I understand why people don't wash their own windows…read more We enlisted Clear Home Services to clean the windows on our house in Johns Creek. If your expectations are that a crew of people will come to your home in a pickup truck with extension ladders and be done in an hour, that's not quite right. In our particular case, it was just one person, Diego Garrido. Diego is personable and polite. He meticulously removed and cleaned the screens and cleaned the windows and all the crevices in the window sills and tracks. It is a tedious process. What helps is that he uses a sophisticated water filter to take out impurities and keep your windows streak free. As you can see in the pictures, the end result is that the windows look great.

After contacting FixerMaster and talking to Jonathan - he was super honest with what needed to be fixed and what didn't. Then while doing the work Jonathan has been one of the best people I have EVER worked with. Even after the job was done and I wanted a couple alterations he came back and wouldn't take my money. My floors look amazing and they also helped me paint my walls and do some other things. Definitely a gem.

Don't hire them. This has been easily the worst experience I've had hiring a handyman service. I…read morehired them to install shelves, fix the frame of my front door, and replace a sliding pocket door. I was quoted about $200 less than other services, so I figured I was getting a great deal. The person they sent out stayed over 12 hours when I was told the work would take 3-4- the majority of which he struggled with the pocket door. The shelves and front door frame are perfect but the pocket door literally fell off the top hinges and scraped the inside of the door compartment anytime it was used. When I contacted the manager of this company, he apologized and agreed to send somebody out to fix the door. Well, he sent somebody but didn't notify me that he was so I wasn't home when the handyman arrived. Despite repeated attempts to reach them and set up another time for them to come out and fix what should've been fixed the first time, I have gotten no reply for weeks. I wish I'd spent the extra $200 to hire somebody else originally. Sometimes you get what you pay for, so if you're looking for half-assed work and shitty communication these are the people for you. In response to the owner: your company had so many opportunities to do the right thing. It shouldn't take me seeking out a new method of communicating with you to get the work done. I didn't want a refund- what I wanted was for it to be fixed. The dishonesty and gaslighting is obscene
