Waited in line for 20 mins and they only have one person working the reception. I just wanted the tires rotated. They don't take appointments for this. However they sure will try to get you to replace your windshield wipers or do anything to charge you. I was promised I would be done by six. Still sitting and still waiting with my car in the parking lot as the winter sun sets behind the trees. Two starts because they are friendly but that is it. read more

I have a discount tire account in the city of Orlando, Florida. I needed four brand new tires for my Mercedes CLA 250. I contacted the discount tire here in McDonough Georgia, and received great service. There was a mishap that wasn't noticed until a few days later, but a mechanic was sent out immediately to rectify the issue. Excellent Customer Service. read more

Great customer service. They were very helpful and responsive to our needs. Price was reasonable and got us in and out fast. This is the type of service that other companies should strive for. Highly recommended if you need tires. read more

I blew my tire a little ago on a road trip to Florida. The people here were nice, quick, and the price was very honest. They were able to fix my flat tire within an hour even when the dealership (whom I paid a tire protection package for) could not. read more

We always get our tires from Discount Tires. They are typically great at recommending a good value. The best thing about Discount Tire is they give free tire air pressure checks and diagnose any tire issues. This gives great peace of mind when the tire pressure light comes on. If there is a puncture they can fix, it's free for tires purchased there. They also will replace damaged tires that cannot be fixed (and the only fee is the insurance /warranty on the new tire. In the past few years we had 4 incidents where we were driving miles from home and had the tire pressure light come in. In all cases, there was a Discount Tire within 10 miles. What a lifesaver! read more

I visited the McDonough, Georgia location! Everyone was nice. I'll definitely be a returning customer.

Very friendly. The staff were very helpful and made efforts to work well with me. I recommend this business.

Responsive. Professional. Timely. Clean. Organized. Just a few words to describe how this shop is ran. I've visited this location multiple times, and these words describe my experience on each visit. Appreciate the hard working staff at this site. read more

Made an appointment and went in yesterday. They were waiting on me and ready when I pulled up early mind you. My experience the 1st time here was just like any tire store packed with people. This time I have to say I was surprised. Maybe its just cause of the "RONA" going around but to be waiting on me and let us sit in the car while the work was performed was top notch. You guys keep doing things like this it makes a difference. I will be back read more

Great team at this location. It is the only place I let handle my tire needs. They get you in and out in a reasonable time period. They are always friendly and helpful. read more

Put wrong brakes in car and tried to correct by ordering right fit brakes but brakes still sqeaked when returned. Later taken to another shop to correct work. Made multiple mistakes due to lack of experience. Only suggest tire rotation here. No major work or risking safety. read more

I have visited this location on several occasions now to have my air pressure checked. Each visit, I have been welcomed with a smile, friendly service and efficient service. Discount Tire has transformed the way you drive up to request for the air in your tires to be checked. You can just drive up, wait to be called, drive thru, air checked, and be on your way! read more

Always love discount tire. Great customer service, fast paced, and they do their best to help you as quick as they can. Stopped in with an emergency flat tire fix i really needed over the lunch rush. They told me it might be 2.5-3hrs but they got it back to me in about an hour. Great as always, thanks! read more

Great service! Couldn't ask for more. Our car carrier's tire was leaking air and one of the mechanics Josh was so helpful. Josh made sure that we were taken care of at a timely fashion. We were driving from Florida to Washington State and instead of being stranded for hours he was able to take care of us. Thank you, Discount Tire! Make sure Josh gets recognition for his excellent customer service! Definitely, a 5 star service! read more

'Needed to get air in tires, and Fred was all too willing to help. He also checked the depth of my tires (just bought this used car) and he gave me some good advice. I only deal with Discount Tire when I have tire service needs. Their customer service is consistently phenomenal, and their prices are great, too. This location is just as great as all the others I've visited. Thanks, Fred. read more

I stopped in today with a nail in my tire without an appointment. Even though they were very busy with appointments they got me in quickly and took care of patching my tire. They also have a good system in place to keep customers protected from Covid. Great job! read more

Made an appointment online to get two new tires here at 12:30pm. When I arrived they greeted me right away, and had my car in the bay very quickly. I ran to the bank right down the road (10 min away), and before I had even finished at the bank they were done with my car! Easily the fastest experience I've had at a tire shop EVER. They were decently busy too which goes to show how organized and on top of things they are here. I would definitely recommend. read more

They were really helpful and nice. Plenty of parking but the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the wait time. Expect to wait at least an hour. One point in their favor though is it's next to Walmart so you can go shopping or walk to get something to wait while you wait. Will definitely come back to get some new tires. read more

I love discount tires but the wait is always long so make sure you don't have other plans. The customer service is great and so is the work.

I understand a business gets busy but when I wait 15 minutes and no one even acknowledges me or lets me know there is a wait I think that's poor customer service and and bad business. Will not be returning to that location. read more

Awesome service great prices. Make an appt or you will wait a while but my Suv is happy with the new feet.

THE ONLY PLACE TO BUY TIRES! I've bought my last 3 sets of tires from this Discount Tire location and have been more then pleased every single time. Very fast and helpful and always willing to please. The longest I've ever waited was 45 minutes for a set of tires and that was without an appointment. Walked in, told em the price of a set of tires the competitor was selling and they matched and beat the price. Every time I've had them rotate and balance my tires I was out within 30 minutes. Super friendly, super fast, super prices. What more could you ask for? read more

Brought my car in for air, tech found a nail in it; had to wait but that wasn't the problem. My system was showing the incorrect tire as low. I'd just had my car there two days before for my regular rotation. I asked the guy who brought my car around if they'd fixed the system to register the correct tire..they had not he said..said "sometimes we do." I then requested they do this! This store has definitely gone downhill since Fred left. read more

My family and I were on our way to Florida and ran over a lag bolt before even making it out of Atlanta. We have very expensive tires and not very common so our thoughts of how the evening would pan out were dismal. Fortunately we ended up at Discount Tire and by luck the Michelin distribution center was down the street, had recently closed, but Kaleb (according to our receipt), the service tech, managed to get a hold of someone who happened to answer after hours. Kaleb very quickly helped us out and had our new tires on in less time than it took to eat at the awful Ruby Tuesdays a 5 minute walk away. Seriously, go to Discount Tire, stay away from Ruby Tuesday! read more

Extremely polite employees. They welcomed me when I walked in and then invited me to join them for my tire inspection. He checked the tread on each tire and showed me on the tread wear chart where they ranked. He asked me how I liked the ride of the tires I previously purchased and seemed truly interested in my opinion. He quoted me about an hour and they were done in under 45 min. Couldn't ask for a better experience. read more

I have been going to Discount Tires for years, but this is my first experience with this particular location. I purchased 4 new tires, and when I drove my car on the interstate later that day, experienced a horrible vibration and shuddering. The next day I took it to a different Discount Tire location to be checked out. They informed me that all 4 tires were out of balance, and I discovered the tires I requested and paid for were not even the tires that were installed on my car. I doubt I will be returning to the McDonough location again. read more
