Needless to say I wind up having a sidewall blowout costing me $250 for a 37 1/2 x 22" this place is terrible when it comes to customer appreciation I do not recommend anybody to go to this place. find you a different company that will appreciate you as a customer and not just trying to make every dollar they can off of you. This place is terrible with customer service not to mention. I paid too much for the rims and tires that I actually got.

In addition, the owner operator proceeded to criticize the purchase I made of the tires online and told me the tires I purchased would not last me a year, that I paid too much, and that I would be back to buy new tires soon. Attention business owners: Never criticize your competitors and never tell a customer he/she has made a bad decision, because they could be making one right now by doing business with you-a new client. In other words, if you criticize my decision in the past and I do business with you now: Did I make a bad decision by doing business with you today? The staff was available and friendly. Service was prompt and quick. In route, I encountered a stranded woman in her car aside the road. I inflated her tire and allowed her to follow me here. As it turned out, she just needed a hole plugged. It was plugged without any up-selling. I'm sure she appreciated that! Without the fancy red Camaro out front, you might arrive but not notice the entrance and the grounds are horrible - holes in the ground everywhere. Ironic for a tire shop. Also, the one guy who got my lug nut stuck in his tool made me a little nervous. Two cars fixed. No additional damage to cars. Fair prices.

A month later I went to my Lexus dealership in Macon, and they told me I needed one new tire; the service rep showed me that one of my "new" tires was actually the tire that came with my vehicle in 2021. Yes, I paid for 4 new tires but actually got only 3. I went back, and the new manager acknowledged their "mistake" and agreed to give me a new tire and a $100 gift card "for my trouble." I have never received the gift card. My advice is to avoid this Mavis location.
