He came out and took a look at it and told me he would have his guy come out and fix it. I never saw any repairs done. A couple weeks ago in April 2019 when we had that bad storm in Monroe GA, the leak was significantly worse. I've been trying for about 2 weeks now to get him to come back out. He keeps saying he's coming and he'll even give me a time he'll be there but he will never show. Now he's not even answering my phone calls.
