After we contacting Fitzpatrick we were advised our model was not included. So we dropped off our car Friday night and picked it up Saturday. Great job guys.

I brought our 2014 Subaru Impreza to Crossroads Automotive for an engine misfire, and they handed…read moreme an astronomical $2,381 invoice for routine maintenance. Looking over the receipt line by line, the pricing is unbelievable: $759.92 just for four ignition coils (parts that cost $40-$50 each retail), $387.48 in labor alone for spark plugs, and a $145 diagnostic fee that they refused to apply toward the repair work. They even tacked on a $210 chemical intake flush that does nothing for a failing ignition coil, then quoted another $1,113 to replace front control arms--a job independent shops routinely do for $650-$700 with an alignment. Total parts markups and bloated labor times from top to bottom; save yourself the frustration and find a fair mechanic elsewhere in Coweta County.

I tried to work with the owner of the company that I got in the accident with and Alpha and they could would work out the payment arrangement. Big mistake. I visited Alpha for the initial quote which I received. They were going to order the part and let me know when I arrived. I went back about a month later. They looked in the system, said that there was note and he said he would have to call me back. So I left. Another month went by and I did the same thing and left with the same result. My guess and its just that, the owner of the company that cause the accident and Alpha got together and decided not to work with me. I don't know. Only my mirror was damaged after a work truck crossed into my lane and decided not to stop. I filed a police report and I should have just called a lawyer. Lesson learned. Thanks for nothing Alpha. Too much time passed and now will have to replace my own mirror and I accept my mistakes for not stay on both companies.

I have been a customer of your shop since you first opened. Over the years, you've serviced not…read moreonly my family's personal vehicles but also several of my assigned work vehicles. I remember when an oil change included topping off all fluids, checking and inflating the tires to the proper pressure, and cleaning the windshield. Those little details were part of what made your shop stand out. At my most recent visit, I brought in my 2015 Ford F-250 diesel for an oil and fuel filter change. I understand that prices have increased over the years, but this service was over $400. While I was there, I also asked if you could remount a tractor tire onto its rim. I was told to check inside, and the person I spoke with said it wouldn't be a problem. After returning to my truck to wait, I was then told I would have to leave the wheel and tire to be mounted later. I explained that I needed it mounted so I could get back to work. I was then told there was a car that had to be finished by 10:00 a.m., so it would have to wait until after that--or I could take it to the tire shop up the road. I paid for my service and left. I went to the tire shop that was recommended, and they had the tire mounted in less than two minutes for $10. I realize times have changed, costs have increased, and businesses face different challenges today. However, higher prices should not have to come with a decline in customer service. One of the reasons I have remained a loyal customer for so many years has been the quality of service your shop has always provided. Unfortunately, this visit left me disappointed. I wanted to share this feedback because I value the relationship I've had with your business over the years and hope you'll take it into consideration.

My vehicle is over 20 years old, but not a 'classic'. I had done minimal maintenance on it for a…read morewhile (oil changes, etc.). I brought it in to Kelly's for a maintenance check, tire rotation, and oil change. Drop-off was easy. I came by early, filled out the envelope (bring your own pen), and dropped the key into the box. I was then able to walk home. After inspecting, they sent a link with the findings. Not unexpectedly, there were a lot of accumulated problems. I never got the impression that they were padding the estimate; I believed that what they found was accurate. I called to discuss options. I wanted to weigh putting money into the repairs and getting a few more years of life from the vehicle versus the cost of having to buy a new car now. During the call, they were quite reasonable and did not pressure me. In the end, I opted to proceed with the repairs. They completed the work in a timely way and called me to come and pick up the vehicle. I have now driven it for over a month and it seems to run well. While significant repairs are never a joy, I liked the way I was treated and would recommend Kelly's to others based on my experience.

I called them and they told me to bring it in, to see if they had missed something or something was left undone. my husband was at the Taco Bell and we asked for a tow truck, they said okay, but if it was their fault we wouldn't have to pay for it but, if it was something else other than what they were fixing, we'd have to pay the towing. the owing fee was $150... from Taco Bell, to the shop. it wasn't even that far. my husband ended up asking help to push the car. we get a call the next day, that the car is ready. we come in, they said "alright, take it". didn't get charged or get any explanation. second incident, my husband brings in his 2015 Chevy Silverado. it needs breaks changed on all 4. tell me why it's $2,000 ?? what do we do, we bring all the parts. the brakes and brake pads and router, and caliber. just for the labor it was $700? which is crazy, cause my husband kept going back and forth with them. they kept telling him they weren't the right breaks, or pads, and my husband comes to talk to the machanic and he's like "oh sorry, we haven't even opened the boxes or looked at them" NEVERMIND, $680 to change one set of breaks, router and caliber. FUCKING CRAZY. I'm sorry but, they need better communication skills, and they take sooo long to get things done.
