I ended up getting my car back a whole week earlier than the estimated date. The workers did a phenomenal job with fixing my car it looks brand new! I called them and they told me to bring it in, to see if they had missed something or something was left undone. my husband was at the Taco Bell and we asked for a tow truck, they said okay, but if it was their fault we wouldn't have to pay for it but, if it was something else other than what they were fixing, we'd have to pay the towing. the owing fee was $150... from Taco Bell, to the shop. it wasn't even that far. my husband ended up asking help to push the car. we get a call the next day, that the car is ready. we come in, they said "alright, take it". didn't get charged or get any explanation. second incident, my husband brings in his 2015 Chevy Silverado. it needs breaks changed on all 4. tell me why it's $2,000 ?? what do we do, we bring all the parts. the brakes and brake pads and router, and caliber. just for the labor it was $700? which is crazy, cause my husband kept going back and forth with them. they kept telling him they weren't the right breaks, or pads, and my husband comes to talk to the machanic and he's like "oh sorry, we haven't even opened the boxes or looked at them" NEVERMIND, $680 to change one set of breaks, router and caliber. FUCKING CRAZY. I'm sorry but, they need better communication skills, and they take sooo long to get things done.

Was excited for this service for the convenience of having a mechanic come to me to replace my…read morealternator. The first sign of trouble was that Visionary Conceptions was not communicative and rescheduled multiple times. However, the real problem was that when he finally did show up, he installed the alternator incorrectly. After installation, the alternator was seated so that it was touching the water pump drive pulley. This caused my car to overheat, my timing belt to break, and cost me $1,000 more to fix my car. After getting a new mechanic to look at it, I explained to Visionary Conceptions what had happened and he refused to admit he had done anything wrong and refused to give me a refund. However, the new mechanic was able to prove that the alternator was installed wrong by showing there are notches on the pulley where it was getting snagged on the alternator. Edit: the response below is a bold face lie; as nothing about my tensioner was ever mentioned or communicated to me.
