Bought a car here used..It's been 4 months now the car is having electrical problems. I get purchasing under as is, but its not fair to the consumer if it was never disclosed the car was under water, and had been in an accident. I spoke to the Sales manager and General manager with no luck. It's heart breaking that they would do their consumer like this. This is a dealership and not a Buy here pay here. They ran my credit and required a deposit for a lemon they sold me:) . I have great credit ...over 720. I would not recommend this dealer.

I had my Kia Sportage serviced here couple of times and they did a great job. The service department was superb in getting my car serviced. The entire service department was very courteous and communicated with me every step of the way. There was also follow-up contact with me regarding my car after the service. Follow-up with text and update the status. I loved the ability to register your vehicle make appointments online. In this case, the service was primarily for a safety recall and the earliest available date was about a month after setting the appointment. The dealership confirmed appointment and sent periodical reminders of the upcoming appointment. On the appointment date, I was able to quickly check-in my vehicle. Overall a great experience and recommend this shop to anyone.

STEVE CUMMINGS - BE AWARE!!!!

2017 Kia Sedona LX I really wasn't going to do this but the service department at this location was nothing but disappointment. STEVE CUMMINGS was the most arrogant person I have ever dealt with. "The problem was, they want me sign a paper saying, cost diagnostic $400". A Kia dealership should not charge a diagnostic fee for a recall repair, as all recall repairs are required to be done free of charge by law; if they are attempting to charge you for a diagnostic fee on a recall issue, this is likely incorrect and you should dispute it with the dealership manager or contact Kia customer service directly. Key points to remember: Recalls are free: Kia (and all car manufacturers) are obligated to fix recall issues on your vehicle at no cost to you. Check your recall status: You can easily check if your Kia has any outstanding recalls on the Kia website or by contacting your local dealership. Dispute any charges: If a dealership attempts to charge you for a diagnostic fee on a recall repair, politely push back and ask them to explain why they are charging you, and if necessary, contact Kia customer service to address the issue. #1 RECALL had to go in 3 TIMES to address a recall NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID: 19V109000 Report Date: FEB 18, 2019 Vehicles Affected: 94389 Consequence: If a child is in a child seat in the front seat, a broken ODS wiring harness will not prevent the front passenger air bag from deploying in the event of a crash, increasing the risk of injury to the child. What You Should Do: Kia will notify owners, and dealers will remove the wire harness clip to prevent the wiring harness from breaking. If the harness is found damaged, the front passenger seat cushion will be replaced. These repairs will be performed free of charge. Summary: Kia Motors America (Kia) is recalling certain 2015-2018 Sedona vehicles equipped with manually-adjusted front passenger seats. Over time, the Occupant Detection System (ODS) wiring harness located underneath the front passenger seat may break from the seat being occupied.. 2nd recall Warranty Extension Coverage: Kia America, Inc. takes pride in providing you with high quality and dependable vehicles. To maintain these standards, Kia is extending the New Vehicle Limited Warranty coverage for repairs that may be necessary to address an Oil Pressure Switch leak in 2015-2018 MY Sedona vehicles equipped with 3.3L GDI Engine from 5 years/60,000 miles to 15 years/150,000 miles, whichever comes first, starting from the date the vehicle was first put into service. This warranty extension is to address the Oil Pressure Switch leaking condition at no cost to you during this extended warranty period. If you notice engine oil is leaking from the engine or if the Engine Oil Pressure Warning Light stays illuminated after the engine is turned ON, it is alerting you of a potential problem with your vehicle's engine oil system. Drive carefully to a safe location and stop your vehicle. Turn the engine OFF and check the engine oil level (more information can be found in the "Engine Oil" section of your Owner's Manual). If the level is low, add oil as required and take your vehicle to an authorized Kia dealer for diagnosis as soon as possible. Your authorized Kia dealership will diagnose the cause at no cost to you during the extended warranty period. If I ever buy a KIA car again, I need to consider how well their service center runs. Will not buy another car here.

A broken beginning ended with a perfect fixing thanks to Andy Ratliff who closed my deal gracefully amd patiently with a smile and great sense of humor. Andy knows his stuff and is definitely the manager you want to close your deal at this dealership. He followed up and kept his word at making sure every matter was addressed and solved during and after we closed my deal. Andy, thank YOU for making it all better and making sure I was a very happy customer when it was all over. You're a Godsend. And then there's the amazing salesman Tino Tsutras who was also a saving grace. While my sales person Chae was a delight as well, it was only his 3rd week there so he hadn't been taught all the specifics of my 2023 Kia Stinger GT2 which I didn't and don't hold against him. Everyone has to learn and that's where Tino stepped in and gave me a masterclass on the car and he made sure Chae understood as well. Tino went above and beyond to assist me and I can call him anytime I have a question as this car is a beast and comes with all the bells and whistles. Tino was also very honest and the passion he has for his job didn't fall anything less than SUPERB! Thanks Tino. I'm taking care of your baby and am beyond grateful for you. You rock! And Chae thank you for your tenacity and willingness to learn. I know great things are in store for you kiddo. Stay humble and hungry to learn as I watched you so gracefully do during my entire process. "Sting" is doing very well and I'm a happy customer, indeed.

We provided the VIN number and tag number, and were given a detailed quote over the phone. Based on that information, we scheduled to bring the car in the next morning. When we dropped it off, we were told we would receive a call within an hour to confirm everything. About an hour later, we received a call saying the price would be significantly higher than the original quote, despite the fact that the VIN and tag number had already been provided beforehand. When we explained that the new price was much more than we had planned for and that we would need to pick up the car and figure something else out, the situation became very uncomfortable. When we arrived to get the car, the owner, David, was extremely aggressive and confrontational. His tone and behavior felt intimidating and bullying. We repeatedly asked him to simply give us the keys so we could leave. After several uncomfortable exchanges, he finally returned them, but continued to be confrontational. We ended up going to another shop less than a mile away, where the same service was completed for about a third of the price. This experience was very unprofessional and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Based on how we were treated, we would not recommend this place.

1 Star - Completely Misled and Treated Poorly…read more I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Wright's Car Care. Over the phone, I was given one set of information regarding pricing and services--only to walk into the store and be hit with something completely different. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, and when I tried to clarify the discrepancy, the guy I spoke with in person was dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly rude. There was zero effort to explain or take responsibility for the miscommunication. Instead, I was treated like I was the problem for expecting what I was told just hours before. This isn't just bad customer service--it's dishonest business practice. Save yourself the headache and take your car somewhere that values transparency and respects its customers. I'll never be back, and I'll be warning others to steer clear as well.

Perhaps there are mechanics that take issue with specific cars at the owner's unawares…read more I found that my infotainment system no longer worked properly. I never had that issue until I became a regular customer for services. First, I paid no mind to the phone not connecting right away because eventually, it did. Upon a random visit out of a total of 12 for services, I noticed the issue again in addition to trouble connecting to my playlists until it eventually picked up. I felt they would not owe up to it despite having the obvious of the mechanic. Next visit to the shop, the plugin was practically loosened; a fix that had to be done at the infotainment center who did the install. Case in point: when I come to a mechanic shop, I expect to have the car serviced without tinkering with anything outside of scope. As I said, I know they won't owe up to screwing with my infotainment system which has nothing to do with auto repairs such as alternators, battery installations, fluid checks, etc but I am aware that the issue stemmed from the mechanics there. Lastly, I agree with a lady customer, who sat in the waiting area in tears about pricing concerns for a repeated issue,, who didn't understand the need for a $100+ diagnostic practically every trip or within the same year or quarter of the last. I don't see that as reasonable other than a grab at additional money given this economy. I would suggest that every customer keep a record of every transaction done to support their concerns, mechanical repair costs, etc. There may be the likelihood of haggling once you bring your vehicle in for that repair or a mechanic assigned to your car doing workarounds to stay at cost determined by a diagnostic. Although there may be a good mechanic there; which is a saving grace for the location, there are some who shouldn't be allowed to touch anyone's car. I had to return my vehicle twice on the same issue until the one mechanic who can fix the issue was the one who did. The customer service is fine despite no longer ever seeing Diamond and I think Vanessa, a pretty blonde, at the location. They may had their reasons for leaving. However, the overall mechanic team can be a risky story. I do believe when I find another independent, I may have to resort to going there to spare the risk of something truly going afoul at this one. The mechanic that can actually fix cars may not be the one assigned to mine.

TLDR: Great overall value and no-nonsense. Say "NO" to dishonest, incompetent, and prohibitively…read moreexpensive dealership service departments like Jim Ellis of Atlanta. For the readers: The saying "good, fast, cheap - pick two" means you can only have two of the three attributes at once, and the third will suffer. Finding an honest and ultimately "good" service outfit is the biggest challenge. I knew exactly what specific service was needed for my vehicle when I brought it in (down to the codes), but I simply didn't have the time, patience, or specialty tools to fix it myself. BRA diagnosed the complex problem correctly and did not offer unreasonable up-sell--Just smart recommendations, which I supported before they even suggested it. Repair was done correctly and they obviously know their craft. So for the "good", box checked. Are they the cheapest option? Not "cheap", But, they are reasonable with labor and parts were 30% over retail--Closer to dealership prices in both labor and parts than "Bubba with a wrench in farm country", but not an unwelcome trade-off and the parts did require same-day delivery which doesn't come free. Because repairs DO become MORE expensive (in $ and time) if mis-diagnosed, are executed poorly, or as a result of dishonesty. Finally, they are relatively "fast". I could tell they were respectful of my time and grateful for the business. So the repair was pretty quick considering the parts needed ordering and did require some minor acrobatics by the technician. I get it, they work on most makes and models so keeping everything in inventory would be another level of expensive. So there you go. BRA falls mostly into the "Good and Fast" category with reasonable out-the-door price considering the final result. They serviced my vehicle better and for less than Jim Ellis on Peachtree Industrial, and with superior level of honesty. Great overall value, friendly, and no-nonsense. Blue Ridge Automotive will be my go-to for my vehicles from now on, and will enthusiastically recommend to family and friends.

This is NOT the shop it once was. And I found out the hard way…read more I have lived in Brookhaven/Chamblee for thirty years and throughout that time I always had my vehicles serviced by Shad and Melissa at J&L. Never a complaint, never questioned the pricing and the work was always done in a timely, professional manner. In December of 2022 I returned for a front end alignment and when dropping off the vehicle I asked where Shad was and was told he was out. Well he was indeed out. He had sold the business to a new crew and I should have figured that out when it took three weeks to get my car back. When I did get my car back, the leather wrapped steering wheel was filthy with grease as was the drivers seat and armrest. And they had managed to burn up three quarters of a tank of fuel leaving my fuel light on when I drove away. Insult to injury they had not even done the alignment. They also managed to not do several hundred more dollars of work that I was charged for. Forget all the positive reviews which are regarding the work done by the wonderful previous owners. This robbing crew needs to be avoided. I can't fathom how some people can be so dishonest.
