My sister is single and has been taken advantage of by other local mechanics. She has never "fended" for herself and it's tough to learn to do when you're older. So fast forward, she contacted Kevin and she spoke with him. She called me and said, "hey Rick, they didn't make me feel stupid." This guy did everything but the catalytic converter and was charged 400.00 in an hour time my engine light was back on, call him back to look at and scheduled for him to return on Monday at 11am, checked with him an hour before and he stated his wife had a doctor appointment and will come as soon as she's done, 3 hours later I hadn't heard from him so I text to get an update on his e.t.a, no response. I wished I would have read these reviews before going forward. Hope I can save the next person, please do not use this company. After I went for a second opinion and learned that my catalytic converter needed to be replaced, so not only did he did not do the job he was hired to do but stated he changed the sparks plugs and didn't let me know what work he was doing.
