A special thanks to Cary, who I worked with closely throughout the process. From the moment I decided to move forward with the roof replacement, all the way through signing the contract to the final delivery, it was truly an exceptional experience. Everyone I interacted with was kind, honest, and professional. Each team member was excellent in their respective role. Their punctuality was impressive. They showed up exactly when they said they would. The way they treated both me and my family was with the utmost respect. Their personal presentation was spotless, and they left everything clean and orderly at the end of each day. It took two solid days of hard work under the hot sun, and I could tell they put genuine care and effort into what they do. I truly admire and respect that. Cary kept me informed every step of the way, and his communication was clear, timely, and reassuring. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and worry-free. The crew that worked on my roof was hardworking, respectful and rhobust experienced. I saw great coordination among their team and it showed through their leader Cary as he reassured , and it showed in the quality of the final result. I wholeheartedly congratulate and thank each and every one of them. May your company continue to be blessed and successful. You've definitely earned a customer for life.

Trash pickup and removal…read more After the Greenbackz movers got me settled into my new 4 br home, the cleaners for the old house were a no show. I called Greenbackz, sent a few pics for trash removal and the guys sent me an estimate almost immediately. They were ahead of schedule on the clean out/trash removal and jumped right into the task at hand. Another flat rate job that I'm completely satisfied with. These guys came thru with quality work ethic and attention to detail. The result was amazing again. Thanks Greenbackz. Another 5 review.

I had other estimates but Ryan provided a fair estimate and it was similar to another I had. I enjoyed his enthusiasm about concrete and I felt like I was learning something at the same time. And the crew, they were respectful, kind, easy to talk to and could answer questions as well. I was most surprised to see how hard they all worked. The digging never ended and they never showed signs of complaining. These guys were the hardest working people I had ever seen. On top of this, they did a beautiful job and most of all, pitched and leveled the concrete so all the water ran away from the house. They went over and beyond when they waterproofed the 2 sides of the foundation walls and added french drains and downspout drains to take the water from the roof rain gutters and out to the back yard. This was extra in cost and I was more than happy to pay them more. The job was well done and the water no longer enters the lower floor. I am happy to receive calls and give an exceptional referral for Ryan's work and work ethic. People and companies that provide this superior service deserve great success and I am happy to fuel that for them any way I can. I have a few concrete needs need to get done and know Southbound will be doing the work. Thank you! bob
