After waiting for a tow for over an hour and a half in the hot sun with a phone on 9%, I remembered using By Grace for my son last year. The friendly driver made it to me in about 30 minutes and expeditiously got my vehicle hooked up, and we were on our way to the dealership. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a tow

They tried claiming the vehicles bumper was previously damaged after sending me it attached to my car. Businesses like this should not be able to operate in America or even be considered a business. I highly advise anyone reading this to double think about allowing this company access to your vehicle.

This man is as unprofessional as they come when it comes to issuing receipts. We needed a receipt to be reimbursed by a certain company. The man kept promising day after day to send it, kept asking for information/details about the vehicle that's needed for the receipt after giving it to him before visa text. He went so far as to block our numbers so we'd stop calling him. I mean HOW HARD IS IT TO WRITE A RECEIPT? And he can read and write because he was responding via text so clearly that wasn't the issue. Even the garage where we dropped the vehicle off told us good luck because all customers who used his services have the same problem. Not professional at all. So, if you don't need a receipt to be reimbursed, and you're ok with him being late then I guess you'd be fine. Otherwise RUN ‍!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
