For instance, brake rotors and pads, air conditioner compressor, alternator, and the oil changed. As well as renting a U-Haul truck at the same location. I have been going to Alpha Automotive with my vehicles for the past 3 yrs. A couple of weeks ago…read moremy 2008 Ford Expedition stopped suddenly in Atlanta. After getting towed home on a Sunday, I called and left a message for Alpha Automotive about my situation. The next morning Shannon from Alpha Automotive called me. My Expedition was picked up by a tow truck noon that day. After diagnosing the problem, it was fixed by Wednesday morning. I picked it up that afternoon. I drove the vehicle a few hours to get some errands done and it was stalling (misding) a little. Thursday morning I took it back to Alpha, they put it on the diagnostic machine, in an hour they had fixed my vehicle, and I was back on my way. Kevin and his team didn't hesitate to make sure my vehicle was 100% fixed. I will continue to have Kevin and his team at Alpha Automotive to service my vehicles. Thank you Alpha Automotive!

I got in to a minor accident and needed to get 3 quotes. I decided to go with Alpha since their…read morequote were more in line with the cost of the replacement mirror and labor, compared to the quotes that were half the cost of their quote. I tried to work with the owner of the company that I got in the accident with and Alpha and they could would work out the payment arrangement. Big mistake. I visited Alpha for the initial quote which I received. They were going to order the part and let me know when I arrived. I went back about a month later. They looked in the system, said that there was note and he said he would have to call me back. So I left. Another month went by and I did the same thing and left with the same result. My guess and its just that, the owner of the company that cause the accident and Alpha got together and decided not to work with me. I don't know. Only my mirror was damaged after a work truck crossed into my lane and decided not to stop. I filed a police report and I should have just called a lawyer. Lesson learned. Thanks for nothing Alpha. Too much time passed and now will have to replace my own mirror and I accept my mistakes for not stay on both companies.

I think overtime between the two cars and years of knowing him I think money has changed him or worse because this isn't the humble person I knew and bragged so much about and I will never bring my car back to this establishment again!

If you have a nice vehicle. 2015 or above I wouldn't waste your time coming here. You could get the…read moresame work done at a certified dealer for $20 more and be in a comfortable environment and amazing amenities (worth the $20 if you ask me). Tony, whom is a very nice guy DID NOT communicate to me that since the original breaks I brought to have put on made a grinding noise that I would have to pay the SAME PRICE twice in one day to perform the service again. Now I understand that he performed the service twice, so getting paid twice makes sense. I would have rather them communicate that to me instead of assuming I understood how these things work. Give your customer the OPTION to go elsewhere. I wouldn't have drove 1hour total just to come back and pay $130 To get my FRONT brakes changed. He could have at least took half off. Not to mention he didn't know my rotors aren't even a year old and tried to swindle me into refacing (resurfacing) my brand new rotors for an additional $100. (Picture of rotors below) With that being said, I've been coming here for 4 years concerning my 07 Honda Accord, but with this experience I will not be bringing back either of my vehicles unless hell freezes over and I will not recommend new business any further. I'm giving 2 stars because Tai (the owner) has been great up until he hired this guy.
