I stood there for about 15 minutes while they casually went about their business. Then another customer pulls up, walks inside, speaks to that same technician, and suddenly he's right back outside grabbing a jack and immediately servicing that vehicle. So let me get this straight--you ignore the customer who's been standing there waiting, but jump straight to the next guy who walks in? That tells me everything I need to know about how this place operates. This wasn't about being busy. This was blatant disregard and zero respect for customers. I left, and I won't be back. If you value your time and expect even the most basic level of customer service, go somewhere else. There are plenty of professional shops out there--this is not one of them. They are the most unprofessional and uncommunicative SO-CALLED business I have ever dealt with. First of all they did not even talk to me properly about what was going with my vehicle. I sat there for over 2 hours and then they told me that they needed me to leave my car and they would call me between 5:30 and 6 pm. I never received a call, I called them no answer. I called at 9 the next morning no answer, then finally at 9:38, the Secretary answered and after putting me on hold twice told me the mechanic would call me back in a hour, almost 2 hours later I had to call him back. I was then told that they were checking the water pump and would call me back as soon as they figured out exactly what was wrong with my car, this I found out after 5pm and several phone calls later. They also don't even have you fill out anything or sign anything agreeing for them to do work on your car and charge you for it . Instead of initially test driving the car, these idiots did a million other things according to them first and when they finally decided to test drive it found out it was the Fan Control Module. So in total they charged me $339.00 because they included 2 hours of labour for their own stupidity. I am appalled that people run a business like this and I have a mechanic who was servicing my car before I moved to Georgia who told me that there are some mechanics who will just rip you off and this is one of them. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR THERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU NEED IT BACK PROMPTLY BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR NEEDS JUST THEIR POCKETS.

It was either cold or hot, no in-between. We paid over $700. We drove it home (not checking it out - I know, our fault). The next time I drove it a few days later, it was doing the same thing it did before we took it up there, only NOW my power door locks aren't working and the drivers power window isn't working. We took it back, and they said "well, it's an older vehicle, these things happen. It's nothing we did"! When asked about the climate control knob, they said it was bad and they replaced something else, so we were quoted almost another $1,000 to replace it! WE LEFT. I only drove about 10 miles since it was in the shop, and the check engine light came on and it started "chugging". Transmission fluid is pouring out the bottom! It has NEVER leaked before ! ! ! They lost a lot of business from us and I am telling everyone I know NOT TO GO THERE!

Talking about the Mavis besides Drive time, conyers. This is the worst business I ever patronized…read more I went in for Alignment and they convinced me to change 2 tires, ( I knew one had a nail in it ) , I agreed, they also mentioned changing my wipers and I agreed, I also agreed to a oil change which I normally do at Walmart. Ended up spending about $460. I was there about 9 hours as against 1 hour they promised because they did wrong and my car started shaking while I drive. I returned 3 times same day, they also detected something was wrong but they couldn't detect, they went into my rotors, brakes etc but got worse. I called customer care and they directed I take the car back for re-balancing. I chose to got to another Maviis and they found out that my tires were bad. We discovered that instead of removing the 2 damaged tires from my car, they took out the 2 good ones and replaced with new ones. I was still left with thee 2 bad tires that I paid iMavis to replace.
