So I have been here 2 times. Both times I had problems. 1.) I came on for an adapter for my stereo. I was asking for a $20 part. I was informed I had to buy a $200 part and that was my only option so I bought it. Walk outside when a good friend pulls in who knows all about stereos. He tells me To go back return and demand what I asked for originally to which he then goes back and gets what I asked for and sells me for $20. It came across as he was trying to scam me into buying a more expensive product. Really didn't want to come back but I did. 2.) This time I believe it was the owner I was dealing with and he is just not a very nice person. Rude to his customers and his staff, not just me noticed this. I was sold a defective product. Which happens and I was understanding about that. The issue I had was that he didn't want to allow me to return it because I had installed it. Well how the heck would I know it's defective unless I had installed it? I ended up paying a restocking fee and he did refund the rest. But it's BS that I should have to do so. Bottom line. I will not go back. read more

A month wait to tint 2 front windows with a $50 deposit. GTFOH!!!! If I'm expected to wait a month i shouldn't have to leave deposit and if I'm expected to leave a $50 deposit i shouldn't have to wait a month. Get it together Ted. Really!! I'm taking my business elsewhere. read more

Always friendly and professional! We took my son's truck to get his windows tinted and while there I asked about having the burned out license plate bulbs changed on my car. Infiniti made it so you could access the lights by removing the entire back door panel and insulation...definitely beyond our skill! Ginger assured me they could take care of it for me and they did! The owner is an absolute turd, void of any people or soft skills. There is nothing worse than a business that doesn't have good customer service or worse when the owner doesn't value your business. Today I had some speakers to fail after the head unit was changed out. The owner, Ted Upchurch, refused to have a tech explore the issue because it was a waste of his labor and the work was done at another store. But here is the catch, he owns that store too. Rude- you would think after purchasing more than 10 grand in audio hardware that I would get better treatment. This is the second issue I have had with this store. The first time I was sold a unit that had a recall, such that when it got cold it would cut off. When winter came and the unit shut down, I got the "it's out of warranty" crap. Why pay for professional installation if they have horrible service and sell you crap for hard ware that they can't support? read more

very disappointed with this place went in there to look for a pioneer avic 8200 radio and some JL audio subs and sub box. the lady at the counter would not even help me because i had my work uniform on which just happen to be geeksquad. she assumed that i was there to shop them and go buy it somewhere else needeles to say that was not the case. they lost a very nice sale because she ASSUMED. I have shopped with this company over the course of at least 10 years and have spent thousands for car stereo gear for multiple vehicles. I called on today to inquire about various models of shallow depth subwoofers that they carry and I basically got screamed at over the phone with the lady asserting "What do you want!!!!". Anyway, I will no longer do business with this company and I am telling all of my friends and and associates to no longer patronize this business. I don't know whether they assumed that I am some poor individual who is trying to window shop over the phone. I was inquiring about high end JL Audio subs not some flea market junk and I would have preferred to drive less than 30 minutes to pick up the subs as opposed to ordering and waiting a week.
