I called them and they told me to bring it in, to see if they had missed something or something was left undone. my husband was at the Taco Bell and we asked for a tow truck, they said okay, but if it was their fault we wouldn't have to pay for it but, if it was something else other than what they were fixing, we'd have to pay the towing. the owing fee was $150... from Taco Bell, to the shop. it wasn't even that far. my husband ended up asking help to push the car. we get a call the next day, that the car is ready. we come in, they said "alright, take it". didn't get charged or get any explanation. second incident, my husband brings in his 2015 Chevy Silverado. it needs breaks changed on all 4. tell me why it's $2,000 ?? what do we do, we bring all the parts. the brakes and brake pads and router, and caliber. just for the labor it was $700? which is crazy, cause my husband kept going back and forth with them. they kept telling him they weren't the right breaks, or pads, and my husband comes to talk to the machanic and he's like "oh sorry, we haven't even opened the boxes or looked at them" NEVERMIND, $680 to change one set of breaks, router and caliber. FUCKING CRAZY. I'm sorry but, they need better communication skills, and they take sooo long to get things done.

We have used Crossroads on a few occasions and have experienced excellent service and fair prices…read more This week I contacted them regarding the cruise control on my wife's explorer They could have immediately had me come in for repair but instead made me aware of a possible recall from ford that might cover the cost of repair. After we contacting Fitzpatrick we were advised our model was not included. So we dropped off our car Friday night and picked it up Saturday. Great job guys.

I brought our 2014 Subaru Impreza to Crossroads Automotive for an engine misfire, and they handed…read moreme an astronomical $2,381 invoice for routine maintenance. Looking over the receipt line by line, the pricing is unbelievable: $759.92 just for four ignition coils (parts that cost $40-$50 each retail), $387.48 in labor alone for spark plugs, and a $145 diagnostic fee that they refused to apply toward the repair work. They even tacked on a $210 chemical intake flush that does nothing for a failing ignition coil, then quoted another $1,113 to replace front control arms--a job independent shops routinely do for $650-$700 with an alignment. Total parts markups and bloated labor times from top to bottom; save yourself the frustration and find a fair mechanic elsewhere in Coweta County.

I have been a Gowen's customer for over 10 years. I followed a mechanic from shop to shop for…read morenearly 20 years. They've taken care of multiple cars from basic maintenance to custom work and all for totally reasonable prices. Now, they no longer want to work on the same cars they've helped me maintain for over a decade. If you want a strong, reliable, years-long relationship with a shop that can maintain your vehicles, I would look elsewhere.

Once explained along with one of our prior conversations it became clear that our prior conversation was strictly confidential, meaning our conversation was never conveyed to the rest of his team. In true business fashion a full refund was offered and instead of excepting it I chose to continue our business deal. This isn't about pricing it's about the respect and I respect that.

I got in to a minor accident and needed to get 3 quotes. I decided to go with Alpha since their…read morequote were more in line with the cost of the replacement mirror and labor, compared to the quotes that were half the cost of their quote. I tried to work with the owner of the company that I got in the accident with and Alpha and they could would work out the payment arrangement. Big mistake. I visited Alpha for the initial quote which I received. They were going to order the part and let me know when I arrived. I went back about a month later. They looked in the system, said that there was note and he said he would have to call me back. So I left. Another month went by and I did the same thing and left with the same result. My guess and its just that, the owner of the company that cause the accident and Alpha got together and decided not to work with me. I don't know. Only my mirror was damaged after a work truck crossed into my lane and decided not to stop. I filed a police report and I should have just called a lawyer. Lesson learned. Thanks for nothing Alpha. Too much time passed and now will have to replace my own mirror and I accept my mistakes for not stay on both companies.

I appreciate this so I don't have any surprises or sudden car issues. Car seems to be back to normal but it's so hard to rate the service because of the rude lady helping at the counter. Not sure if it was because she doesn't like working on weekends or whatever her issue was, but her attitude was very unpleasant from the time I dropped off my vehicle and picked it up. Sucks because they were so close and I needed brakes, but I'm not comfortable spending $400 plus where I don't feel welcomed to return if other issues arise.

I would not recommend visiting this location at any time. Mechanics wonder why they get a bad wrap for poor service and quality, this only futhers that skepticism for me.
