I did not have any problems with pressure loss before purchasing tires from this company. The left rear tire kept dropping pressure to 10 on the first set of tires and required daily air refills. The tire had no nails and no rim issues. Took the car back for evaluation and this company could not find the problem. Had to ask the cashier for the corporate number, which she didn't know, and was reluctant to give and then at that time encountered a very rude manager, Ray who stated, "I'm corporate, what can I do for you?", I asked him to replace the rear tires since they could not find the problem. On 6/5/2026 the rear tires were replaced and on the following morning, the left rear tire continued to lose pressure and required daily air fills. Due to a lack of trust and lack of confidence in the work at this company, I took my car to a different Tire company for evaluation, and they immediately knew it was the stem valve. Ray, the manager at Bull's Dog, stated they had checked that out on my previous visits and did not see a problem. After paying this company a fee, I went back to collect my money from Bulldog Tires, and Mr. Ray, the manager, was very rude and unprofessional. Being a woman, and the kind of attitude and lack of sleep from the stress of the back and forth, I would not recommend buying tires there. They did not replace my stem caps on 6/5/26, They caused the stem valve issue. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!

Manny arrived on time, evaluated the scope of work, and completed the job exactly as requested. I was able to continue working from home while Manny handled everything efficiently. I normally don't write long reviews, but I truly feel like this experience deserves one…read more From the moment we first contacted JJ, he listened to what we were looking for and showed us options that actually made sense for our family and our situation. We immediately felt comfortable with the vehicles he showed us, and from the moment we walked into the dealership, we felt welcomed. The environment was calm, clean, and comfortable even with us having our 5-year-old and 1-year-old with us. The entire staff was kind to us, and our kids were definitely spoiled while we were there. Then it was time to get down to business. We were genuinely in need of a reliable vehicle, but we also knew our credit history wasn't the best because of financial mistakes we made in the past. We weren't trying to hide anything. We came prepared with a solid down payment and brought everything we could to the table to show the income my husband and I generate and the responsibility we have taken on, especially raising a large family. For us, this wasn't just about buying a car. We were looking for a second chance. We had prayed for God to guide us in the right direction and put the right people in our path people who could look beyond some numbers on a credit report and recognize that people can grow, mature, learn from past mistakes, and become more responsible. That's where Andrea came in. Andrea was straight up with us from the beginning about our situation and what we were working with. She started working with us around 4:45 PM, knowing she was supposed to get off at 5:00. Instead of rushing us out the door, she stayed. And she WORKED. She stayed until around 7 PM working with lenders and trying different options to make something happen for our family. I was sitting across the room and could occasionally see into her office through the glass, and this woman was WORKING that phone! She genuinely put in the effort, and that meant more to us than she probably realizes. After all the hard work, WE GOT APPROVED! Because of our credit history, we didn't walk away with the exact vehicle we originally wanted and that's okay. What we walked away with was something much more important to us, a reliable vehicle, an opportunity to rebuild, and a second chance. We understand that rebuilding our credit and financial history is our responsibility, and we're grateful to have an opportunity to start this new chapter and make better decisions that will ultimately benefit our children and our future. If you're someone who has made financial mistakes in the past, but you've matured, taken responsibility, and are truly ready to rebuild, I highly recommend giving this dealership a chance. Be honest about your situation, bring what you can to the table, and ASK FOR JJ AND ANDREA! Thank you JJ, Andrea, and the rest of the staff for treating our family with kindness, respect, and dignity. You didn't just help us purchase a vehicle you gave us an opportunity to move forward. We are truly grateful. Sometimes a "no" from the past doesn't mean a "no" forever. Sometimes you just need the right people, the right opportunity, and a second chance.

I have no time for that if you're establishment does not have time to answer the questions at hand about the particulars on something I want to get repaired number one trust has not been established because my time was not worthy of you getting to answer those questions so I would never use this establishment based on the very first person that you speak with does not have good bedside manners.
