My husband took my car to these people to have the a/c repaired on 4/13/23. We picked the car up on…read morethe 14th. We paid $1469.71 for the repairs. Within 3 to 4 days the a/c was doing exactly what it was doing when we left it with them. I had some medical issues and we couldn't take the car back until May 15,2023, although my husband called and spoke with them about the issue. We picked the car up on May 17,2023. They told us it was the tensioner was broke & shredding the belt. They also recharged the system. This cost us an additional $579.29. We called again on June 19 or 20. The a/c was doing the exact same thing. Blowing cold, then hot. Intermittently. This was the reason we took the car to them to start with. We picked the car up on June 22 and they told us there's a bad oil leak that blew oil all over the belt so it wouldn't turn it would slip. When asked how much to make the repair, they told us "a boatload of money", because the motor would have to be removed to find the leak. They didn't even write up an estimate for the repairs needed. Needless to say, they didn't want to do anything to repair the issue. At this point, I wouldn't let them touch my car. And would NEVER recommend them to anyone, not even for an oil change. They may leave the plug out. We live a few minutes from this shop & try to spend & support local businesses, but I think you'd be wasting your money taking your car to them.
