Took my car here for brake service on a Saturday and picked it up on Monday due to parts needing to be ordered. Car seems to be back to normal but it's so hard to rate the service because of the rude lady helping at the counter. Not sure if it was because she doesn't like working on weekends or whatever her issue was, but her attitude was very unpleasant from the time I dropped off my vehicle and picked it up. Sucks because they were so close and I needed brakes, but I'm not comfortable spending $400 plus where I don't feel welcomed to return if other issues arise. read more

I ask specifically for heavy-duty breaks on my truck. I went to pick up my truck and was told heavy-duty breaks were installed. Paid and went to leave and felt the need to look up on my phone the breaks on my receipt. They installed medium duty breaks on my f-350. The manager stated "that was all that was available at the time to put on my truck". Why didn't I receive a call to confirm this change! Unacceptable on all levels. I would not recommend visiting this location at any time. Mechanics wonder why they get a bad wrap for poor service and quality, this only futhers that skepticism for me. read more

The staff makes you feel like you're great friends. Always nice and helpful. I drove up for oil change and left my keys in the car for the guys to pull my car in the bay. But pushed the lock button. One if the guys came out and unlocked my car. When settling my bill I was only charged for the oil change. They wouldn't let me pay for the unlocking of my car. We bring all three cars for oil changes and any types of problems. We have always had a positive experience. read more

I must say, if I can assign 6 stars I would! Never have a been to a place like this to have my car serviced. From the get-go, you are greeted by a young lady who serves as the receptionist who types just as quickly as she talks and who obviously runs a very tight ship. I was in an out in less than 30 minutes. The place has air conditioned waiting areas for customers and serves as a full-service car-care center--handling mechanical work, tire repairs, etc. They even wash (weather permitting) and vacuum out your car as well. I was impressed by the efficiency, hospitality, and sheer charm of this place where I visited for a oil change for one of my cars. Needless to say they will be servicing all of my cars from here on out. Recommend by a friend they service his company's vehicles. I first had oil change for my Lexus and service was quick and staff very nice and helpful. I asked if they offered Brake Work....they did at the other building. Went the next day and again staff wonderful and kind and the price was a lot cheaper than going to the Lexus service center. The oil change was also a lot less and 15 minute oil change is amazing compared to 11/2 hour wait any day! I highly recommended! read more

I live in Fayetteville but still drive to the Maxilube in Griffin. They are that good. I find the folks to be polite & efficient. Not only do They change my oil, but I feel like they do a thorough safety check --switch out any lights that are out, make sure my windshield wipers are good, check filters & fluids etc. I should note that I never get the "just running up my bill" vibe which I often find at other oil change places. read more

I was referred here by one of my neighbors who had a good experience; it was last December and one unlucky night I experienced a flat tire on the way to see my mother in law. Sparing all the details, after I managed to acquire a temporary donut, I called Maxi Lube and asked for a replacement tire quote. I got Mike on the phone. He gave me a good quote and I was pleased especially since the size I needed was not as common. My new tire was installed the next day and did not cost me an arm and a leg. My most recent visit was late this past spring when I had an ignition lock problem. So I called Maxi Lube and they got the job done and I was not out that much $$$ for the repair. Went in for a Transmission flush and filter change. Made the appointment for 800 am. After 2 hours onsite i asked how much longer it was going to be and i was told they are finishing now. It took another 1 hr 45 minutes to finish. This would have been fine if they would tell you that ahead of time and i could have made arrangements to get my work done. This process should not have taken more than 1-1.5 hours. Then had to clean fluid of the inside door panel and steering wheel. Oil change side much better than the mechanic side. read more
