who hit me, the police report, and myself stated that the right side of my car door was ruined during the accident. They did some patch work and said it was caused from something else. Even though, no where in the history of ownership has the car been hit or damaged on the right side. He never replaced the right tire & parts that got damaged during impact and when I brought this to his attention, his reply was "oh it's the left side that has damage" Me: I got this car basically new and never had any problems with the tires before the accident. The left side drives fine. It's the right side. Andy then replies "maybe Chrysler sold you a vehicle with a malfunctioning crow bar because it's the left side" Just liars and bad business men. I waited 2 months to write this review to see if anything would be resolved after multiple visits and phone calls. Another solid experience with this service center. Deepesh has always taken great care of me over the years, and Al is a great recent addition. My recent visit was no exception. My car had an upgrade available to the software that really smoothed out the transmission performance and I also wanted to get an oil change. My appointment was at 10 AM but something came up and I was running late. When I called to notify them, Depesh was very accommodating. He told me that I could simply bring the car in at 11 AM instead. He also promised me that the car would be ready in two hours, which is what they had originally told me. Even though I had someone picking me up and taking me back to work, I needed to have the car ready for pick up in two hours. They definitely delivered! As promised, the car was ready on time and it had even been washed, vacuumed, and was ready to go! I've had other experiences over the years where this service center has gone above and beyond the call of duty. Last year I had an issue with the leather on the top of the glove box fading. Even though the warranty had expired, the manager worked with me and wound up getting me a free replacement! The few times that I have gotten a loaner vehicle, the process has always been quick and easy. I was always on my way within a few minutes. I've been getting my car serviced at this location since 2018. The gentlemen that no longer works here anymore would always help & give appreciated customer service. Honestly I've always felt bad energy & the sense of racism at this location. I've been to a few other Acura locations & I've never felt like I do when I pull into this location. They have black employees so is that a cover up? I'm not sure how any other black parole may be feel. But I never feel welcomed at this location. I pull in & it always takes forever for anybody to approach me about my visit. Yesterday I took my car in & no one could give answers to my questions but the manager when got in. Luke was giving me the cold shoulder & unprofessionalism but he always does. I remember when I asked him about adding pics to my car dash with the usb cord & he acted like he didn't want to help me just like yesterday. Oof, the only reason this is getting four stars is because they went above and beyond what I asked for but my wait time was outrageously long. I came in for a simple oil change that should take literally no less than 45 minutes on the long end. Like I can change my own oil in 45 minutes without a lift and or the appropriate tools. The fact that they went above and beyond checking on simple things like tire pressure and leaks in my tire is outstanding. They plugged those and noticed some other small issues they repaired or fixed. Not sure I will be back though. I don't feels though that justified my wait time nor was their evaluation correct about what needed to be serviced. I did not plan on spending over three hours at a dealership. The only saving grace and why it's not a scathing review is because of my service consultant. His ability to talk me through and guide me otherwise I'd have given it 1 * so I applaud the customer service/face of the company but the tactics and wait time were absurd. Won't be back. read more

I had recently been in a fender bender and needed an estimate so I booked an appointment and brought my car in. Firstly I noticed a distinct lack of signage about where to go for different services so I had to move my car to the opposite side of the lot and try two other buildings before I found the right one. There weren't any employees in the reception areas of any of the three buildings and out of the 6 employees I saw only 2 were wearing Acura branded items to indicate they worked there. I'll skip the handful of additional unpleasantries and skip to the part where I finally arrive at the empty reception area of the body shop building where the street clothes wearing woman who I assume was supposed to man the position came out and started helping me. Upon hearing the word "insurance" an older gentleman wearing an actual dealership shirt came out and told me that because of my insurance company I had to get the estimate elsewhere and bring it in. This was indeed the case for my insurance company in the past but they have made procedural changes and don't require that anymore which I told him. He repeated his original statement and just told me I didn't understand how things work. I relented to starting the process over with their department since apparently my standing appointment "couldn't" be honored since it was with a different department. The final straw was when I asked about a ballpark timeline of when the work would start and was told not for at least another month and a half. So needless to say I never got my estimate but I did get enough of the "Ed Voyles dealership experience" to know I will never be back or let anyone I care about go anywhere near it. read more

Bait and switch. Unresponsive. Price gouging. My experience is with the collision department only.

I recently had a really bad experience here followed by an okay experience, so I guess that averages to 2 stars. First the bad: my airbag was recalled so I called and made an appointment to have it replaced. The employee I talked to assured me that the necessary part for the replacement would be in by the time of my appointment. I came in a couple of weeks later for my 2 pm appointment (took off work very early, drove 45 minutes across town to get there). Turns out there was a national shortage of the part and they couldn't do the replacement. Now I understand that is not their fault. However, they had found out early that morning that they wouldn't have the part and didn't have the decency to call and let me know they would have to reschedule my appointment! The worst part is that I talked to multiple employees about the issue and they all acted like it was out of their hands, not once did anyone apologize for not taking 5 minutes to call me and tell me not to come in. Begrudgingly, I came in a couple of weeks later for the airbag recall once they actually had the part in and had a fine experience. The replacement went well and the service was good. The waiting room was stocked with snacks and water. However, it was extremely hot inside and there was a daytime talk show playing on the TV extremely loudly. Not the best waiting environment. I'm glad to hear others have had better experiences here. I will continue taking my Acura elsewhere to be serviced. read more
