I tried to work with the owner of the company that I got in the accident with and Alpha and they could would work out the payment arrangement. Big mistake. I visited Alpha for the initial quote which I received. They were going to order the part and let me know when I arrived. I went back about a month later. They looked in the system, said that there was note and he said he would have to call me back. So I left. Another month went by and I did the same thing and left with the same result. My guess and its just that, the owner of the company that cause the accident and Alpha got together and decided not to work with me. I don't know. Only my mirror was damaged after a work truck crossed into my lane and decided not to stop. I filed a police report and I should have just called a lawyer. Lesson learned. Thanks for nothing Alpha. Too much time passed and now will have to replace my own mirror and I accept my mistakes for not stay on both companies.

I had Sherman come out to look at both my 2012 Toyota Camry and my 2010 Chevy Impala, and I…read morecouldn't be happier with the service. My Camry had a no-start issue, and instead of trying to sell me a starter or some expensive repair like less honest mechanics might have done, Sherman took the time to properly diagnose the problem and found that a connector wasn't plugged in correctly. He fixed it quickly and had the car running again. On my Impala, he completed an oil change and repaired my cigarette lighter outlets, which had been damaged by an overpowered device that had melted part of the circuit. Everything is working properly now. He arrived on time, was professional from start to finish, explained everything clearly, and charged a very fair price. He even followed up by sending me a PDF with diagnostic codes and a detailed list of recommended maintenance items for future service. It's hard to find mechanics who are knowledgeable, honest, and transparent, but Sherman checked all three boxes. This was easily a 10/10 experience, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable automotive service. I appreciate the work, the honesty, and the professionalism. Looking forward to working with him again in the future.

It was either cold or hot, no in-between. We paid over $700. We drove it home (not checking it out - I know, our fault). The next time I drove it a few days later, it was doing the same thing it did before we took it up there, only NOW my power door locks aren't working and the drivers power window isn't working. We took it back, and they said "well, it's an older vehicle, these things happen. It's nothing we did"! When asked about the climate control knob, they said it was bad and they replaced something else, so we were quoted almost another $1,000 to replace it! WE LEFT.
