Shortly after he left, I realized that he didn't clean the roof or gutters on the 2nd story!! I contacted him immediately. He acknowledged that it was not completed, (because I sent photos), and he promised to return the next day. He did not. And since then, he has not returned any of my messages. This is a big lesson for me. Do not trust that everyone has integrity.
