(I previously brought it up to another tire shop that replaced a flat but they assured me it was the right size) I initially called D&A tires and the customer service and attention was present from the very first phone conversation. From the start, Danny covered all bases by asking me the right questions and verifying the tire size and make that were compatible with my vehicle. He ended up provided me a better (and safer) solution within my budget. When I finally showed up at the shop, he along with rest of the staff showed me the same patience and attentiveness throughout my on site experience. The staff is extremely polite and waste no time, they move at lightning speed. He is a business owner who really cares about people, his staff (I respect owners who treat their staff well), and providing HONEST service and quality products. After getting towed home on a Sunday, I called and left a message for Alpha Automotive about my situation. The next morning Shannon from Alpha Automotive called me. My Expedition was picked up by a tow truck noon that day. After diagnosing the problem, it was fixed by Wednesday morning. I picked it up that afternoon. I drove the vehicle a few hours to get some errands done and it was stalling (misding) a little. Thursday morning I took it back to Alpha, they put it on the diagnostic machine, in an hour they had fixed my vehicle, and I was back on my way. I got in to a minor accident and needed to get 3 quotes. I tried to work with the owner of the company that I got in the accident with and Alpha and they could would work out the payment arrangement. Big mistake. I visited Alpha for the initial quote which I received. They were going to order the part and let me know when I arrived. I went back about a month later. They looked in the system, said that there was note and he said he would have to call me back. So I left. Another month went by and I did the same thing and left with the same result. My guess and its just that, the owner of the company that cause the accident and Alpha got together and decided not to work with me. I don't know. Only my mirror was damaged after a work truck crossed into my lane and decided not to stop. I filed a police report and I should have just called a lawyer. Lesson learned. Thanks for nothing Alpha. Too much time passed and now will have to replace my own mirror and I accept my mistakes for not stay on both companies.

I remember when an oil change included topping off all fluids, checking and inflating the tires to the proper pressure, and cleaning the windshield. Those little details were part of what made your shop stand out. At my most recent visit, I brought in my 2015 Ford F-250 diesel for an oil and fuel filter change. I understand that prices have increased over the years, but this service was over $400. While I was there, I also asked if you could remount a tractor tire onto its rim. I was told to check inside, and the person I spoke with said it wouldn't be a problem. After returning to my truck to wait, I was then told I would have to leave the wheel and tire to be mounted later. I explained that I needed it mounted so I could get back to work. I was then told there was a car that had to be finished by 10:00 a.m., so it would have to wait until after that--or I could take it to the tire shop up the road. I paid for my service and left. I went to the tire shop that was recommended, and they had the tire mounted in less than two minutes for $10. I realize times have changed, costs have increased, and businesses face different challenges today. However, higher prices should not have to come with a decline in customer service. One of the reasons I have remained a loyal customer for so many years has been the quality of service your shop has always provided. Unfortunately, this visit left me disappointed. I wanted to share this feedback because I value the relationship I've had with your business over the years and hope you'll take it into consideration.

I understand businesses get busy, but this was a quick air refill and I communicated that I was actively on a ride and pressed for time. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and assistance made the experience frustrating. I hope they can improve responsiveness to customers in situations like this. I went ahead and did five stars because if I give a low rate in most times, the owner will not read it. I want these people to read this review so I'm gonna give it five stars so we can be at the top because this is insane and ridiculous all these guys here and nobody's willing to help.
