Was last month I discovered scratches down the side of my car & no idea who did it. Insurance calls this a hit & run so unfortunately my full deductible applied- OUTCH!! I made an appointment to take the car in, they took it right away & said it would be done in about a week; repaint both doors. I asked if the shop could do some minor touch ups to the scratches as well, and my guy marked them & said no problem. In the touch ups the shop made a bigger chip in the paint resulting in the hood being taken off & repainted. They did it, explained the situation & it was no problem except the extra week in the shop. All good, very communicative & kind. The front desk team could have been more friendly, but otherwise a good experience. Located beside Gwinnett Place Honda, you can see the building clearly marked Colission Center as you pull in from the road. They have Enterprise Rental inside the building as well- nice folks there too. I hope you never have to visit them, but if you do... be patient & they will take care of everything! read more

Unprofessional! I had my wife's 2017 Honda Accord worked on by them last summer at the recommendation of the insurer. Brian Anderson was our rep. Upon "completion" of the work, he had to take the car back 3 times because he gave us the keys to drive off, but before driving off, we saw they didn't put the decals/badges back on the vehicle, then we noticed they had numerous scratches all over the sides of the vehicle's clear coat that had to be buffed out, and finally, because there were multiple clear coat bubbles on the new trunk. Finally Brian tried to guilt us into taking the vehicle with the bubbles, as he said we would need to bring it back and drop it off to have those fixed while saying "We're just not going to be able to make you happy" after receiving over $12,000 from the insurance company to fix the vehicle. I filled out their survey and it accurately reflected the quality of work as well as the unprofessional comment. Fast forward to this week, we had another vehicle involved in a wreck. Per the insurance company's recommendation, we took it to Hendricks for an estimate. Lucky me! I got Brian Anderson as my rep again. I asked him that if they do the repairs, I wanted assurances that the paint would not contain bubbles on this go around, as it's a new vehicle. He responded that he can make sure that it won't but they won't be able to make the lines perfect. He then wrote the estimate for $2700 plus another $600-&1200 for ADAS calibration. Went to get a second estimate, which came in at $4500. Called Hendrick to schedule the drop off and Brian informed me that they were declining to take the job without providing a reason. I called and spoke with the manager, Clint who then informed me that it was because I gave them a low review on the previous work. He said a low review prevents their guys from getting bonuses. In other words, these guys are trying to suppress honest reviews and complaints, instead of taking action to train their workers to remedy and reduce future customer service issues. Additionally, it looks like they purposefully wrote the estimate on the new vehicle low and against my explicit instructions, sent it to the insurer, in what looks like an attempt to try to make it a headache when getting the repairs because of the cost difference for the actual scope of work. My recommendation is to STEER CLEAR of this shop. Their dealings are unprofessional, and frankly petty and vindictive. read more

I was trying to get an inspection estimate this morning on Saturday. The front desk lady was very rude, saying without an appointment she would not accept any business. I tried to explain to her that my insurance company wanted me to get an estimate and pay out of my pocket before they will pay me back, but the lady got irritated for no reason and told me to leave. I guess she was having a good time playing on her computer on a quiet Saturday and my walking in has ruined her game or something. Never come to this shop. read more

I chose to have my car repair done at Hendrick Luxury Collision based on previous Yelp reviews and because they came up as a preferred shop of the insurance company. It was overall a solid experience. As someone who previously worked in the industry for about a decade, I was not looking forward to the stress a car repair can sometimes bring after an accident. However, in this instance, everything ultimately worked out. The positives: My concerns were regularly addressed by the shop. My collision advisor was very knowledgeable and gave honest answers to all my questions. I received regular repair status updates, although sometimes I was the one who had to initiate them. Repairs came out good. The color match with the paint was well done. The car looked really good upon pick up. Things that could have been better: Upon further inspection after I left, I found a few specs of dirt in the area they blended on the hood, which is typically buffed out at some point by the shop during the repair process. I also found light scratches that looked fresh and tree sap on the roof of my car. My vehicle is garage kept. I also found tree debris by my windshield that I doubt should have been on the car after the vehicle was cleaned. I figure my vehicle was likely parked under a tree somewhere around the outside of the shop at some point and this was overlooked in the cleaning process. Thankfully, I was able to clean up the items at my house with some buffing compound I had on hand. Other things of mention: The shop didn't have my correct address nor contact information on my final repair estimate. I pointed it out to them when I picked up my vehicle but was told it was correct in their system and likely was given to them incorrectly by the insurance company. Repairs were also delayed due to the use of LKQ (used) suspension parts taking a week to arrive. On a side note: The insurance company paying for the repairs dropped the ball a bit while covering my rental. I had a last day on the rental set before all the replacement parts had even arrived. It was later fixed and extended, but I initially had the rental car company calling me stating I needed to return the rental or I'd be charged for it. And for what it's worth, no employees I saw at the shop currently wear masks indoors, even while talking closely to customers and gathering among one another. Edit: I can now see a paint mismatch when the vehicle is in the sun where the side rear door was not blended. read more

I was hit from behind and my BMW sustained significant damage. I chose to have my car towed to Hendricks (although not really convenient to my home) and I am so glad I did. From the moment the tow truck came, Hendricks was in constant communication with me and Russell provided me with updates, options and quick and effeicient contact with the insurance company. The rental car process was great and all parties were accomodating and friendly. While my car WAS in the shop longer than expected, the repairs were done to my satisfaction and the whole process was as good as a bad situation could be. Russell Potter is the man. My baby was involved in an accident and Hendrick's was on their list of preferred collision shops so i figured why not. The staff were very accommodating and called me daily to provide updates and ETAs on the repair. When i picked up my car, the repair was perfect and you couldnt tell it was involved in an accident. Also, it took less than a week to get it fixed. Very impressed with the service and if i do need to get any body work done out of pocket, i might use them again. read more

Dropped my truck off on 10/18 was told it would be done in 23 days. We are on day 42 of waiting for my truck to be fixed. In the mean time renal car with insurance time is up so now it's all out of pocket. When I called to find out what was going on I was told why did I drop my car off so early because they didn't start working on it until 20 days later. No one told me when I dropped it off they would start working on it for 20days. During this time I never received a phone call or email saying it would be 20 days before they even started, which would have allowed me to continue to drive my vehicle until they were ready to start. I have received excellent service from this collision center. They got my car in to the shop the day it arrived for repair. Other shops told me it would be 3 or 4 weeks before they could look at it. My car was totaled by State Farm and I have had more problems with this insurance company trying to settle. Matt at Luxury Collision has been extremely helpfull advising me what steps to take to settle this, what my options are, and my car can be left on their lot at no charge(storage) until my claim is settled. My ford f150 was in an accident and messed up the passenger side. Took it in to be repaired and they did a great job. Looks great . I was worried that the paint wouldn't match but it was perfect. Everyone from the time you walked in was super nice. Sitting area was very clean .Car rental brought the car to me when i dropped mine off. That is great service. I would recommend them very highly. Rick Eve and his team at the Luxury Collision Center are awesome! I accidentally called Rick's personal cell instead of a completely different bodyshop, but he took he time to listen to my problem. When I found out he was associated with Rick Hendrick Automotive I was hesitant, because I'd had a bad customer service encounter with the repair shop in the past (NOT Rick Eve's collision shop) but he insisted that he didn't want anyone to have a bad experience with Rick Hendrick Automotive Group, even it his shop wasn't responsible for the miscommunication. Once I explained my issue (water leaking into the trunk of my 2014 Malibu) Rick Eve asked that I bring my car down where he would personally inspect my vehicle. He was able to save me well over $150 and has gained a customer and biggest fan for life. I know my way around a collision center (being in the ATL metro will get you in your fair-share of fender benders). This was by-far THE BEST, MOST PROFESSIONAL group I've seen. Ethical. Honest. I got into a little bit of a fender bender around a week ago, I brought my car in by reference of Simon Vasquez. Kendall took me in up front and we talked about getting my car fixed and came to a conclusion on price that I was very pleased with, they took my car in that same day and it was taken apart, painted, buffed, and detailed all in a matter of 2 days. I pay a lot of attention to detail and the paint match that these guys accomplished was immaculate, I have 0 complaints about the work that was completed and the amount of time it took them to complete it. It was a great experience coming here and the customer service was top of the line. I would highly recommend coming to this collision center if you are looking to get your car back quick and better looking than before. We had a great experience at Rick Hendrix Collision Center. To make a long story short, Kendall took care of us when State Farm wouldn't. We have been State Farm customers for over 25 years and they would not repaint the hood because it was not part of the accident claim. However, it noticeably did not match the rest of the car. Thankfully, Kendall went above and beyond to make us happy when he really didn't have to. Because I feel I need to write good review to help honest businesses. ========= Assessment ========== I damaged the quarter panel and tail light of my car when I was backing out of a parking lot. Since I don't know that much about cars and mechanics, I figure my best chance is to shop around and hear different opinion. I sought quote from various certified shops around Atlanta before I come to Jean-Claude (JC) of Hendrick Buford Collision Center for help. Most of other vendors suggest repairing ¼ of the entire vehicle, which will cost me a fortune. JC on the other hand provided me with honest assessment of the damage. He provide me a range of options that suits my budges and give his personal opinion on what must be repaired, and what can be just touched up. I really appreciate JC professional but personal opinion in the sense that he doesn't suggest unnecessary repairs. I was able to tell this because the necessary repairs he suggested are all suggested by others. When I delivered my car for repair, he also took time and effort to arrange somebody to send me back. Considering the distance between downtown Atlanta and Buford, that is one big favor! Moreover, he was able to replace the tail light with OEM parts with just aftermarket pricing. Finally, JC was able to find an engineer who previously worked with the manufacturer of my car (MB) to work on my case. The technician Kevin knows a lot of about MB. My experience working with JC couldn't be better. I feel really lucky I was able to find them and feel that I'm in good hands. =========== Repair Quality =========== Kevin helped restore my car to its original appearance. I couldn't tell there is any difference between what it is right now and what it is before. It is like a magic. Have you ever gone to a car repair place where you feel 100% confident in the service you are receiving? I was in a car accident a few weeks ago and had to find a dealership to fix my Mazda CX-5. I am so thankful I called Hendrick! The ladies on the phone answered all my questions and I know I had a lot of them! They were patient, answered everything I ask and very friendly. When I came to drop my car off, Brent came out to meet me.. he walked around my car with me not once, but twice. The ladies at the front were again, just as friendly and kind. Brent even called me to touch base while my car was being fixed. He was going on vacation and gave me the name of 2 different people I could call if while he was away, I had questions..
