Extremely poor customer service from "Paul".....took 5 hrs to detail my car after I was told it would be 2 hrs max! When I went to get my car he asked me why I was there since he had not called me! We had a few bumps in the road with upgrading my Smart Start system, but the owner Kevin had me bring my car back a few days later and was able to get my Viper Smart Start back online for remote starting just before the cold season hits. I can only review my experience for the window tint job I received, as I'm seeing everyone else's reviews (must have got Kevin-owner on a good day). I called ahead and Kevin was able to squeeze me in for a window tint job. I arrived at 4:30 and was greeted and showed to the waiting area. The waiting area was humid (as if no circulating air) and the tv had to be operated by an employee as there's no satellite tv. Only subscribed channels, Hulu etc. As I was waiting, Kevin pulled me outside and spoke with me about the choices of tint. I wanted my two front windows and a sun strip tinted. Kevin told me a price for both windows and the sun strip and we agreed. 5:45 p.m. rolls by (1 hr and 15 mins later) an associate comes by with a clip board to sign the paperwork and pay. My bill was quoted another-higher price than what was discussed. Associate went back out to speak with Kevin, but he said that was the price that was quoted. He billed me an extra $56 dollars for both front windows included. The work was already done and I had already been there going on two hours now. I payed my bill and continued to wait. The waiting room is next to the garage. I could hear ALOT OF CONVERSING AND LAUGHING going on in the garage. I opened the door to see Kevin and an employee inside my car working on the sun strip. With another customer and employee outside the car all gathering around having a good ole time. By the time my car was done and I was able to leave it was 6:45 p.m. going on 7 p.m. it does not take almost 2-1/2 hrs to tint two windows and a sun strip. I've had my work done with another guy several times, but he was unavailable the day I had time to get my windows done, so I came to this place of business last min. I've read some other reviews and they also mentioned long wait times, poor time management and over priced services. read more

DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE! Very unprofessional I made a appointment for 12pm I dropped it off and they advised it would take an hour and a half. I came back and they hadn't even started on my car. When I asked the guy he said give him 20mins I go check after 45mins....STILL not working on my car. When I asked why he said he worked on those cars first for the customers that stayed! What was the point of a appointment. I finally left the shop after 5 hours of waiting. When out that night I noticed a glare on my back and driver side windows, it looked horrible. Took the car back on Tuesday and noticed bubbles and all they did was wipe the windows down with alcohol, now two weeks later it looks worse. I am in a state of total disbelief and shock. I took my classic 1991 Jaguar there to have the radio reprogrammed. To have the radio reprogrammed would require them to get the code by taking the radio out and looking on top of the radio where there should have been a code. The charge for that work, I was told was $35. I went the very next day to find out had the work been completed which ended being that I had to check on the car weekly to see if the work had been completed. I travel frequently and was unable to check on it daily. Approximately 3-4 months after my car had been sitting in his parking lot and also noticing that the car had been moved to different spots in his parking lot, I noticed that both the radio and the floor gear shift was dismantled. Again, I asked him when would it be completed. This has now dragged out to over 8 months. My car has been there for over 8 months. After going there many, many times, and getting the run around many times, now I am being told that the catalytic converter has been cut off my car. And now, after they had dismantled the floor gear shift supposedly getting the radio out the car for the code, the car will no longer stay in park with out using the emergency brake. I was told at first that the gear pin was either missing or broken from taking out the gear floor shift. Now his explanation is that it is wear and tear on the transmission???? I explained I never had any problems with the transmission plus it has not been driven by me in over 8 months!! The car has only a little over 90k miles. It's a classic car! The car now sounds like a time bomb. His explanation was that when a car sits for that long it sounds like that from not being driven???? I advised that this is something his insurance company should be made aware of. I have been deprived of the use of my car on top of their being property damage to the car. And, the only reason that I got them to look at the car is because I threatened to have police involvement. I am so disgruntled and I have been patient. This ongoing saga has gone beyond patience. I am ready to file a lawsuit. If there is any one on here who is ready to file a class action lawsuit with me, please let me know! So I'll start out by saying he did a vehicle for me in 2017 and the job was awesome that's why I was able to give at least 1 star. If I had it my way, he wouldn't have gotten any. Fast forward to 11-09-21, I made an appointment on Saturday for Tuesday. I spoke with a really nice lady who I explained to that I was a previous customer. She quoted me a price as I told her what I was looking to get ($299) and even said since you're returning he may give you an additional discount. So of course I'm thrilled for that. Well I get there, explain who I was and he remembered me. As we go look at the tints, he's explaining the different kinds. Then he tells me $329. Now I'm looking at him really crazy but was like ok that's fine. I sign the form and step out to call my fiancé. He tells me HELL NO leave now. Mind you he already had someone lined up to do the work, but because I've used Jazzy before, I wanted to support a black owned business. After telling him what my fiancé instructed me to do his whole demeanor changed. He started trying to show me the different qualities of tints in which I was not interested and gave me a price of $260 ( he could have offered that initially) but I still respectfully declined. This man told me quote unquote, money isn't an issue because he gets good money coming in and out of his shop and even went so far as to say to me get your fiancé on the phone. By this time I'm pissed but kept it very professional as I own 2 businesses myself . As I was standing in the shop area he said we'll bring your car around so I walked out. As I was getting in my car, I asked the associate if he could get my form I filled out ( because my personal info is on it) Kevin ( jazzy) came out and said "it's shredded, I been shredded it!! how in the hell sir when you've been in the service area the entire time is what I was thinking to myself. i just said got in my car and proceeded to pull off but before I could he was literally shooing me away. I felt so humiliated as a woman. This rude human being of a man made me regret coming to his establishment. I will NEVER go back there and I encourage all women to take their husbands or guyfriends if you do decide to support his establishment. He not only belittled my feelings as a woman but also proved the stereotypical stigma of men taking advantage of women in the automotive Industry. I was able to get a lifetime warranty with the tint of my choice, professional service and respectful men working to accommodate and satisfy me for $240 elsewhere. So thanks Kevin for painting a picture that was not true to try to sway my decision. As soon as I entered I received the worst customer service ever, I told the guy I was heard about him and he had a attitude and went on about how he's the best. Fast forward 3 days later I returned due to some bubbles that I know won't work themselves out and a hair that was sealed in, most likely due to not cleaning the window properly. If you Make a appointment , then plan on spending several hours to have a 1 hour job done. Used a different place to do 3 windows in and out in 45 min. used Jazzy and 3 hours to do 3 windows . Noticed tint coming loose on one window 2 days after installed. Called and they said bring it by and we will see what we can do . Where do I start first I paid 272 for what was supposed to be the top of the line 2nd it took 4 + hours which I was told one and a half hours 3rd the manager gave everyone before me a free car wash but when I asked for $20 off he said he couldn't do it and I doubt the others paid as much as I paid. the worst customer service I ever experienced ( they could have at least said sorry for the wait] the two guys that did the work did a good job. Worst customer service ever, I took my car there only because they had did tints in the past for my other car. On my second time around i was charged double then what I was charged the first time. I informed Jazzy that i wanted the exact same tint that i had on my last car. We looked at the invoice from my last transaction to make sure he would match the service, But what I got was not the same tints as before, I knew the difference as soon as i pulled up. I express that I wasn't happy with the tint as soon as i got there, Jazzy played like the tint was the same and that once the tint dried it would look different then what I was seeing as well as get darker. As soon as i got home i compared invoices and again the tint was not the same. Took my car back the next day , and yet again three days later and was told to come back in two weeks once tint dried. Pissed by this point i still tried to give it time two weeks later still had air bubbles in my tint, Tint didn't match what i had before, I was very unhappy. I took my car to two another tint shops to ask them was the tint the same base on my invoices and i was told no by two different tint shops, on top of that they told me i over paid by like 350, two places quoted me almost the exact same price. as well as informing me that it shouldn't take three weeks for air bubbles to go away. I went back to Jazzy and asked him to fix the problem and all i got was dismissed, He didn't even want to come out and talk to me. He sent one of his employees to come tell me he had to much work to do and to make an appointment. It wasn't until i got extremely angry and expressed to the girl I was traveling for two weeks for personal reasons that she went back to him and informed him of what I said. Then and only then did he came out to talk to me. It shouldn't have taken me to get angry and upset for him to come talk to me and even then he told me he was going to charge me to fix the problem on top of me already paying this man $600 for just tints. I really went to Jazzy's because i wanted to support a black own business. I was over charged extremely unhappy with the service and the way I was treated, lied to and turned away once he got the money it really didn't matter weather the customer was happy or not. and to make matters worst there was a dent on the side window panel that he knew he put there, I noticed it right away and instead of him fixing it and admitting they messed up he choose to say let me check the camera we may or may not have done it. I'm writing this review so no one else gets over charged and bad service with is place. On top of him being late for every appointment i had with him and trying to charge me again to fix his mistake he will not apologize to you or admit his wrongs. A few weeks ago, I came in on a Tuesday - just in time for a Ladie's Day Special for 15% off any service. Hooray, I thought. A detail specialist, David, promised me above and beyond the call of duty service and sold me on a variety of different detail packages for my 2006 CRV. I needed my interior cleaned and vacuumed and exterior washed and waxed, so I went along with his suggestions on which packages to put together for the best rate. I was promised my car would be ready in a couple of hours as they were very slow and there were no other customers so I was dropped off at the nearest Target to kill time. When I came back 3 hours later (I don't know how I managed to stay that long in a Target - love Target but not that much...well, they did had a StarBucks). My car was still not done, of course. However, when they finally finished another hour later it was dark and I really could not see anything to inspect. However, the next morning, my car was shiny and new. But upon closer inspection on the passenger side exterior panels, I noticed streaks of white (wax?) and all the black rubber details along the panel were discolored and faded - looking worse than when I had brought it in, my windshield and glass hatch window had streaky, greasy patches along the bottom edge and my glass sunroof still dirty...and the small bag of loose change that was in the console was gone. The first time I finally decide to pay someone else to detail my car...what a disappointment. Totally not worth the $159.99 - Ladie's day discount or not. :( read more

Made appointment on Wednesday for work this Friday morning at 9am. I was on time. Checked both doors, no one was on premises. Waited 15 minutes to be nice. Called at 9:20am, Mr. Jazzy strolls up at 9:30 with no apology and no instructions except park my car away from point of service = more delay. Drove off before services could be rendered. When I dropped my car off I had limousine black tint on my back window (meaning you could not see into my back window). When I picked it up after re-tinting, I could see clear through the window. Yvette tried to convince me it was just as dark as when I brought it in. To prove my point, I explained to her that two weeks prior someone backed into me while I was parked and stated when I exited the car "your window is so dark I didn't know anyone was in the car." They offered to "add another coat of tint to darken it more" but "not without a charge." This is not how you conduct business. I inquired if the new tint would be as dark as the old and I was assured it would be. I will not recommend Jazzy to anyone. Thumbs down. read more

This by far was the worst service I've ever had in my life! I dropped my car off on Thursday afternoon for tint and mini detail. Told him just have it ready by Friday or Saturday, he replied "your the kind of customer I like". I figured that was helping him and me out cause I didn't want a rush job. So I called Friday and he said wont be ready till Saturday. So come Saturday I wait until 3pm to call and him told to leave my house at 5 and it will be ready. So I leave at 5 and at 5:15 I got a call saying they need 45 more mins. I give them 1:30 mins more time and when I get there they only had 1 window done. ( and my hood was up for some reason, can't think of why you would need the hood up to tint my windows but whatever). He says give me ten mins. I'm like there's no way you can finish in ten mins. The reason I gave you two days was cause I didn't want a rush job. So an hour and twenty mins later I get my car back and head home. I didn't make it an hour down the road and my check engine light comes on, my traction system light comes on and a hazard light comes on. I do a sharp 180 and tell them was up and was told it was them having my doors open for more than an hour that did this. Also all my interior had like a white glaze everywhere. Then I notice one of my exhaust tips was missing! I'm thinking someone went joyriding in my car. I took all of my silver change out of the compartment before I dropped the car off. So I was surprised to find 3 quarters a dime and nickel on top of all the penny's. Idk what they did exactly but worst experience ever. Oh yea almost forgot, they also broke the plastic cover to the car seat anchor on my back seat dash. To make it worse they tried to pass it off like nothing happened instead of being straight with me. I want to sue these people very badly. Stay away if you value your car. I will say I called them about the plastic cover the next day and he said to take a pic and send to him but I honestly don't wanna waste my time and money any further. Well I wanted to get only one window retinted on my Altima the day before Thanksgiving. Since I'm not from the area, I decided to call closet tint shop, which was Jazzy Auto Imaging, in which the owner, Kevin, gave me a general price of $35-$55 depending on the materials used. He sounded very nice and professional on the phone and assured me I could come in that day and that it would only take a few minutes. When I got there, Kevin was not there, and a Hispanic lady was in the garage tinting a car. I explained that I had spoke with the owner and that he told me to come on in. The Hispanic lady told me that "she did not have time to take any more cars because she already had 5 and she was trying to go home." I explained to her that I had just spoken to Kevin, and he told me to bring my car on in because it would only take a few minutes to retint one window. She Once she found out it was only one window, she said ok. I also asked her if she could put a strip across the top of my front windshield, and she said yes. Once she finished my car, another worker, black guy asked me how much was I quoted. I was like, "Well the guy I spoke to said anywhere from $35-$55, so I'm not sure. The guy then went to the garage to ask the Hispanic lady, and he returned and said, "she said to charge you $30 for retint and $25 for the additional strip. So after I paid with a debit card, I got in my car and noticed the strip had not been put on the windshield. When I brought to the guy's attention, he said the Hispanic lady said I would have to come back AFTER THE HOLIDAYS to get the strip because she didn't have time to go back and do it. I then told them that the car was a xmas gift and it was being transported to another state. She still refused so I asked to be refunded for the strip, since she forgot to do it. Well, the other worker said no problem, and asked me to hold on. As I'm sitting in the (lobby?) the owner, Kevin came in, and I explained to him what had happened. He preceded to tell me that I was under charged and it was my fault because I told them the wrong price! REALLY DUDE? I said "THIS IS NOT MY BUSINESS, AND ITS NOT MY FAULT THAT YOU DIDNT TELL YOUR WORKERS I WAS COMING TO GET A RETINT. IT'S NOT MY FAULT THAT YOU DIDNT LEAVE A SPECIFIC QUOTED PRICE WITH YOUR WORKERS SO THEY WOULD KNOW EXACTLY WHAT TO CHARGE ME." He became very irate, yelling at me and talking loudly in front of other customers, acting very unprofessional, yelling at me, saying I was just trying to get over, and trying to get something for nothing. He even CURSED at me outside in front of other customers! I remained A LADY, and told him to just give me my refund so I could leave his property. He kept yelling at me and saying very UNPROFESSIONAL insults at me while refunding my debit card. I have NEVER had anyone be so disrespectful as Kevin, THE OWNER mind you! Little did he know, I had recorded him on my phone yelling and swearing at me just in case future issues arise. I am a business owner as well, and I am soooo glad I know how to treat my customers. Instead of just saying, "I apologize for the miscommunication, I should have left instructions with my workers before I left"....he chose to turn the whole situation around to make it MY fault. NEVER APOLOGIZED, NOT ONCE!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND JAZZY AUTO IMAGING TO ANYONE. HE'S NICE UNTIL YOU ASK FOR A REFUND, THEN THE REAL BEATS COMES OUT!!! BEWARE!!! read more
