The gentleman was kind and he fit me in on a Saturday before I had to go to work. He talked me through all of my options and what they could potentially look like on my vehicle and he was super nice and very quick. I was there for all about 30 to 35 minutes. And the tent comes with a lifetime warranty, which is awesome when it comes to defects. And he did a really great job. And by the way, he was the cheapest that I found in about a 30mile radius.
