Come to find out after having many people come check it out including roofers and plumbers. It ended up being a leak from the roof. Terry was very confident that he could fix my roof leak. And sure enough when they sent their men out to reinstall the shingles and take apart the old one they found the area where the water was intruding and damaging the wood. Just glad they found and fixed it after ongoing issues. In our emailed conversations it was stated he would do both sides of my roof however when his technician got here he said the other was not needed and not placed as a work order on the invoice. I was fine with it as long as they would warrant the other side. However, when I spoke with Terry, he still honored his quote, got his technician to come back out the following week, and got everything I asked done!!
